The aim of the Community Service Program, Kuliah Kerja Nyata- Pembelajaran dan Pemberdayaan Kepada Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) is to improve the skills of society in Sindanglaya village, Cinangka. The problem faced does not know the use the waste of plastic to produce the useful and selling value products. The method of implementing this service is through (1) Survey through observation, interviews, and analysis of problems and potential of the village, (2) Training on making paving block from the waste of plastic. The results of this program are increasing knowledge and skills of the community regarding training on making paving block from the waste of plastic. This program is expected to facilitate the community in increasing their knowledge and skills in processing the waste materials into products that are useful and have selling value, therefore that the societies in Sindanglaya become productive communities.

Abstract Socialization and training on writing official letters were held in Kubang Puji Village, Pontang District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. The activity was carried out as a result of the collaboration of a team of Indonesian language lecturers from several different departments at the Politeknik Negeri Jakarta to jointly go down to the community to carry out service in the form of socializing and training official letters for staff in the village and sub-district environment. This activity begins with socialization which aims to regenerate public awareness to be able to use the Indonesian language properly and correctly, both orally and in writing, as well as socialize matters related to correspondence material, especially official letters. After that, the lecturer team made a direct approach to the community to carry out technical guidance on writing official letters. The result of this activity is that the community is reminded of the importance of communicating using good and correct Indonesian, as well as increasing knowledge and skills in writing official letters.   Keywords –socialization, training, official letter, Pontang District, Serang-Banten   Abstrak Sosialisasi dan pelatihan penulisan surat dinas dilaksanakan di Desa Kubang Puji, Kecamatan Pontang, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan hasil kolaborasi di antara tim dosen bahasa Indonesia yang berasal dari beberapa jurusan yang berbeda di Politeknik Negeri Jakarta untuk sama-sama turun ke masyarakat untuk melakukan pengabdian berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan surat dinas bagi para staf di lingkungan desa dan kecamatan. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan sosialisasi yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kembali kesadaran masyarakat untuk dapat menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dengan baik dan benar, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis, serta menyosialisasikan juga hal-hal yang terkait dengan materi korespondensi, khususnya, surat dinas. Setelah itu, tim dosen melakukan pendekatan secara langsung dengan masyarakat untuk membimbing secara teknis dalam penulisan surat dinas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini masyarakat tersadarkan kembali akan pentingnya berkomuniasi menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, serta adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menulis surat dinas. This Community Service (PPM) was carried out in Siwalankerto Village, Wonocolo District, Surabaya Municipality with the title "Implementation of Digital Care for Health Cadres as Stunting Prevention Efforts", which aims to reduce the incidence of stunting by increasing knowledge and skills for the community, especially mothers. Toddlers, Posyandu Cadres, and PKK in Siwalankerto Urban Village through the use of Digital Care. From the results of the preliminary study, data on the number of toddlers in Siwalankerto in 2019, 1,010 people, 25 children with malnutrition. Seeing this condition, a solution is needed to overcome problems in toddlers, especially those related to stunting. The method used in this Community Service is the use of Digital Care. The targets are: toddler mothers, Posyandu cadres, and PKK in the Siwalankerto Village area. The hope of the results of PPM activities is to increase knowledge and skills in preventing stunting.

USE OF HAND WRITING ANIMATION MEDIA TO IMPROVE WRITING SKILLS DESCRIPTION OF DESCRIPTION IN STUDENTSOne of the functions of the Indonesian Language and Literature Learning course in general is as a means of increasing knowledge and skills in Indonesian language to gain and develop science, technology, and art. This research was conducted on November 20, 2019 in Class 5D PGSD FKIP UNPAK with a total of 26 people consisting of 3 men and 23 women, Odd Academic Year 2019-2020. The results of research that researchers do are processed using descriptive statistics. Based on research conducted on the assessment of descriptive essays using Handwriting Animation media, the recapitulation results are obtained as follows: For the content or ideas expressed, obtained a score of 77 with very good criteria. Content organizations score 78 with Very Good criteria. Grammar scores 78 with Very Good criteria. Style: choice of structure and vocabulary scored 76 with Very Good criteria. Results of recapitulation Assessment of the use of animated media Handwriting on the making of descriptive essays for indicators of the suitability of the material 100% of students are in conformity so that the criteria are Very Good ,. The duration of making animation 100% in accordance with the time that has been set is a maximum of 30 minutes so the criteria are Very Good. The beauty of the appearance in Handwritten animation that has been made is only 75% with the criteria Very Good. Posts that are made get 100% accordingly so that the criteria are very good..

