Communities in the area of  PRA Ambarketawang and KWT An-Naba’ Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta conduct tilapia fish cultivation. But, they usually sell tilapia fish to the market in raw condition. Therefore, we intends to provide counseling, training and assistance in diversifying the processing of tilapia fish. This activity is an effort to fulfill the needs of protein for daily consumption from ingredients cultivated by the local community. This activity can also be useful in increasing the selling power of tilapia fish  and increasing income. The activities carried out in several sessions included counseling on the benefits, nutritional content and potential of tilapia, training in making nuggets, noodles, fish sticks, meatballs, training on product packaging and product marketing. The conclusion of this service activity is the increasing knowledge and skills of partners in processing tilapia into products in the form of fish nuggets, fish sticks, fish noodles and fish meatballs and increasing partners knowledge in packaging products safely and attractively in order to compete with other similar products.  ABSTRAKPengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pembuatan Branding dan Packaging Produk. Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari pelatihan kewirausahaan pembuatan kerajinan dari kain flanel yang sebelumnya telah dilaksanakan pada anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Budi Utomo Kota Metro. Dalam kegiatannya terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan yakni memberikan pelatihan dengan tahapan teori dan praktek. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini terdapat beberapa tahapan diantaranya yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pelaporan. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini diharapkan peserta dapat memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mengenai perencanaan strategi pemasaran produk dengan membuat branding serta packaging produk yang menarik, sehingga produk kerajinan kain flannel yang telah dibuat dapat dikembangkan dan diterima dengan baik serta diminati konsumen. Kata Kunci :Branding, Packaging, Kewirausahaan ABSTRACTThe dedication that was carried out was training on the manufacture of Branding and Product Packaging. This training activity is a follow-up to the entrepreneurship training of making handicrafts from flannel which had previously been carried out for children at the Muhammadiyah Budi Utomo Orphanage, Metro City. The activity consists of two meetings, namely providing training with theoretical and practical stages. In this service activity there are several stages including the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the reporting stage. By holding this training, it is hoped that participants will have knowledge and skills regarding planning product marketing strategies by making attractive branding and product packaging, so that the flannel craft products that have been made can be developed and are well accepted and are of interest to consumers. Kata Kunci :Branding, Packaging,Entrepreneurship

Besides formal education such as schools and special training, education can also be obtained through libraries and other media such as the internet or television to access knowledge and information. Apuai Village, Aranio District, Banjar Regency is an underdeveloped village where people challenging to access the internet or telephone signals, and access roads to and from the village are not accessible. This condition is a significant obstacle to transferring information and knowledge from outside. To meet the community's needs in obtaining knowledge, the community service team took the initiative to establish the Apuai Village library. The hope is that the existence of this library can help the community, especially school children in the village, to have insight into creative thinking, cultivate spirituality, foster interest in reading, increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning in the library. It is also hoped to increase entrepreneurship awareness for the readers for the local community with a low level of education. This community service activity also contains counseling to increase interest in reading. By diligently reading, people will find new knowledge to improve their ability to manage their natural and human potential. As a collection material, our library also provides books related to products and books on marketing strategies and product packaging to increase competitiveness. So far, the community can process natural products into something with better power. They also have difficulty in terms of packaging and marketing. It is because of the difficulty of access to information on attractive marketing and packaging techniques due to the problem of access to transportation, information, and telecommunications in this village.

Milkfish (Chanos chanos Forskall) is a consumption fish that is quite popular in Indonesia. Thornless milkfish is a semi-finished fishery product in the form of fresh raw milkfish which has been removed from the bone. The advantage is not reducing the nutritional content because the processing only removes thorns. This activity aims to transfer the technology of thornless milkfish processing to mothers and young women in the Cahaya Lakkang and Jaya Lakkang groups in Kelurahan Lakkang, Kecamatan Tallo, Kota Makassar. The activities offered are in the form of counseling, training and field practice. The method of approach adopted is a participatory approach. Training material consists of: (1) introduction of the characteristics of fresh milk fish; (2) arrangement and number of thorns found in milkfish; (3) interesting techniques for fish spines; (4) packing practice. The results of the implementation of thornless milkfish processing indicate that: 1) increased knowledge and skills of the target audience in processing milkfish without thorns; 2) Approximate 80-70% yield of milkfish without spines.

Labuhan Bajo Village is one of the villages designated as a center for the development of community salt in Sumbawa Regency. Problem related to salt encountered in Labuhan Bajo Village is the low income of the salt farmers group, there is still need to increase the quality and quantity of salt production and the absence of iodized salt production. The other problem is related to iodine deficiency (IDD), such as the stunting case, which is need to be handled immediately, considering that Labuhan Bajo Village is one of the villages in Utan Subdistrict which has a high stunted prevalence (22.1%). Therefore this service is expected to be a solution for the availability of iodized salt production in Sumbawa, especially in Labuhan Bajo Village while contributing to stunted prevention. The aim of this service activity is to assist Setia Kawan group in increasing the quantity and quality of salt to KW 1 and producing iodized salt that meets SNI requirements. The method for carrying out this community service activity includes counseling, training, assistance in procurement of equipment and assistance. The results of this activity are the availability of salt processing technology using the TUF + Iodization method, increasing the amount of salt production by the Setia Kawan Group, the availability of KW 1 salt and iodized, increasing the income of the Setia Kawan group, increasing the marketing network and increasing the knowledge and skills of salt farmers in applying TUF + Iodization method.

