The article presents modified combinatorial algorithm of group data handling method (GDHM), which is used for the purpose of identifying students´ knowledge models (SK). The developed algorithm performs the process of choosing the optimal model using both regular application of external criteria and evalua-tion mechanism independent parameters. One of the main disadvantages of the combinatorial algorithm GMDH is limited number of input parameters. It can be used if the number of independent parameters is not greater than 25.

AbstractTechniques were developed and statistically evaluated for the determination of both the homogeneity and the elemental compositions of columbium alloy ingots. X-ray fluorescent spectrography and automatic data handling systems are utilized. Sample preparation is discussed in detail from the consumable-electrode arc-melt process to the final physical form suitable for X-ray fluorescent spectrography. Arrangements of apparatus for obtaining, recording, processing, and interpreting data, with specific attention to limitations for various matrices, are treated at length.The method has been applied to specific cases with, for example, a correlation of the degree of variation of homogeneity of columbium alloy ingots with remelting practice. An attempt is made to provide a preliminary basis for determining the value of the technique as a possible means of quality control.

Research and development activities are one of the main drivers for progress, economic growth and wellbeing in many societies. This article proposes a text mining approach applied to a large amount of data extracted from job vacancies advertisements, aiming to shed light on the main skills and demands that characterize first stage research positions in Europe. Results show that data handling and processing skills are essential for early career researchers, irrespective of their research field. Also, as many analyzed first stage research positions are connected to universities, they include teaching activities to a great extent. Management of time, risks, projects, and resources plays an important part in the job requirements included in the analyzed advertisements. Such information is relevant not only for early career researchers who perform job selection taking into account the match of possessed skills with the required ones, but also for educational institutions that are responsible for skills development of the future R&D professionals.

We show the possibility of optimizing the psychological and pedagogical support of social and pedagogical adaptation process of students with hearing impairment to educational process in vocational educational institutions of secondary vocational education through the use of an innovative author’s course of group psychological prophylaxis and correction adapted to audibly deprived students. We reveal the subject and the main content of the classes. We pay attention to the need for dead graduates of vocational educational institutions of secondary vocational education to master flexible, highly adaptive methods and techniques aimed at improving their social and psychological competence. The effectiveness of the proposed and conducted activities is confirmed by the results of monitoring the psychological sphere of deaf students’ personalities of vocational educational institutions of secondary vocational education. The analysis of the average group data showed an improvement in psychological indicators of psychological and pedagogical adaptation: a significant increase in the neuropsychological stability level, against the decrease in personal anxiety level, an increase of the personal adaptation potential value and its components, increased the communicative qualities and the behavioral regulation level, with virtually unchanged values of moral standards. The results indicate the positive dynamics presence of psychological indicators of social and pedagogical adaptation of surveyed sample after the course of group psychological prophylaxis and correction.

The textbook presents the theory of ordinary differential equations constituting the subject of the discipline "Differential equations". Studied topics: differential equations of first, second, arbitrary order; differential equations; integration of initial and boundary value problems; stability theory of solutions of differential equations and systems. Introduced the basic concepts, proven properties of differential equations and systems. The article presents methods of analysis and solutions. We consider the applications of the obtained results, which are illustrated on a large number of specific tasks. For independent quality control mastering the course material suggested test questions on the theory, exercises and tasks. It is recommended that teachers, postgraduates and students of higher educational institutions, studying differential equations and their applications.

The article analyzes the evolution of various forms of international cooperation between Latin American Communist Parties and the ways of their interaction with Moscow after the dissolution of the Comintern. The search for an optimal model of interaction was often carried out on the initiative of the Communist Parties themselves and led to the formation of the CP of Guatemala as also to the restoration of the unity of the Venezuelan CP (in the latter case, due to the efforts of the Cuban Popular Socialist Party). The international communist movement and the CPSU, which claimed the role of its leader, initiated a serie of conferences with a purpose to discuss complex problems of relations between Left-Wing parties. At the same time, the CPSU took over the function of training personnel in its own educational institutions (the Institute of Social Sciences and the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU). The international journal “World Marxist Review” has also become an important center for coordinating the activities of parties and developing new approaches to strategy and tactics.
