The patriotism upbringing of young generation is very important government task of nowadays. The article states that this task solution has to get started with influence on the audiences, which themselves can transmit the system of national values through cultural products to population of Russia when serving people. They are students who study the «Tourism» and «Service» disciplines at the Russian universities. Tourism is an activity, which allows people to see and understand their own country, estimate recourses unknown earlier. Service personnel (guides, museums workers, animators) have an opportunity to imbue cultural programs for tourists with significance. The author of the article assures hospitality industry has the instruments of influence on public consciousness in order to form Russian traditionalism. The author raises the problem of social – cultural service personnel quality and asserts that to inculcate required capacities to the workers of the future Russian service industry is possible only with the help of educational process modification and use of creative learning methods.

The role of humanism and national values are important in the contemporary policy of Uzbekistan. This study discusses the role and place of the ideas of humanism and tolerance in the development of ethics, culture, humanistic qualities of young people who are the leading forces of our society. The ideas on the wide use of the scientific heritage of the scientists and thinkers in the life of youth and nation have been considered. In the result of the study the factors of nurturing the young generation in promoting harmony and humanism have been drawn. Every nation can live as a full-fledged nation when it does not lose its own cultural code. Modern Literary studies has given a new impetus to the scientific study of the nature of the national code in works of art. The fate of the nation has always been an eternal theme that continues from time immemorial and this is reflected in the literature. In this regard, literary criticism emphasizes the importance of considering the place and role of Kazakh literature in the world literature in terms of national values. Our main goal is to analyze the idea of becoming an eternal nation in our literary heritage, calling for the improvement of the national spirit and national consciousness, national traditions and language, the preservation of our culture to make the object of scientific and theoretical analysis with new methods of research.The article deals with the manifestations of literary archetypes in ancient Turkic monuments, Zhyrau poetry. It is proved that the motives of “search of the promised land”, “elder sage”, “wanderer” as the oldest literary archetypes are transformed as a result of social division and change of public consciousness. Comparing the ancient religious and literary monuments of Kultegin, Tonikok with the poetry of Asan Kaigi, Bukhar Zhyrau, the features of the archetype are revealed with the help of a comprehensive analysis.

The article discusses one of the urgent problems of modern pedagogy - methods of spiritual development of a person. The authors adhere to the point of view, formed in the traditional education system, that upbringing of a person always goes along with learning process. The ways of introducing national values in the study of school subjects are described. The authors investigated the methodological approaches of introducing the program “Looking into the Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness” and the patriotic act “Mangilik El” in teaching a physics course, which includes the comprehensive upbringing of a person who respects the history and culture of his motherland. Methodical recommendations for planning and teaching physics with values of “Mangilik el” are also given.

Preservation and enhancement of national values — is the main goal of the work according to the implementation of the program «Rukhani Zhangyru». The program «Rukhani Zhangyru» is a new stage in the historical development of modern Kazakhstan. The modernization of the public consciousness of each individual involves a revision of the young people's attitude to themselves in order to achieve success in their professional activities and consolidate their competitiveness. At the same time, it is important to preserve all the positive experience that has accumulated over the centuries, the peculiarities of the people and the country, in this process and education plays a system-forming role. Today in Kazakhstan, the issue of promoting values in the student environment, developing young people's feelings of belonging to the present and past of the Motherland, responsibility for its future is acute, but the potential of the educational space in the implementation of this process is not fully disclosed. In the conditions of the changed educational space of these states, the process of forming a new generation of socially active, responsible for the development and preservation of spiritual values of young citizens with all the values put forward by the states is relevant. In order to determine the initial level of formation of the values of «Rukhani Zhangyru» among Kazakhstani students, there was organized an online survey among students and teachers of Kazakhstani universities using the Google Form. The significance of this survey lies in the possibility of stating the initial state of the formation of the values of «Rukhani Zhangyru» among Kazakhstani students. In turn, these results will be the starting point for determining the content of promoting the values of «Rukhani Zhangyru» in Kazakhstan's universities. the survey confirmed the need to activate the process of socialization of students. Our idea is to ensure the consistency of the educational process through its integration into the content of educational disciplines. In this aspect, the promotion of the values of «Rukhani Zhangyru» among students needs to find methodological solutions and strategies that are the subject of further work within the project. The expected results will contribute to the promotion of the values of «Rukhani Zhangyru» among students

<p class="Paragraph"><span lang="EN-GB">The objectives of the study are to conduct a survey among students and teachers of Russian universities, which will determine their general attitude to the use of social networks in education; to identify the functions of social networks from the perspective of respondents; based on the results of both stages of the study, to determine the role of social networks in the educational process. Students and teachers of four Russian universities (MGIMO University, Kuban State Technological University, North-Eastern Federal University, Russian State Social University) took part in the survey. A total of 500 students and 100 teachers were interviewed. The results of the first part of the study showed that the attitude of students and teachers towards the use of social networks in education is generally positive. Both groups of respondents noted the advantages of introducing social networks into the educational process and also stated their willingness to increase their use. When using social networks in education, students can fill in special forms to indicate social network accounts to be subsequently used. Also, the administration of group chats can be taken under the control of the university for the purpose of a more structured exchange of information/educational materials.</span><strong></strong></p>

