School Life Problems of aFfirst Grader

The need for basic training in toxicology of students of pharmaceutical universities and departments of toxicology is justified. The experience of teaching toxicology and medical protection to students of the St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy was analyzed. Academic teaching staff were trained in the methodology of teaching toxicology, and a participated in the preparation of the all-Russian textbook «Toxicology and Medical Protection» (2016) and three tutorials for students of medical and pharmaceutical universities. It is shown that in accordance with the current Federal State Educational Standard of the third generation, toxicology issues are included in the curriculum of a complex discipline «Life Safety. Emergency Medicine» as a stand-alone module. Students study toxicology in the fifth year having received a good basic training in medical, biological, and professional disciplines in previous years. For realization of cognitive and creative activity of students in the educational process, modern educational technologies are used which make it possible to improve the quality of teaching and to use school time more efficiently. The potential of using algorithmic workbooks, interactive forms of training, test control, case-method for facilitating the perception of theoretical knowledge and improving the quality of practical skills development is demonstrated. Results of the anonymous questionnaire survey, in which 153 of 198 students who studied toxicology and medical protection in the autumn semester of the 2017/2018 academic year participated, are reported. It was shown that more than 80% of the students surveyed are convinced of the need to study toxicology during the undergraduate training of specialists of pharmaceutical profile and positively assessed the methodology of teaching toxicology that is performed at the St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy.

The requirements of the federal state educational standard of primary general education to the content, technologies and methods of the educational process in primary grades are disclosed. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of the system-activity approach, the technologies of primary education (problem-based learning, developmental learning, activity technology, project method, blended learning, etc.) are highlighted. The methods of teaching all the main academic subjects are presented in detail and concretely. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. For students of higher educational institutions studying under bachelor's degree programs in the areas of training 44.03.01 "Pedagogical education" and 44.03.05 "Pedagogical education (with two training profiles)".

Modern challenges of the system of mathematical training of schoolchildren lead to an increase in subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. Monitoring the teacher’s professional deficits allows them to be leveled in a timely manner, thereby improving the quality of the educational process. However, the theory and method of identifying them has not been studied much. This makes it possible to state the problem of research, which consists in determining the conceptual basis of the methodology for identifying subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for identifying subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study was a competent approach as the basis for structuring the professional competencies of a mathematics teacher; a systematic approach as the basis for diagnosing professional deficits of a mathematics teacher; federal state educational standard for higher education in the field of training “Pedagogical education”; professional standard “Teacher (pedagogical activity in the field of preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary general education. Module “Subject training. Mathematics”, the requirements of the federal state educational standard for the mathematical training of students in a general education school). The study used methods of analyzing special literature and normative documents, pedagogical modeling and design, mathematical processing of information. Results of the study. The basic principles of the methodology for identifying subject professional deficits are formulated and substantiated: expediency, diagnosticity, systemicity and advance. Based on these principles, the authors developed a methodology for identifying subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. The example shows the main stages and results of diagnosing subject deficits of a mathematics teacher in the field of combinatorics and probability theory.

Consideration of the industry-specifi c training in relation to the basic and advanced levels of the basic educational program is justifi ed. The specifi cs of the functioning of methodical system learning in profi le of learning mathematics is considered. The planned results of learning school mathematics in the cognitive area are considered in accordance with the stages of learning activities. These “goal-orientations” are aimed at the formation of cognitive and regulatory universal educational actions. Subject and metasubject results are concretized taking into account the specifi cs of mathematics. The authors marked the skills that characterize the achievement of the planned results for the basic and advanced levels. Planned results in the fi eld of emotionally-valuable attitude to the process of learning mathematics are directed on formation of communications affi rmative and regulatory universal educational actions. As an example the planned results of studying of the topic “Сomplex numbers” are presented. The authors describe the principles of organization of profi le training mathematics in the conditions of informatization of education.

