The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to implement various new policies to prevent the spread of the virus, including online learning policies in the education sector. The application of online learning requires an adaptation period for all parties involved, especially students with disabilities. The pandemic affects the psychological condition of students with disabilities. This study seeks to explain the coping strategies used by students with disabilities in the final semester at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta in completing their thesis. This research is qualitative descriptive research by taking the research subject of two students with disabilities. Data were collected using in-depth online interviews. The results showed that the strategy used to overcome the problem was problem-focused and emotion-focused coping strategies.[Pandemi Covid-19 membuat pemerintah menerapkan berbagai kebijakan baru untuk mencegah penyebaran virus, termasuk kebijakan pembelajaran daring dalam bidang pendidikan. Penerapan pembelajaran daring membutuhkan periode adaptasi bagi semua pihak yang terlibat, terutama mahasiswa difabel. Pandemi mempengaruhi kondisi psikologis mahasiswa dengan disabilitas. Penelitian ini berupaya menjelaskan strategi coping yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa difabel semester akhir di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta dalam menyelesaikan skripsi mereka. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif  dengan mengambil subjek penelitian dua orang mahasiswa difabel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam secara daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa strategi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan adalah dengan menggunakan strategi problem-focused coping dan emotion-focused coping.]

The inclusion of students with visual impairments in higher education has still been challenging for managers and teachers to ensure academic success. Despite the investment initiatives by the government, but they are still insufficient in the face of the difficulties of access and permanence of these students. Therefore, the objective of this work is to analyze research on access and permanence with an emphasis on Specialized Educational Assistance for students with visual impairments in the productions of the Special Education Journal of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) in the period from 2014 to 2019. We used a quantitative-qualitative analysis of the nature of reviewing scientific production in the journal in question, for this we work with the indicators of disability, visual impairment, higher education, access, permanence, specialized educational assistance and their combinations. The search resulted in 519 articles, of which only 39 address inclusion in higher education. 14 were selected for analysis, dealing with visual impairment, higher education, inclusion and permanence. We conclude that the number of visually impaired students in Higher Education has increased by more than 50% (fifty percent), that there is a set of legislation that favors inclusion, but the conditions, whether of resources/technologies or teacher formation, do not yet appear for its effectiveness, according to research. Specialized educational assistance, guaranteed by law, is not yet perceived as materialized. Publications are relevant for the creation of new policies, actions and strategies for the permanence of students with disabilities in higher education and specialized educational assistance according to their specificities, but it still need further study.

<p><em>This study aims to describe the effectiveness of online learning in vocational colleges in Hindu theory courses and electrical installation practices. Assessment indicators are student learning outcomes, learning completion, student interests and motivations as well as attractive learning experiences experienced by students during online learning. Quality research with qualitative descriptive research approach is used in this study. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of essays are disseminated through the google form platform and interviews conducted with google meet. Respondents numbered 50 students. The results of online learning research are effective if reviewed from indicators of the value of learning outcomes and complete materials but are not effective if reviewed from behavior changes. Indicators of attractive learning experience will be fun assuming the media used and lecturers can package materials in an interesting, interest and motivational learning students more to the obligation to get value and no other learning alternatives except online</em>.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