The purpose and tasks of the work are to analyze the contemporary Ukrainian mass culture in terms of its value and humanistic components, as well as the importance of cultural studies and Ukrainian studies in educational disciplines for the formation of a holistic worldview of modern youth.Analysis of research and publications. Scientists repeatedly turned to the problems of the role of spirituality in the formation of society and its culture. This problem is highlighted in the publications by O. Losev, V. Lytvyn, D. Likhachev, S. Avierintsev, M. Zakovych, I. Stepanenko and E. Kostyshyn.Experts see the main negative impact of mass culture on the quality approach, which determines mass culture through the market, because mass culture, from our point of view, is everything that is sold and used in mass demand.One of the most interesting studies on this issue was the work by the representatives of Frankfurt School M. Horkheimer and T. Adorno «Dialectics of Enlightenment» (1947), devoted to a detailed analysis of mass culture. Propaganda at all socio-cultural levels in the form is similar in both totalitarian and democratic countries. It is connected, according to the authors, with the direction of European enlightenment. The tendency to unify people is a manifestation of the influence of mass culture, from cinema to pop. Mass culture is a phenomenon whose existence is associated with commerce (accumulation in any form – this is the main feature of education), in general, the fact that it exists in this form is related to the direction of the history of civilization.Modern mass culture, with its externally attractive and easily assimilated ideas and symbols, appealing to the trends of modern fashion, becomes a standard of prestigious consumption, does not require intense reflection, allows you to relax, distract, not teach, but entertains, preaches hedonism as the main spiritual value. And as a consequence, there are socio-cultural risks: an active rejection of other people, which leads to the formation of indifference; cruelty as a character trait; increase of violent and mercenary crime; increase in the number of alcohol and drug addicts; anti-patriotism; indifference to the values of the family and as a result of social orphanhood and prostitution.Conclusions, perspectives of research. Thus, we can conclude that modern Ukrainian education is predominantly formed by the values of mass culture. Namely, according to the «Dialectic» by Horkheimer and Adorno, «semi-enlightenment becomes an objective spirit» of our modern society.It is concluded that only high-quality education can create the opposite of the onset of mass culture and the destruction of spirituality in our society. It is proved that only by realizing the importance of cultivating disciplines in the educational process and the spiritual upbringing of the nation, through educational reforms, humanitarian knowledge will gradually return to student audiences.Formation of youth occurs under the influence of social environment, culture, education and self-education. The optimal combination of these factors determines both the process of socialization itself and how successful it will be. In this context, one can see the leading role of education and upbringing. It turns out that the main task of modern education is to spread its influence on the development of spiritual culture of the individual, which eventually becomes a solid foundation for the formation of the individual. Such a subject requires both philosophical and humanitarian approaches in further integrated interdisciplinary research, since the availability of such research will provide the theoretical foundation for truly modern educational and personal development.

The paper analyses the evolution of Yu. Samarin’s ideas from rationalism to “holistic knowledge”. Special attention is paid to the philosopher’s conceptualization of the key role of religion for a nation. The author also examines the scholar’s position concerning the promotion of patriotism as an important impetus for social development. Emphasis is made on analyzing the interaction of universal and national aspects in the educational process, as well as on the value of national identity in the field of humanities. The article also presents Yu. Samarin’s critical evaluation of the government educational policy and his suggestions on increasing its effectiveness. The author notes the relevance of Yu. Samarin’s views for the contemporary philosophical and educational context.

The objectives of this qualitative research were (1) to identify the factors that affect the Minangkabau language (ML) maintenance in Medan, (2) to discover the parents’ efforts in maintaining ML in Medan and (3) to find out the reason why the speakers have to maintain ML. The souree of data is the nembers of the Association of Sei Jaring Community (Ikatan Warga Sei Jaring: IWS) in Medan. The sample was 10 families including 10 parents and their children. The instruments of this study are a questionnaire and an interview. The questionnaire was used to answer the factors affected the maintenance of ML and how factors affected the maintenance of ML. The interview was used to discover the influence why Minangkabau’s people have to maintain ML. There are four factors in ML maintenance, the parents’ role, the role of family, the intramarriage and homeland visits. After distributing questionnaire and did some interviews it is found that IWS especially for the third generation (children) has the danger level in ML when they communicate to each other. Meanwhile, the data analysis also shows that both fathers and mothers communicate to each other with ML. This condition occurred because of the influence of the environment. Parents have to keep communication and teaching Minangkabau language continuously to their children. so, the young generation can keep the existence of ML for their future. Subject. This article examines the practice of first-time applying the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) by Russian higher education institutions. Objectives. The article aims to identify and address the problems associated with such application, and conduct a critical analysis of Russian universities' compliance with the requirements of the International Standards on their first-time adoption. Methods. For the study, we used observation, systematization, and a comparative analysis. Results. The article examines and describes the practical experience of the first-time use of IPSAS in the preparation of reporting by Russian educational institutions participating in the Russian Academic Excellence Project (5Top100 Project). It presents the results of the most typical reclassification adjustments of reporting items made by the universities when preparing their inductive statements of financial position as of the date of transition to IPSAS. Conclusions and Relevance. Most of the universities studied complied with the requirements of the IPSAS first-time adoption and provided comparative information in their first IPSAS financial reporting. The importance of the study is to justify the provision that financial reporting in accordance with IPSAS is appropriate to improve the international competitiveness of universities, which makes it possible to better reflect financial information on the activities of universities. The results of the study can be used in the practical activities of the Russian economy public sector organizations, and in the educational process of higher education institutions.
