The aims of this research are to describe the students’ interest toward PALP, the students’ motivation toward PALP, and to describe the social factors affects to students’ interest and motivation.The type of the research is descriptive research. The research subject was the second semester of PBI students in Ahmad Dahlan University in the academic year 2016/ 2017. There were 10 groups of PALP as the sample. The researcher used questionnaire, observation sheet and interview guide to gather the data. In analyzing the data the researcher used quantitative method.Based on the research, it is found that; first the students’ interest toward PALP is in high category based on impression (75% were agree), confidence (82% were agree in a group of PALP, 85 % were agree in the class), learning atmosphere (84% were agree), excitement (81% were agree), new knowledge (73% were agree) and language skill (78% were agree). Secondly, the students’ motivation toward PALP is in high category based on mentees’ individual competency in PALP based on how often they are expressing opinion (79% were agree), responding the question (80% were agree), and asking question (61% were agree). And the third, there were four social factors affecting students’ interest and motivation. The social factor were positive learning atmosphere (84% were agree), the second was friend (80% were agree). The third was mentor (72% were agree).  The last was the place (55% were agree). The job, gender and distance factor did not affect students’ interest and motivation toward PALP.

The essential idea of this assessment is investigate the social factors affecting particular theorists' decisions making limit at Indian Stock Markets. In the examination coordinated standard of direct is Classified subject to two estimations the first is Heuristic (Decision making) and the resulting one is prospect.. For the assessment coordinated the data used is basic natured which is assembled through a sorted out survey from 100 individual money related authorities based out in Hubli and Dharwad city, Karnataka State in India on an accommodating way. These respondents have completed their graduation were around 56%. These respondents had work inclusion of 5 to 10 years which is 45% and the majority of which were used in government portion which is 56%. Their compensation was between 4 to 6 Lakh and were fit for placing assets into business areas. The money related experts were widely masterminded placing assets into different portfolios like 32% in Share market and 20 % in Fixed store. These examiners mode to known various endeavor streets were through News, family and allies.

Abstract: The implementation of the PTSL Program by the government annually has the objective that all land parcels in Indonesia can be fully registered by 2025. One of the products of the implementation of the PTSL Program is the ownership of a land titling certificate that has social and economic impact on the community. Given the social and economic impacts of land rights certificates, the public's expectation of the PTSL Program will increase. This study aims to analyze the relationship and the influence of social and economic factors felt by the community with expectations on the implementation of PTSL in 2017. The research method used is quantitative by using a measure of Likert scale which is then analyzed based on correlation coefficient and regression so it is known that the relationship and the influence of social and economic factors with expectations of private universities. The result of this research is there is a significant correlation between social factor and economic factor with expectation to PTSL equal to 0,531 so that can be categorized as strong relation with significance value 0,000 <0,05. There is a significant influence between social factors and economic factors with expectations of PTSL of 0.298 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.Keywords: complete systematic land registry, public expectations, social and economic factor Intisari: Pelaksanaan Program PTSL oleh pemerintah setiap tahunnya memiliki tujuan agar seluruh bidang tanah di Indonesia dapat terdaftar seluruhnya pada tahun 2025. Salah satu produk dari pelaksanaan Program PTSL adalah kepemilikan sertipikat hak atas tanah yang memiliki dampak sosial dan ekonomi kepada masyarakat. Dengan adanya dampak sosial dan ekonomi dari sertipikat hak atas tanah maka harapan masyarakat terhadap Program PTSL akan semakin meningkat.Penelitian ini bertujuanmenganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh faktor sosial dan ekonomi yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat dengan ekspektasi terhadap pelaksanaan PTSL pada tahun 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur berupa skala likert yang kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan koefisien korelasi dan regresi sehingga diketahui besar hubungan dan pengaruh faktor sosial dan ekonomi dengan ekspektasi terhadap PTSL.Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor sosial dan faktor ekonomi dengan ekspektasi terhadap PTSL sebesar 0,531 sehingga dapat dikategorikan sebagai hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara faktor sosial dan faktor ekonomi dengan ekspektasi terhadap PTSL sebesar 0,298 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.Kata kunci: pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap, ekspektasi masyarakat, faktor sosial dan ekonomi

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Jarimatika method in improving the multiplication ability of grade III students of MI Manba'ul Huda Tunjungrejo for the 2019/2020 academic year. This study describes the application of the Jarimatika method to the third grade students of MI Manba'ul Huda and then analyzes the suitability of the theory with practice so that its effectiveness can be determined. Collecting data in this study used interview and documentation methods while data analysis used Milles and Huberman's model analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, data verification. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Jarimatika method can improve students' numeracy skills. Students look active and happy when applying the Jarimatika method. The test results showed that the majority of students had good multiplication arithmetic skills. In addition, there are three criteria for the effectiveness of learning methods that must be met. First, the learning completeness of grade III students shows that the majority of students have exceeded the minimum completeness criteria. Second, there is an increase and a difference between initial understanding and after learning. Third, it can increase the interest and motivation of students who have difficulty calculating multiplication

This research aims to investigate factors affecting willingness to communicate in English in social media. This research was conducted in a descriptive method framework. Specifically, the research described factors that affect students' willingness to communicate in English in social media at English study program at the fourth semester of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu academic year 2018. The subjects of this research were fourth-semester students of English Education study program of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu Academic Year 2018 consisted of class A, B, and C.  The populations of the study were 77 students. The instruments used were questionnaire and interview. The data obtained from both questionnaire and interview were then analyzed by the process of checking, classifying, determining, and analyzing the data by using the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that there were five factors affecting willingness to communicate in English in social media. They were self-confidence, personality, motivation, attitude, and anxiety. The dominant factor was motivation since it had the highest percentage. In addition, the study also revealed some reasons why students have the willingness to communicate through social media.

<p><em>This research is  to be held, for knowing the enhancement of activity and result of student learning abaut the Factor wich influence of the growth and development of human by picture and picture method. The method of of  this research is contain of 3 siclus. The subject of this research is student from SDN Luwungragi grade III in year 2018/2019. There are 37 student. The technic  to accumulation the data of this research is fom notes data, formatif test, and obsevasion. The  data analysis  is used analiysis deskriptif  komparatif tecnick and analisis deskriptif kualitatif. The method of learning used picture and picture method. In the end of siclus III threre is changing in the student behaviour. The student who was pasif to be active. In the beginning the average of they are mark  is 62 to be 79 in the third siclus.whereas completeness learner of student there is in creased, in the beginning just 17 student who has completenesss but in the end to be 34 of student.It;s mean the sudent of SDN  Luwungragi 01 grade III has increased in activity and result of study of SAINS abaut the Factor wich influence of the growth and development by picture and picture method.</em></p>

Aim This paper explores the social factors affecting local peoples' participation in the vulture conservation. Location Kaski, Nepal. Materials and Methods This study examines attitude of local people towards vulture conservation using a questionnaire survey of 130 households drawn randomly from the two vicinities of the vulture colonies. Key findings The results show that 77.4% of respondents rear an average of 2.97 livestock unit (LSU) per household. More than half of respondents who rear livestock (53.82%) dump livestock carcasses in the open fields. Ethnicity, age, education status, gender, livestock unit and involvement in conservation activities are the most significant predictors for the positive attitudes towards vulture conservation. Those who are young, male, educated, involved in organizations and do not rear livestock are most likely to support vulture conservation.
