Adaptation is a fundamental property of organisms, which purpose is to keep quasi-attractors parameters within certain limits providing non equilibrium open systems in quasiattractor state. Parameter mismatch of functional systems, desynchronization of circadian rhythms, stability reduction of regulatory mechanisms in the conditions of the North are caused with extreme envi-ronmental parameters, chaotic oscillations of temperature and barometric modes, or socio-economic (information) changes. However, we can get the greatest expectations in this field by monitoring child population and older adults, as these are the most dangerous age groups in terms of sensitivity to ecological factors of Ugra. It is obvious that frequent vibrational motions of the state vector of the human organism do not allow it entering the stable quasi-attractor. For instance, long-term re-gimes of monotonous work, significant physical load or mental stress with short rest periods do not allow keeping the state vector of the human organism in quasi-attractors and accelerate the motion of quasi-attractor centers in the field of the mortal oscillatory rate.

It is evident that requirement of medical personification includes two procedures: individual (with uninterrupted procedure of human organism state measurement) diagnostics and the second part which is connected with uninterrupted control of the efficiency of medical treatment and measurements of human organism parameters. According to classic deterministic-stochastic approaches we don´t have any possibility for realization of the basic principle in medicine because every human organism has its own specific features. We conduct the diagnostics according to beha-vior of state vector of human organism in phase space of states according to every coordinates of human´s state vector and with calculation of quasiattractors. It was presented new bioinformational methods and software for calculation of quasiattractors parameters for dissolving such contradic-tions between deterministic-stochastic medicine and the use of theory of chaos self-organization where the state vector of human organism demonstrates uninterrupted movements. The practical results of such procedure are also presented according to the theory of chaos self-organization.

ABSTRACT INTRODUCTION: Hepatitis A virus (HAV) has a universal distribution. The prevalence of HAV infection varies greatly according to hygiene and sanitary conditions.OBJECTIVE: To determine the proportion of acute infection of HAV in the state of Bahia during a 5-year period. METHODS: This study was conducted at Central Public Health Laboratory of Bahia (LACEN-BA). All individuals referred for anti-HAV IgM serology from 417 municipalities from January, 2009 to December, 2013 were included.  Percentages of HAV positive cases were presented according to age range for each year of the 5-year study and for each of the nine health districts (RHC) of Bahia.RESULTS: 21,175 samples were analyzed. Proportion of HAV infection was 7.2% (1,535 / 21,175) throughout the study period. The highest proportion was in 2009 (17.4%) and the lowest in 2012 (3.8%), demonstrating a decreasing trend (r = 0.7). The highest infection rates was found in children up to 10 years old. HAV infection was more frequent among males among all age groups. 52.4% (184/351) of the municipalities had acute HAV cases diagnosed. The North and West regions had the highest number of cases. CONCLUSION: There was a progressive decrease of approximately 70% in the proportion of acute HAV infection in the state of Bahia during a five-year assessment period. However, children up to 10 years old remain at higher risk, therefore the vaccine should be expanded to reach this age range.

Ras a1 Khaimah is the most northerly of the seven states comprising the United Arab Emirates and its Ruler, H. H. Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammad al-Qasimi, is keenly interested in the history of the state and its people. Survey carried out there jointly with Dr D. B. Doe in 1968 had focused attention on the site of JuIfar which lies just north of the present town of Ras a1 Khaimah (de Cardi, 1971, 230-2). Julfar was in existence in Abbasid times and its importance as an entrep6t during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries-the Portuguese Period-is reflected by the quantity and variety of imported wares to be found among the ruins of the city. Most of the sites discovered during the survey dated from that period but a group of cairns near Ghalilah and some long gabled graves in the Shimal area to the north-east of the date-groves behind Ras a1 Khaimah (map, FIG. I) clearly represented a more distant past.

Abstract—A synopsis of Dicliptera (Acanthaceae) for Brazil is presented. Six species are recognized: Dicliptera ciliaris, D. sexangularis, and D. squarrosa, widely distributed in South America; D. purpurascens, which ranges from the North Region of Brazil (in the state of Acre) to eastern Bolivia; D. gracilirama, a new species from the Atlantic Forest of northeastern Brazil; and D. granchaquenha, a new species recorded in dry and semideciduous forests in Bolivia and western Brazil, in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. Furthermore, we propose new synonyms and designate lectotypes for eleven names. An identification key to the six accepted Dicliptera species in Brazil is provided.

The interpretation problems of quantum theory are considered. In the formalism of quantum theory the possible states of a system are described by a state vector. The state vector, which will be represented as |ψ> in Dirac notation, is the most general form of the quantum mechanical description. The central problem of the interpretation of quantum theory is to explain the physical significance of the |ψ>. In this paper we have shown that one of the best way to make of interpretation of wave function is to take the wave function as an operator.

The natural collection (n = 280 specimens) of the mole (Talpa europaea L., 1758) from the collections of the State Natural History Museum of the NAS of Ukraine was studied. The main material was collected in May-August by 23 collectors during the period 1868-1998. Morphometry of 86% of mole specimens was carried out, 52% of the individuals were weighed before preparation, the sex was set at 81% of individuals, and the age – 73%. Natural mole from the museum's funds are extracted or found in Bulgaria (1 gathering place) and six regions of West of Ukraine (30 collection sites). The ratio of the sexes of mole individuals, exhibits which are stored in the museum's funds, is 1.0 : 0.7 (♂ : ♀), age groups – 1.0 : 0.3 (ad. : subad.).

In de vervreemding tussen het Noorden en het Zuiden en de uiteindelijke revolutionaire nationaal-liberale oppositie vanuit het Zuiden, speelde de taalproblematiek een minder belangrijke rol dan het klerikale element en de liberale aversie tegen het vorstelijk absolutisme van Willem I en de aangevoelde uitsluiting van de Belgen uit het openbaar ambt en vooral uit de leiding van de staat.________1830: from the Belgian pre-nation to the nation stateIn the second part of his contribution 1830: from the Belgian pre-nation to the nation state, dealing with the events from 1830-1831 as the concluding phase of a transition of the Belgian pre-nation through the major socio-political and cultural mutations after the French Revolution, Lode Wils develops the thesis that the period of 1829-1830 constituted the "terminal crisis" of the Kingdom of the United Netherlands. Whilst King William I had clearly given to understand that he definitively rejected ministerial responsibility and that he considered any criticism of the regime as a criticism of the dynasty, the synergy of resistance increased between the clericalists, liberals and radical anti-authoritarian groups in the South. In the alienation between the North and the South and the ultimate revolutionary national-liberal opposition from the South the language issue played a less important role than the clericalist element and the liberal aversion against the royal absolutism of William I and the sense of exclusion of the Belgians from public office and particularly from the government of the state.
