The article presents the research results of the tourist route network Privolzhsky Federal District. Research was conducted according to the following stages: identification of possible basic properties of tourist routes (in the following blocks: requisites, consumers, the periodicity of functioning and limits, means and ways of movement, food and accommodation services, staff, cost parameters, notes and other information); the development forms of passports route (consisting of 61 questions); collecting information from open sources and by sending the completed form to the regional specialized executive authorities; data processing; development of a database of tourist routes; identifying the current situation; findings. The information about 360 tourist routes was collected. Research results show predominance of intraregional routes in Privolzhsky Federal District, interregional routes perform the functions of integration between the tourism sectors of the economy of covered regions. Almost 2/3 of the network was formed in 2010s, by thematic most part - it is informative, educational, sporting and environmental roots. Half of the routes are not targeted on specific customers, most of the rest is focused on school children and young people. Routes of small extent and duration are dominated in regions of districts, the seasonality of routes functioning not strongly expressed, usually this is the months from May to September. Weak use the services of accommodation and food is observed. The transport of tourist companies is primarily used, nevertheless a significant role performs rented vehicles. The level of comfort of used transport is characterized as high and medium. 90% of the network is functioning on a permanent basis and is well elaborated. Price per one day of program of tourist routes in 2/3 of the cases is up to 1000 rubles, and 1/5 - from 5 to 10 thousand rubles. Thus, there is a predominance of short-term and excursion tourist routes with rigorous curriculum, with a low involvement of the tourist infrastructure, which reduces the efficiency of the positive impact of tourist activities on the receiving territory.

The article presents an analysis of the activities of regional airports in France in 2019. The growth of passenger traffic was observed in those airports that actively developed cooperation with budget airlines, increasing the number of destinations in the route network. Regional airports in France, whose route network structure did not expand in 2019, showed a slight decrease in passenger traffic (from –0.1% to –3%). The first and only experimental regional airport in France (city of Beziers), handling flights of only one budget airline, Ryanair, showed an increase in passenger traffic by 14.5% in 2019. The share of routes of budget airlines in the structure of the route network of regional airports in France is quite high. The key problems of regional airports in Russia are the low passenger traffic and the underdeveloped route network. Due to the presence of the only national budget airline "Pobeda" on the market and the minimal impact on the segment of budget air transportation of foreign airlines, the share of budget air transportation destinations in the structure of regional airports of the Russian Federation continues to remain at an extremely low level. 2019 showed a record growth in passenger traffic at regional airports in the Central Federal District (an increase from +2.8% to +262%, with the exception of Tambov Airport, whose passenger traffic fell by 57.4%), which indicates an increase in demand and the need to expand the route network of regional airports. On the example of the Voronezh airport, a model for the development of low-cost airline destinations is presented.

OBJECTIVE: To compare mortality rates due to respiratory diseases among elderly individuals residing in the Federal District of Brasília, Brazil, prior to and after the implementation of a national influenza vaccination campaign. METHODS: This was an ecological time series analysis. Data regarding the population of individuals who were over 60 years of age between 1996 and 2009 were obtained from official databases. The variables of interest were the crude mortality rate (CMR), the mortality rate due to the respiratory disease (MRRD), and the proportional mortality ratio (PMR) for respiratory diseases. We performed a qualitative analysis of the data for the period prior to and after the implementation of the vaccination campaign (1996-1999 and 2000-2009, respectively). RESULTS: The CMR increased with advancing age. Over the course of the study period, we observed reductions in the CMR in all of the age brackets studied, particularly among those aged 80 years or older. Reductions in the MRRD were also found in all of the age groups, especially in those aged 80 years or older. In addition, there was a decrease in the PMR for respiratory diseases in all age groups throughout the study period. The most pronounced decrease in the PMR for respiratory diseases in the ≥ 70 year age bracket occurred in 2000 (immediately following the implementation of the national vaccination campaign); in 2001, that rate increased in all age groups, despite the greater adherence to the vaccination campaign in comparison with that recorded for 2000. CONCLUSIONS: Influenza vaccination appears to have a positive impact on the prevention of mortality due to respiratory diseases, particularly in the population aged 70 or over.

