RESUMEN: En este estudio se realiza un análisis de la gran influencia que los profesores ejercen sobre la integración escolar de los alumnos culturalmente minoritarios, a través de su forma de «ser» y de «actuar» en la dinámica cotidiana propia de la enseñanza diaria. La investigación y la teoría analizada en este artículo muestra cómo los profesores pueden —y deben— contribuir poderosamente a lograr una afectiva y social integración escolar de esta categoría de alumnado a través de las mil interacciones positivas diarias mantenidas con estos alumnos. También se pone claramente de manifiesto que los datos analizados deben contribuir, sobre todo, a despertar la conciencia profesional de los profesores a fin de capacitarlos para ser reflexivos, sensibles y comprometidos con la suerte escolar de este tipo de alumnado minoritario. En definitiva, la tesis central encerrada en este artículo es que los profesores resultan ser «los instrumentos por excelencia de los instrumentos pedagógicos», también para conseguir una genuina integración escolar de este tipo de alumnos diferentes.ABSTRACT: This study carnes out an analysis of the great influence that teachers have on the school integration concerning culturally minoritary students, both through the way they «are» and the way they «act» in the daily dynamics characteristic of ordinary teaching. The research and theory analized in this work show how the teachers can —and must— contribute strongly to the affective and social school integration of this kind of students in the thousand and one daily positive interactions with these students. Also it's strongly suggested that the data analysed should contribute to awaken the professional conscience of teachers in order to form a moral and professional responsibility in them that qualifies them to be reflective, sensitive and committed with this kind of minoritary students. In short, the central thesis which lies behind this paper is that the teachers are «the better instruments of the pedagogical instruments » for get a genuine school integration of these different students.

Abstract The central thesis of this essay is that basic income experiments are justified if their expected benefits in terms of justice exceed their expected costs in terms of justice. The benefits are a function of basic income’s effect on the level of justice attained in the context in which it is implemented, and the experiment’s impact on future policy-making. The costs comprise the sacrifices made as a result of the experiment’s interventional character, as well as the study’s opportunity costs. In light of the proposed standard of justification for basic income experiments, the factors that play a role in it, and the way these interact with one another, this essay provides some practical recommendations for researchers hoping to conduct such an experiment.

World literature of XX century has experienced the great influence of postmodermism, which resulted in diversity of styles and refusal of well-known structures and forms. One of the most widely used stylistic devices, characterizing the features of postmodernism, is intertextuality. Appearing only in recent years, intertext become widespread with its own forms, such as allusion, quote and reminiscence. And the novel “Percy Jackson” b y American writer Rick Riordan seems to be an example of the use of intertext-allusion within the work. 12-year-old boy, Percy Jackson, becomes the part of adventeruos, danderous and exciting world of Ancient Greek Gods, legends, myths and heroes. This work tries to study and analyse the importance of allusion to understand the idea of the writer and interpret the used allusions in the first book of Riordan “Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief”.

Los cambios que se están produciendo en la sociedad actual también manifiestan nuevas necesidades en la manera de despedirnos y recordarnos, lo que afecta directamente a la arquitectura funeraria de tanatorios y sobre todo de cementerios. A través de la «arquitectura emocional» se puede intervenir en los cementerios existentes para mejorar la percepción que transmiten a los usuarios y naturalizar los procesos de pérdida. En las futuras ampliaciones o construcción de nuevas instalaciones y/o cementerios deben tenerse en cuenta todas estas cuestiones de la arquitectura que conecta con las personas. The changes that are taking place in today's society also show new needs in the way we remind ourselves, which directly affects funerary architecture of funeral parloursand especially in cemeteries. Through the «emotional architecture» we can intervene in existing cemeteries to improve the perception which they transmit to users and thus naturalize loss processes. All these issues of the architecture that connects with the people must be taken into account in the future enlargements or construction of new facilities and/or cemeteries.

The author reviews the response of the criminal justice system to the problem of wife assault by focusing on the key players within the system. The way the criminal law applies to wife assault affects battered women's access to that area of law known as family law, with negative repercussions for them and their children. Several myths about the nature of wife assault help ensure an inappropriate response. These include the myths that the woman is to blame, that by just leaving the abusive situation she can resolve it, and that if she does not leave it is because she enjoys the abuse. The author reviews current methods used by police, prosecutors and judges for dealing with wife assault and discusses the inadequacies of those methods. She concludes that despite many recommendations for change, there have been no significant improvements in the way the criminal justice system deals with wife assault. It is incumbent upon the legal profession to demonstrate professional responsibility by ensuring that wife assault is taken more seriously than it is now and than it has been in the past. This is a necessary reform before battered women can rely on the criminal justice system.