This research aims to identify the level of community participation in the development of Keseneng Tourism Village, to know the inhibiting factors in the development of tourism villages, and to identify efforts to overcome obstacles to increase the participation of the Keseneng Village community. The design in this study is a case study research with a type of qualitative descriptive research. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation techniques. Trianggulation technique means using different data collection techniques to get data from the same source. The results showed that the level of community participation in the development of the Keseneng Tourism Village using the Arnstein ladder was in the stage of Placatation. Participation in the threatening stage means that the communication made by the community and the government has been done well. The community also has the opportunity to place its representatives in the development of Keseneng Tourism Village activities. The inhibiting factors in the development of Keseneng Tourism Village are lack of funding, quality of Human Resources, knowledge and insights of the community regarding tourism villages, and incomplete facilities and infrastructure. Efforts are being made to overcome obstacles by disseminating tourism, providing skills training, fostering tourism villages, participating in marketing and publishing Keseneng Tourism Village, as well as comparative studies to other tourist villages. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Keseneng, mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam pengembangan desa wisata, serta mengetahui upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat Desa Keseneng. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi masyarakat pengembangan Desa Wisata Keseneng menggunakan tangga Arnstein berada pada tahap Penentraman (Placatation). Partisipasi tahap Penetraman berarti bahwa komunikasi yang dilakukan masyarakat dan pemerintah telah dilakukan dengan baik. Masyarakat juga memiliki kesempatan untuk menempatkan perwakilannya dalam kegiatan pengembangan Desa Wisata Keseneng. Faktor penghambat dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Keseneng yaitu kurangnya pendanaan, kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, pengetahuan dan wawasan masyarakat mengenai desa wisata, serta sarana dan prasarana belum lengkap. Upaya yang dilakukan  masyarakat dan pemerintah untuk mengatasi hambatan dengan melakukan sosialisasi kepariwisataan, memberikan pelatihan keterampilan, pembinaan desa wisata, ikut memasarkan dan mempublikasikan Desa Wisata Keseneng, serta studi banding ke desa wisata lain.

Background: Adolescent health services is one of the government programs aimed at teenagers in Indonesia with the intention that teenagers have a comfortable place to grip or help deal with all sorts of teenage problems that are being faced. This PKPR is implemented in every Health Care. Purpose: the aims of this study was seen implementation  PKPR in Dupak Health Care, Surabaya. Methods: This study was conducted at Dupak Health Care, Surabaya using qualitative descriptive research with observation method and in-depth interview at Head of Dupak Health Care Surabaya, holder of UKBM program (The Effort of Health Community Based Services) in Health Care, PKPR program holder, and some teenagers working area of Health Care. Results: The results and discussion in this journal that describes the implementation of health care services adolescents at Puskesmas Dupak Surabaya Health Center by adjusting the reference of National Standard PKPR 2014 and in line with previous similar research. Conclusion: There is a mismatch between the implementation of PKPR and the national standard of health care for adolescents that is influenced by various factors.

The purposes of this research are analyze the effectiveness of online learning strategies used during teaching and learning activities and analyze the obstacles experienced during online teaching and learning activities. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative research is a research that is descriptive and describes the object of research/events studied and using analysis. The research results were obtained through extracting data through interview, observation, and documentation. Some data will be loaded in the form of diagram to show the research results obtained. The conclusion obtained is that this research is a descriptive qualitative research which aims to describe the learning strategies at Muhammadiyah 10 Junior High School Sidoarjo in English subject during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Introduction: The health crisis that occurred due to the Covid19 pandemic has an impact on the education sector. Universities in Southeast Sulawesi issued a policy to study at home during the Covid19 emergency response period. The existence of the study at home policy caused the change in the learning. The learning process cannot be done directly and is transferred through online learning. The research objective was to determine the impact of the Covid19 pandemic of the online learning process of universities in Southeast Sulawesi. Method: The type of research is a descriptive research and the technique is purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 170 students from several universities in Southeast Sulawesi. Data collection techniques by distributing the questionnaires using google form. Result and Discussion: The results show that the application of online learning is a new experience that provides convenience and flexibility in studying without having to go to campus. Regardless, online learning is still experiencing obstacles. The availability of inadequate network access resulted in unclear communication and instructions in lectures. The ability of the economy to fulfill internet quotas hinders student participation in taking online lectures. Excessive workload makes student concentration decrease. Conclusion: The government needs to ensure the availability of adequate internet network access in all regions and campuses provide subsidized internet quota for students. So, the lecture activities can be run smoothly and as expected.

