The subject of this article is the problems of the nature, essence and purpose of prosecutorial activity. The purpose of the article is to study and justify the role of the human rights function in prosecutorial activities in the concept of a modern legal state. At the heart of prosecutorial activity is the implementation of the main function of the Prosecutor’s office – its rights and freedoms, their protection. This means that any type (branch) of Prosecutor's supervision is permeated with human rights content in relation to a citizen, society, or the state. This is confirmed by the fact that the Federal law “On the Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation” establishes an independent type of Prosecutor's supervision-supervision over the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms. It is argued that the legislation enshrines the human rights activities of the Prosecutor's office as its most important function. It is proposed to add this to the Law “On the Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation”.

The Position of the Polish Episcopal Conference on the Parliamentary Elections in 1991The purpose of this article is to show the position of the Conference of the Polish Episcopate on the parliamentary elections in 1991. In official pronouncements of the Conference of the Polish Episcopate on this issue, as well as in the statements of individual bishops you can find two common elements. Firstly, noticeable is the identification of the category of the Polish nation, Catholics and society. Hence the belief that the institutions of a democratic state should uphold Christian values and national. Secondly, the Conference of the Polish Episcopate harbored the misconception by unanimity Catholics in Poland in terms of political views. It quickly turned out that the majority of the population does not recognize the role of the Church as the subject of political life. Already in the early nineties, and especially after the parliamentary elections in 1991, there have been numerous discussions on clericalism and anti‑clericalism.

The article deals with the problem of professional training specialists in tourism. The relevance of the research is that recently the role of knowledge in the process of training future specialists in the sphere of tourism has changed. In the current socio-economic context, in order to fulfill the order of society for high-level future specialists in the sphere of tourism, graduates of higher educational institutions are forced to possess not only an extensive theoretical base in their specific specialty, but also certain meta-subject knowledge. However, mere knowledge ownership is no longer sufficient in the context of the development of the international labor market. The problem of the need for the formation and development of a new quality of education appears, the updated content of which will be based on key competencies. In this case, the key competence is defined as a mandatory competence, because it corresponds to the conditions of implementation, which are not limited, not too specific, but are universal within certain limits. In this regard, a survey of future tourism experts was conducted on the subject of their perception of the importance of forming competencies. The results of the survey are described in this article.

In the article here will be discussed the concept of intellectual leadership and the role of academic personell as intelectual leaders. The core issue in this concept analysis is the fact that many researchers choose intellectuals as the subject for their researches, and many choose leadership, but only few tried to meaningfully relate these two terms. Leadership in university is widely analysed by scholars, who tried to substantiate leadership in university with managerial and entrepreneurial theories. Increasingly growing research in the field of leadership and management in educational institutions is often focused on formal roles of University’s chancellors, vice-chancellors, deans and other managers and more on intellectual capital and property development. Yet there is still lack of theoretical and empirical research concerning the intellectual leadership, and academic personell as intellectual leaders’ role in university. Here universities have to re-consider the development of culture, traditions, and the environment, which would be advantageous to individuals who seeks to foster their creativeness and knowledge.

Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions that have the principal principle of tafaaquh fi din have a tremendous influence on their santri. In addition, history also records from before the independent state of Indonesia, that pesantren became the frontline in expelling colonial colonizers and presenting peace in the archipelago even today. Even so, lately there have been a number of pesantren that have lost their way, they have stopped paying attention to the security and peace of the nation, they only think that in a pesantren it is a place to explore religious knowledge not others. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explore the pesantren in fortifying the Pancasila. This study is a linear field with a descriptive qualitative approach, where data collected in the form of written or oral words from people who are the subject of research and observable behavior. The aim of the article is to show the sociological elements in the education process that are present in Korczak’s pedagogy, both in its scientific form as well as in his fiction aimed directly at children. Therefore, society with its educational institutions (family, school, boarding school) is recognized in this pedagogy as an important sphere of symbolic references and educational influences. The key role of society (as the most important educational institution) in shaping pupils is present in commonly known works on the sociology of upbringing (including Florian Znaniecki or Józef Chałasiński), while sociological threads in Korczak’s pedagogy have not been a popular topic of separate analysis so far, apart from one monograph devoted to the subject. Therefore, this topic requires in-depth analyses and afterthought. Janusz Korczak emphasizes the role of society in a child’s life, preparing them primarily for participation in social relations, through diverse forms of group life at school, whose most important achievement is the institution of student self-government. It is thus a bridge between student-oriented education and the traditional pedagogical message, involving the transmission of the requirements of specific social roles.

Integrins are a family of transmembrane adhesion proteins. An integrin molecule is composed of two subunits called α and β, each of which has a large extracellular domain, a transmembrane fragment, and a short cytoplasmic sequence. The main function of integrin is to bind extracellular matrix proteins and the skeletal muscle cell membrane. In addition, integrin as a membrane receptor is involved in signal transduction and cell response to microenvironmental signals, by relaying information about the structure and composition of the cell environment. Postmortem integrin degradation has been the subject of several studies, mainly in pork, where the mechanisms of postmortem integrin degradation are not completely understood. Therefore, the aim of the study was to present current knowledge on the role of integrin in postmortem drip loss in pork. Research to date has shown that postmortem integrin degradation could contribute to the formation of drip channels between the cell body and cell membrane of muscle fibers, which increases the drip loss from pork.