Abstract. As a center for soybean production, scarcity of quality soybean seeds at the farmer level is a limiting factor in manifesting food self sufficiency in Bulutellue Village. Therefore, this activity aims at increasing the availability of quality seeds at the farmer level and increasing soybean production in Bulutellue Village Tondong Tallasa Subdistrict Pangkep Regency. The activity took place from March to June 2018. The method used was in the form of counselling, training, demonstration plot (demplot) making and supervision. The results of counselling activity show the farmer’s increasing knowledge and skill s of quality seed benefits, seed class and ways of producing quality seeds. To complement farmer’s knowledge, a field activity is carried out in the form of one hectare demplot. By applying the package of technology, namely the utilization of primary seeds (BP or benih pokok) of Argomulyo variety, applying the planting distance of 25 cm x 25 cm, weed control, fertilization, pest and disease control, harvest and post harvest, the quality of production harvest yields increases. The results of this technology application activity show the farmer’s increasing knowledge and skills in producing quality seeds production and also the availability of quality seeds and an increase in the farmer’s soybean production that reaches 1.25 tons per hectare, compared to the previous production of only 0.75 ton per hectare.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of improving staff knowledge and skills on job productivity. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach. The findings of this research show that increasing knowledge has a positive and significant impact on job productivity, with tcount = 4.236 > ttable = 1.674 and a significance level of 0.000 0.05. While the employee competence variable has a positive and substantial impact on job production (tcount = 3.143 > ttable = 1.674 with a significant 0.003 0.05)

Communities in the area of  PRA Ambarketawang and KWT An-Naba’ Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta conduct tilapia fish cultivation. But, they usually sell tilapia fish to the market in raw condition. Therefore, we intends to provide counseling, training and assistance in diversifying the processing of tilapia fish. This activity is an effort to fulfill the needs of protein for daily consumption from ingredients cultivated by the local community. This activity can also be useful in increasing the selling power of tilapia fish  and increasing income. The activities carried out in several sessions included counseling on the benefits, nutritional content and potential of tilapia, training in making nuggets, noodles, fish sticks, meatballs, training on product packaging and product marketing. The conclusion of this service activity is the increasing knowledge and skills of partners in processing tilapia into products in the form of fish nuggets, fish sticks, fish noodles and fish meatballs and increasing partners knowledge in packaging products safely and attractively in order to compete with other similar products. <p>The synthetic preservatives are often used in processing food and often found in the packaginginformation tables. Enhancing of dangerous preservatives such as formaldehyde and borax are also still found in food. Enchancing knowledge about the types of preservatives, the dosage and the dangers that can happen need to be done. This activity aims to improve knowledge and skills, especially in the utilization of natural preservatives in food processing. Participants in this activity were PKK cadres. This activity consists of 3 stages. The first stage was the socialization of preservatives, types of preservatives and the danger of using synthetic preservatives. The second activity was increasing knowledge of various types of natural preservatives around us that can be used in food processing. The third stage was the application of natural preservatives into the processed of chicken nugget. The success of this activity was seen from the increasing of indicators percentage that were used as parameters to determine the result. The conclusion obtained from this activity is that this activity can increase knowledge about the usage of natural preservatives in processed foods, especially nuggets, to replace synthetic preservatives.</p>