Electronic readiness is an important issue in developing organizational e-learning. It focuses on organizational capabilities and capacities to use electronic resources in the learning process. Organizational culture is an important factor in successful e-learning readiness. This research is aimed to evaluate the impacts of organizational culture on e-learning readiness. A sample of 68 questionnaires consisting of both culture and readiness questions was analyzed. To test the research hypothesis, a Beta coefficient test was used. Research results indicate a significant positive impact of clan and adhocracy cultures on e-learning readiness. It also found that market culture has a negative impact on e-learning readiness, while findings cannot justify a relationship between hierarchy culture and e-learning readiness.

The poverty-related attainment gap is an internationally recognised problem. There is growing recognition that it cannot either be understood or addressed without taking cognisance of children’s mental health and wellbeing. The focus of this conceptual article is to examine the impact of social inequality and poverty on the mental health and wellbeing and attainment of children and young people in Scotland through the lens of resilience. While not a ‘state of the art’ literature review, a systematic approach was adopted in the selection of the literature and in the identification of themes to emerge from it. A range of risk and protective factors at the individual, social, societal and political levels emerged as impacting on the mental health and wellbeing and attainment of children living in poverty, and three important mediating variables are the negative impact of social stratification and adverse childhood experiences and the positive impact of a supportive adult. Schools alone cannot solve the problem. The findings revealed that there is a need to build a strong infrastructure around families and schools and to examine how economic, social, health and educational policy interact with each other as a starting point in addressing the problem, supported by inter-disciplinary research.

This study focuses on assessing the technical efficiency of enterprises across 63 provinces of Vietnam from 2015 to 2018 and the factors affecting their technical efficiency, in which we focus on two factors: business diversification and ICT index. In this research, we use the DEA method to group effective and ineffective enterprises, then use the GMM method to estimate the factors affecting to the firm’s performance. The research results show that the technical efficiency of enterprises in the provinces is quite small (about 10%), most of the enterprises have not achieved the technical efficiency due to the wasteful use of input factors. Research shows that business diversification and ICT both have a positive impact on efficiency, from which to increase technical efficiency, enterprises in provinces need to pay attention to business diversification and improve ICT index. in terms of the local government

The paper presents the results of studies of organoleptic (color, consistency, water content) and functional-technological (pH, moisture binding capacity and loss of juice during cooking) properties of muscle tissue of NOR and PSE pork, obtained from animals transported at distances of 50 and 170 km, depending on pre-slaughter preparation. Experimental data of systematization of pork properties and calculation of the quantitative value of meat properties allowed to establish pork belonging to the quality groups NOR and PSE and to form a data bank of organoleptic and functional-technological parameters of pork muscle tissue entering the meat processing enterprises of the Southern Federal district. It is shown, that pork from rested animals had higher organoleptic and functional-technological parameters and higher quality levels of meat properties. The results of the studies confirm the positive impact of pre-slaughter preparation of pigs on the quality of their meat raw materials

The article is devoted to the problem of living standard improvement in single-industry towns on the basis of regional specialization. In modern conditions, much attention is paid to the complex of factors and conditions for the formation of certain areas of economic activity. The North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD) has significant potential for agricultural development, which can contribute to solving the problems of single-industry towns with industrial specialization. These statistics indicate several positive trends in the socio-economic situation in the region: an increase in the number of inhabitants of the rural population, a steady increase in the share of food products and agricultural raw materials in the total volume of Russian imported goods. The main importance of rural areas in the reproductive concept of the North Caucasus regions is determined by the functions of the social-territorial system of communities: industrial, demographic, socio-cultural, nature protection, recreational. Research methods: systematic, formal-logical, analysis and modeling of socioeconomic processes. The scientific novelty of the proposed approach is a comprehensive assessment of agriculture in the region as the main factor in improving the socio-economic situation of single-industry towns. As a result, the research has revealed the positive impact of the industry on the living standards in the single-industry towns of the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD).

Adoption process of effective agricultural technology innovation requires various forms and channels of communication between users. Personal communication between individuals and communication in small groups (farmers’ group) are two forms of communication that has been used as a mainstay in agricultural extension activities. Personal communication usually occurs horizontally between farmers, and vertically between farmers and agricultural extension officers. Personal communication between farmers can take place outside and also within farmers’ groups. This paper is a review of various theories and research results regarding the importance of communication in small groups. The results showed that communication in small groups becomes an important component in delivering information materials, i.e. technology and other information. In the group, in addition to ongoing communication, it is also a place of performing discussion and learning among peasants, as well as a unit of decision for unity of action in adopting technology.