Taking into account the experimentally recorded nomenclature of the specific educational and social needs of students with disabilities and in the context of the notion that the adapted basic professional educational program at the university involves the adaptation of the conditions for obtaining education rather than its content, the structure of the adapted environment of the university as an ordered set of information and educational institutions is characterized architectural, spatial, socio-psychological and rehabilitation-educational the conditions necessary for the successful development of students with disabilities the normative content of the educational program, specified by the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education. Анализируются современные требования к сельской общеобразовательной организации, актуализирующие необходимость социокультурной модернизации, а также возможности сельских школ соответствовать этим требованиям. Обозначена потребность в новых способах повышения качества образования в сельских школах с учетом их особенностей. Выявлены и описаны содержание резильентности современных образовательных организаций, а также критерии резильентности (доступность, качество, эффективность). Обосновано понятие технологий формирования резильентности как совокупности механизмов организации образовательного процесса и его ресурсного обеспечения с учетом специфики конкретной школы в целях эффективной реализации качественных и доступных образовательных услуг. Доказана необходимость решения конкретных задач, связанных с модернизацией образовательного процесса в соответствии с требованиями федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов общего образования; формированием необходимого ресурсного обеспечения образовательного процесса; созданием кадровых условий реализации образовательного процесса; организацией проектирования и реализации стратегии управления школой и ее взаимодействия с внешней средой. Представлены технологии развития резильентности сельских школ (проектирования и реализации управленческих стратегий и взаимодействия с внешней средой; организации образовательного процесса; формирования управленческо-педагогических команд по развитию кадрового ресурса сельской школы). The article analyzes the modern requirements for the rural educational organization, which actualize the need for socio-cultural modernization, as well as the ability of rural schools to meet these requirements. The need for new ways to improve the quality of education in rural schools, taking into account their characteristics, has been actualized. Revealed and described the content of resilience of modern educational organizations, as well as the criteria of resilience (availability, quality, efficiency). The technologies for the formation of resilience are presented as a set of mechanisms for organizing the educational process and its resource provision, taking into account the specifics of a particular school in order to effectively implement high-quality and affordable educational services. The necessity of solving specific problems related to: modernization of the educational process in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of of General Education; the formation of the necessary resource support for the educational process; creation of personnel conditions for the implementation of the educational process; ensuring the design and implementation of the school management strategy and its interaction with the external environment, is substantiated. The technologies for the formation of the resilience of rural schools (design and implementation of management strategies and interaction with the external environment; organization of the educational process; formation of management and pedagogical teams for the development of the human resource of a rural school) are presented.

The authors present their insights on the structure and substantive content of the unified information and educational system, which is a software product named �Information and Educational System to Support Self-Development�, which has been approbated in terms of implementing the scientific project supported by the Russian Foundation for Humanities and the Government of the Kaluga region at the premises of rural schools of the Kaluga region (The project �14-16-40007 a (r)). The unified information system maintenance is aimed to facilitate the work of teachers at different stages of methodological and psycho-pedagogical support of learners self-development in the course of extracurricular activities, to help with performance analysis, to provide maximum automation of the testing process in order to eliminate the human factor, which can distort the results analyzing process, and also to provide convenience of making recommendations on how to work with learners. Among the structural components of the software are: the analytical system, which includes students� self-development monitoring unit editor; accounting and analysis system, represented by the student�s individual profile; statistical processing block with results presentation and development of psychological and pedagogical recommendations; the block for analyzing the learners� self-development dynamics, etc. The system allows to maintain an individual profile for each learner; to run diagnostics of learners� self-development; to process and store diagnostics outcomes; to develop psychological and pedagogical recommendations and routes of individual self-development for each student; to plan individual educational path for each learner dependent on testing outcomes, interviews with the parents and the learner himself and recommendations of psychologists and educators. The system is capable to maintain both the results records of a single learner within different time domains and statistical analyses of group results, to sort and analyze results against the required criteria. The said system can be used widely in educational practices of extracurricular activities in the context of mastering the standards of primary general education. The paper can be of interest for supplementary education teachers, for primary school teachers, psychologists, as well as teaching staff of educational institutions responsible for monitoring learners� self-development in the course of implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education.
