Regency of Cimahpar in the north, Regency of Tajur in the south, Regency of Baranangsiang in the west and Sukaraja Village in the east, Bogor Regency.Katulampa urban altitude is located at 500 meters above sea level and has a temperature and an average of 36 degrees Celsius (Katulampa Urban: 2011). The distribution of Katulampa Urban Village consists of 20 Rukun Warga (RW) (hamlets) and 107 Rukun Tetangga (RT). Posyandu is a program of the Ministry of Health which in its implementation cooperate with Posyandu. Before a program is socialized to the community, careful planning is made. In the planning of culture and social life and local wisdom in a region becomes important capital in the successful implementation of the program. The message to be conveyed should be able to reach as many people as possible (communicant). Communities targeted by messages are heterogeneous. After considering and discussing and reaching an agreement, the message from the center will be rolled into the ranks below, in this case to the provincial, municipality, district, administrative Village, RW and RT levels. The message was then restored in a more conical way by involving the Provincial Health Office and the community consisting of Posyandu Chairman, Posyandu Cadre and health workers. Mothers who have been informed about the benefits of immunization deliver it to the husband, who will usually decide whether the child should be immunized or not. Most husbands are already aware of the benefits of immunization for the health of infants and toddlers ages 0 months to five years. Posyandu cadres adapt to targeted community conditions. The prevailing culture in society is an important consideration in the persuasive of parents who have babies and toddlers. The communication strategy includes macro strategy (planned multi media strategy) and micro (single communication medium strategy).

The success and failure of project implementation is often caused by poor planning and ineffective controls, so that project activities experience various obstacles such as the late completion of the project, the decline in the quality of work and the swelling of implementation costs. Project management is carried out to manage the project from the beginning of the project until the completion of the project properly. The case study in this study is PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. as the executing element of the construction work, it is in charge of organizing the construction of the Surabaya Caspian Tower Apartment in East Java. The CPM (Critical Path Method) method is used to find out how long a project has been completed and look for possible acceleration of project time. From the research using the CPM method, it can be seen that the normal duration of project completion is 453 days which can be optimized to 350 days. This can be done by giving special attention to activities included in the critical path and accelerating some activities by increasing the number of workers

Abstract This article describes the implementation of results from a test series exploring non-aqueous facing methods in paper conservation (Bedenikovic 2018). The lessons learnt during the systematic study of different materials and methods were applied in a real-life conservation situation, and findings from the test series could be complemented with observations made in practice. The case study will discuss the conservation of a seventeenth century drawing damaged by ink corrosion. The severely degraded, brittle paper had to be secured with a facing before it could be removed from the mounting board. Adhesives introduced during earlier treatments posed additional challenges during the conservation process. A facing made of Rayon, coated with 2.5 % Klucel® G in water and reactivated with 96 % ethanol stabilized the drawing effectively during treatment and could be easily removed without damaging the object’s surface or leaving residues behind.

The paper is devoted to the investigation of the current state and trends of the project banking management in Ukraine. It is stated and proved in this paper that project management is a separately developed area of management with its own methodology, professional knowledge, methods and tools. The average salary level of «Project manager» in Ukraine in 2020, is analyzed in this scientific paper. Comparative analysis of the above mentioned indicator with similar indicators of eleven European Union countries is carried out. It is defined that the average salary level of «Project manager» in Ukraine lags far behind the Project Management Salary in Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, and other European Union countries. The main options for banking project implementation are systematized. It is established that for the successful implementation of any project in the bank, it is necessary to construct the effective system of remuneration for the project office. The classification of expenses in the framework of project implementation in banks is identified. It is proposed to structure the expenses in the framework of project implementation in banks into three groups: target costs, general project costs, general bank costs. The investigation results are presented in the form of tables and graphical interpretations. The options for successful implementation of banking project are revealed and several methods of the system of calculating remuneration in the form of incentives are highlighted. In order to stimulate project participants during its life cycle, the relevance of applying a piece-rate bonus system of remuneration in bank project management is substantiated. Two versions of the organization of salary payment in piece-rate bonus system of remuneration depending on the duration of the bank project are proposed. The features of accounting for payroll settlements with personnel in project banking management are highlighted, and accounting entries related to the formation of accounting information about settlements arising between project participants in banks are provided in this paper. A number of recommendations for the development of project banking management are developed.