Las sentencias exhortativas de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación son un instituto jurídico de reciente y novedosa aparición en nuestro sistema argentino de derecho. Entre los años 2005 a 2012, la Corte Argentina, llegó el punto más álgido en lo que respecta a la producción y dictado de este tipo de sentencias atípicas, sobre todo en casos complejos y de transcendencia pública e institucional que involucraban a su vez derechos fundamentales. Nuestro país, está dando los primeros pasos en lo que respecta al dictado de sentencias exhortativas y en el camino se ha topado con algunos obstáculos al momento de la ejecución de sentencia. Este trabajo propone la identiicación y descripción de dichas dificultades con las que deben lidiar los operadores jurídicos, víctimas y actores a los fines de hacer realidad los derechos declarados en las sentencias exhortativas de la Corte.Abstract The exhortative sentences of the Supreme Court of Justice are a legal institute of recent and novel appearance in our Argentine system of law. From 2005 to 2012, the Argentine Supreme Court reached to the highest point with regard to the production and delivery of this type of atypical sentences, especially in complex cases of public and institutional transcendence which involved fundamental rights. Our country is taking the irst steps regarding the issuance of exhortative sentences and along the way it appears some obstacles at the time of the execution of the sentences. his work proposes the identiication and description of the diiculties with which legal operators, victims and actors must deal with in order to make the rights declared in the Court's exhortative judgments a reality.

In this article we summarize the central thesis of A. Damásio in his book Descartes' Error. We appreciate the scientifical interest of this work but we criticize the way some philosophical questions are stated, namely the concept of reason and Descartes’ contribution to the mind - body problem. When Damásio accuses Descartes of being guilty for sustaining a «disimbodied mind», he forgets the works where this philosopher explores the mind-body interaction and his broad concept of thinking as including feeling and will. Therefore, we question the title of this work and the false expectations it can produce on his readers.

AbstractThis article aims to build a bridge between two areas of philosophical research: the structure of kinds and metaphysical modality. Our central thesis is that kinds typically involve super-explanatory properties, and that these properties are therefore metaphysically essential to natural kinds. Philosophers of science who work on kinds tend to emphasize their complexity, and are generally resistant to any suggestion that they have essences. The complexities are real enough, but they should not be allowed to obscure the way that kinds are typically unified by certain core properties. We show how this unifying role offers a natural account of why certain properties are metaphysically essential to kinds.

In the visual background, diversified and personalized art design styles gradually permeate society and people’s habit of receiving information. With the constant improvement of the visual sensory requirements, word is no longer the only dissemination channel and its dominance suffers great influence. Visual communication is the vitality of the layout design. The design form of image application and graphic combination has has influenced social groups’ the habit of receiving information increasingly. AbstractThe central thesis of this paper is that fake news and related phenomena serve as defeaters for knowledge transmission via journalistic channels. This explains how they pose a threat to democracy; and it points the way to determining how to address this threat. Democracy is both intrinsically and instrumentally good provided the electorate has knowledge (however partial and distributed) of the common good and the means of achieving it. Since journalism provides such knowledge, those who value democracy have a reason to protect it. Hostile agents, however, can undermine both the effectiveness of democratic decision-making and faith in democracy itself, by deliberately promulgating fake news and hyper-partisan views; moreover, these effects can come about unintentionally on social media. I conclude that we may need to change, not just the way we process information online, but also the informational environment in which we operate.

Piezoelectric Inkjet Printing is the main ink-jet printing at present, and drop state will have great influence to ink-jet printing quality, so the ink-jet drop state of edible ink is researched based on piezoelectric inkjet printing. The viscosity of the ink is adjusted by the way of adding different levels of resin, and then the samples which have different viscosity are got. Drop state is observed through drops observatory which installs Spectra Polaris nozzle (35pl), then the speed, volume, tail length and roundness of the drops are measured at certain moment in order to evaluate the influence of viscosity to ink-jet drop state. The result shows that viscosity has big influence to ink-jet drop state, when the viscosity becomes larger, the speed of drops becomes smaller, the variation of volume is not so obvious, the tail length of drops becomes smaller and roundness becomes larger accordingly, until the viscosity is 10mPa•s, the tail length is the smallest and roundness is the biggest, the drop state is the best , when viscosity is bigger than 10mPa•s, the tail length will become bigger and roundness smaller.