Implementation of the Village Teaching Movement in Increasing Literacy Rates and Average School Length in Bogor Regency, , West Java Province . The Bogor District Government formed the Village Teaching Movement with the aim of increasing the accessibility of education and providing education services on non-formal channels. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Village Teaching Movement Program in Increasing Literacy Numbers and the Average School Length in Bogor Regency, supporting and inhibiting factors, and efforts made by the government in overcoming these obstacles. This research was conceptualized based on the implementation theory proposed by George Edwards III with qualitative descriptive research methods and inductive approaches. Data obtained by using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. Data analysis techniques are used through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show  that the implementation of the Village Teaching Movement in Increasing Literacy and the Average School Length in Bogor Regency has been going well but has not been maximized. In the implementation of this program there were a number of obstacles including changes in policy, uneven socialization and low public participation. For this reason, the Bogor District Education Office seeks to improve the quality of education services and increase the establishment of junior high schools in a number of districts. This research aims at doing analysis and evaluation forward the governments Policy Concerning “ Online Transportation”. The Policy Nomenclature is in the regulation of transportation ministry No. 26 in 2017 on the implementation of public transportation which is not operating on a certain route online transportation operation has become phenomenal because of causing a social conflict. This has been going on for 2 years and it has not been settled up to now. Public transportation in the field of public administration is called public goods. The Availability and Implementation become the government's obligation. This research aims to do an evaluation on the government policy which has caused a social conflict. The Method of research used is a qualitative-descriptive research. The population in this research is transportation operators such as online taxi drivers, conventional taxi driver, vehicle owners and online taxi users. The sample taking technic done is based on random sampling, to completed the analysis forward the online transportation policy was done an in-depth interview and as “ key informants”, namely” Policymakers” -Online transportation operators. The research of the research thas found that the formulation process of the policy has not been done comprehensively and integrally. There are different perception and definition of the government’s intention and public transportation and definition between the government’s intention and public policy found that the support of an organization, human implementation of the budget suggests that the government improve the formulation and implementation through the strengthening of the support of the reliable and organization and management so that social conflicts won’t take place.

Abstract: This article aims to analyze how the online learning policy launched by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic impact on Islamic religious education. The analysis approach used is a library research and research results related to online learning policies during the Covid 19 period. This research findings show that the implementation of online learning is still far from what is expected, despite all its advantages and disadvantages. The dynamics experienced either by educators, students or parents is a challenge for the government. The collaboration of educational institutions, students and parents is essential for the success of this program. The impact of online learning in the context of Islamic education is very influential in the process of ordering character and inculcating Islamic values. The stakeholders and all policy makers must encourage this policy so that the learning transformation process can be carried out properly, by utilizing and maximizing the presence of information and communication technology availability. Keywords: online learning, covid-19 and Islamic education. Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana dampak kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dicanangkan pemerintah di masa pandemi covid-19 pada pendidikan agama Islam. Analisis dengan menggunakan kajian literatur-literatur kepustakaan dan hasil penelitian  yang terkait dengan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh jauh di masa Covid 19. Hasil analisis, bahwa implementasi kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh dirasakan masih belum sesuai dengan harapan, terlepas dengan segala kelebihan dan kekuranganya. Dinamika yang dihadapi di masa Covid 19 ini oleh pendidik maupun peserta didik serta orang tua menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pemerintah. Kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan, peserta didik dan orang tua sangat diperlukan demi suksesnya program ini. Imbas pembelajaran jarak jauh pada konteks pendidikan Islam sangat berpengaruh dalam proses  pembentukan karakter dan penanaman nilai-nilai ke-Islaman. Stake holder dan semua pemangku kebijakan mesti mendorong kebijakan ini agar proses transformasi pembelajaran dapat berjalan baik,  dengan memanfaatkan dan memaksimalkan hadirnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang tersedia. Kata-kata Kunci: Pembelajaran jarak jauh, covid-19 dan  pendidikan Islam.

Online learning as an alternative that can be applied during the Covid-19 period. For the sake of smooth online learning, teachers need to make innovations so that the concepts of abstract mathematics learning are easily understood by students. One alternative is the use of technology as a learning medium to help solve mathematical problems using Algebrator software. This study aims to describe the ability of students to use Algebrator Software on number material as an alternative to online learning based on their mastery in using Algebrator. This research qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The research subjects were 5 class VII students who were randomly selected. The results of this study indicate that the ability of students to use Algebrator Software on number material as an alternative to online learning has been sufficiently mastered based on the results of the tests given and supported by the results of interviews. It is hoped that in the future students can improve their ability to master technology in mathematics learning.