Purpose The importance of e-government projects has been realized in the developed as well as in the developing countries of the world. The successful implementation of e-government projects is a challenging task. Public sector organizations are facing different sorts of challenges while executing e-government initiatives. The purpose of this paper is to explore issues/challenges related to e-government project implementation. Design/methodology/approach A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted to understand the challenges of the e-government project, as mentioned in past research. The findings of this SLR helped in developing a proposed framework for e-government challenges. The proposed framework encompasses challenges and issues related to four main aspects such as technological, organizational, project management and enabling environment. These aspects need to be further explained for their remedial measures. For this purpose, an exploratory case study was conducted. The unit of analysis was one of the e-government projects of the ministry of IT. The interviews of the senior and middle management involved in the implementation of this project were conducted and transcribed. Findings The case study findings endorse a framework proposed. The findings of this research reflect the importance of creating a shared vision, adequate funding and good project management practices as an essential aspect of e-government implementation. Further, the importance of user-related issues such as involvement, capacity building and technical skills was also found critical in successfully executing and sustaining such initiatives in the organization. Further study findings provide necessary guidance for the senior management, which may help to develop effective strategies for the e-government projects in the organization. Originality/value The current study focused on developing a better understanding of the challenges commonly faced by organizations during e-government adoption and implementation related to organizational, project management, enabling environment and technological aspects.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to consider the way in which the police service in England and Wales may be able to deal with significant cuts in government funding. The concept of “lean”, as developed in Japanese manufacturing in the 1950s, is proposed as a method by which waste can be reduced at the same time as improvements being made in policing outcomes. Characteristics of police culture and leadership are presented as potential blockages to the successful implementation of lean. Design/methodology/approach This paper reviews literature within the sphere of operations management, policing and organisational behaviour to make appropriate recommendations. A case study, considering the performance challenges facing the Metropolitan Police Service in London, is provided to aid understanding and act as a catalyst for further discussion and research. Findings This paper argues that the simplistic approach to managing austerity so far has been short sighted – rather than considering the longer term development of policing and how a methodology such as lean may be better placed to deliver genuine improvements in public service, whilst also meeting unprecedented fiscal challenges. Originality/value Consideration of lean within public sector management has received recent scrutiny, but very little is offered in terms of the opportunities that lean thinking can offer within policing.

Abstract In the literature on mission-oriented innovation supply side and tech-oriented approaches have been complemented by broader and more inclusive societal approaches. Here, it is highlighted that both directionality and broad anchoring of diverse stakeholders across private, public, and civic domains are key to successful implementation. Still, it is unclear how these dimensions relate and unfold in practice. Using digital literacy in education as an example of mission-oriented innovation, this paper investigates what prerequisites and capabilities are needed to envision and govern such processes. Based upon a case study of innovative teaching practices in twenty-five classes at ten primary schools in Norway, the paper finds that the motivation, dedication, and engagement of the teachers is not primarily related to the digital technologies themselves, but to the professional and pedagogical anchoring of the digital teaching tools. The mobilization of the professionalism of the teachers is enabled by a process of balanced empowerment.

Successful implementation of Health and Safety (H&S) systems requires an effective mechanism to assess risk. Existing methods focus primarily on measuring the safety aspect; the risk of an accident is determined based on the product of severity of consequence and likelihood of the incident arising. The health component, i.e., chronic harm, is more difficult to assess. Partially, this is due to both consequences and the likelihood of health issues, which may be indeterminate. There is a need to develop a quantitative risk measurement for H&S risk management and with better representation for chronic health issues. The present paper has approached this from a different direction, by adopting a public health perspective of quality of life. We have then changed the risk assessment process to accommodate this. This was then applied to a case study. The case study showed that merely including the chronic harm scales appeared to be sufficient to elicit a more detailed consideration of hazards for chronic harm. This suggests that people are not insensitive to chronic harm hazards, but benefit from having a framework in which to communicate them. A method has been devised to harmonize safety and harm risk assessments. The result was a comprehensive risk assessment method with consideration of safety accidents and chronic health issues. This has the potential to benefit industry by making chronic harm more visible and hence more preventable.