Mushroom Cultivation is one of the government programs aimed at triggering the economy of the people who need guidance not only in the cultivation of saj, but also requires guidance for processing into more economically valuable products. Low knowledge and skills of mushroom farmers about raw materials, processing technology and product packaging. The method of activities consists of the delivery of counseling material about the nutritional content and properties of oyster mushrooms, the delivery of material about the processing technology of various oyster mushroom based products, the delivery of material about product packaging and product manufacturing practices. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of oyster mushroom farmers after the extension activities. Oyster mushroom farmers who initially did not know (score 1) became little know (score 2) and knew better and were very knowledgeable about various science and technology related to raw materials, processes and products (packaging).

Masyarakat Ketapang Raya pada umumnya belum memanfaatkan potensi lokal/sumber daya alam sekitar secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan untuk membelajarkan keterampilan dalam memilih bahan baku dan cara pembuatan terasi, keterampilan dalam pengawetan terasi tanpa bahan kimia, pengemasan terasi, serta keterampilan memasarkan prosuk yang dihasilkan, sehingga terbentuk usaha produktif terasi rebon melalui penggalaman dengan memaksimalkan sumber daya alam sekitar. Kegiatan ini berbentuk penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan secara berkala dan berkelanjutan yang dilaksanakan dalam tahapan-tahapan (1) persiapan dan pembekalan, (2) sosialisasi, (3) penyuluhan, (4) pelatihan dan pendampingan, (5) analisis data, dan (6) evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi tenaga lokal (mitra) dalam mengelola sumber daya local menjadi usaha produktif terasi rebon ditemukan mengalami perkembangan yang baik. Di samping itu, masyarakat terampil dalam memilih bahan baku terasi, terampil dalam proses pembuatan terasi, terampil dalam menggunakan pengawet tanpa bahan kimia, terampil dalam pengeringan dan pengemasan produk (packaging). Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat memunculkan potensi tenaga local dalam mengelola sumber daya local dan meningkatkan keterampilan mitra untuk lebih produktif.Empowerment of Ketapang Raya Village Community Groups through Productive Efforts of Rebon Paste After the Lombok EarthquakeAbstractThe people of Ketapang Raya in general have not optimally utilized the local potential / natural resources around them. The service activity aims to teach skills in choosing raw materials and how to make shrimp paste, skills in preserving shrimp paste without chemicals, packaging shrimp paste, and marketing skills for the resulting products, so that a productive business of rebon shrimp paste is formed through experience by maximizing the surrounding natural resources. This activity takes the form of regular and continuous counseling, training and mentoring carried out in the stages (1) preparation and debriefing, (2) outreach, (3) counseling, (4) training and mentoring, (5) data analysis, and ( 6) evaluation of activities. The results of this activity indicate that the potential of local workers (partners) in managing local resources to become productive businesses of rebon shrimp paste was found to have experienced good development. In addition, people are skilled in selecting raw materials for shrimp paste, skilled in the process of making shrimp paste, skilled in using preservatives without chemicals, skilled in drying and product packaging (packaging). Based on the results of the activity, it can be concluded that, this service activity can bring out the potential of local workers in managing local resources and improving partners' skills to be more productive.

The community service activity was conducted in Candi Rejo Village, Biru-biru District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This activity aimed to ensure the availability of seeds at the farm level by providing assistance to community nurseries. The types of plants that were seeded such as: coconut, durian, avocado, mindi  and cocoa. The five types of plants were needed by the local community. Agroforestry (combining cocoa and wood species such as mindi, coconut, avocado, durian and others) was a system used by the Candi Rejo Village community.

The partner in this program is the home industry of “basa” crackers or seasoning crackers. There are several partner problems, 1) Long production time, 2) Simple and conventional product packaging, 3) Profit sharing from product marketing. The solutions to overcome these problems are, 1) Providing production equipment, 2) Installing packaging label, 3) Promotion through facebook. The results are, 1) The partner is able to accelerate and increase production quantity where in single production, the partner can produce more than 105 packs of basa crackers. 2) Product quality is better with packaging label. 3) Promotion through facebook can expand market share.

Cassava is a type of plant that is easy to grow in various types of soil, and its cultivation method is relatively easy. The stems, leaves, and tubers of cassava have various benefits for human life. Limited knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of cassava-based processed products are an obstacle for which solutions must be sought. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community, especially partners/target groups, through training on processing cassava into raw materials for processed food products. Community service activities carried out using training/mentoring and demonstrations/practices are one of the solutions that can be carried out for community empowerment. The results of community service activities show that all participants (100%) can actively participate in receiving all the knowledge and skills transferred and are interested in doing it themselves at home (100%). Processed products in the form of cassava flour will be consumed by themselves (77%) and sold (23%) with processed food products of cassava lunkhead (89%) and cassava noodles (11%), which were of high interest. This data shows that community service activities carried out by Palangka Raya University can contribute and become a solution to overcome problems faced by the community.
