Interactive teaching methods provide solutions to educational problems in various aspects. The use of interactive methods allows you to organize independent cognitive activity of students during the lesson. In the article the urgency of introduction of the Federal state educational standard (GEF) basic General education, are the main characteristics of this new generation standard: the emphasis in education; inter-personal, meta (cognitive, communicative, regulatory universal learning activities) and substantive results. The educational and methodological manual reflects the theoretical aspects of the basics of designing innovative pedagogical technologies. The article presents the practice of designing author's pedagogical technologies, selection criteria, creation algorithm and ways of designing new pedagogical technologies. The course of higher mathematics occupies a special place in the system of training specialists in economics. The article discusses the issue of effective use of interactive methods of teaching higher mathematics to students of economic profile. The importance of the use of interactive methods is emphasized as one of the means of forming in students such qualities as: independence, initiative, creative thinking, communication, the ability to quickly and effectively solve the assigned professional tasks. Interactive methods contribute to the development of the rational-logical, emotional sphere of the student. The definitions of the concept of "interactive teaching methods" are given. The main tasks of interactive teaching of higher mathematics are considered, the main idea of interactive teaching is described. The main forms of interactive learning that can be used in lectures and practical classes in higher mathematics are considered. The features of the organization and conduct of such forms of classes as: a problem lecture, a lecture with a mistake, a lecture-conversation, a practical problem lesson, a business game are described. Topics from higher mathematics on which the above forms of interactive learning were implemented are listed. The results of the questionnaire survey of students which indicate the effectiveness of using the listed forms of organizing the educational process using interactive teaching methods are given.

An experience practice of St. Petersburg’s lyceum No. 265 on maintaining pupil’s portfolio as one of essential means for assessment of junior schoolchild achievements is revealed in this paper. The special attention is paid to representation of education results connected with achievements of personal, meta subject and subject planned results in the light of the Federal State Educational Standard for the primary general education of the second generation. The presented analysis of portfolio’s content and sections can give practical help to employees of educational institutions.

We discuss the means and methods of public education in ethnic socialization of modern school students. We reveal the subject and objectives of ethnopedagogics, disclose the possibility of such means of public education as verbal actions (proverbs, songs, tales, legends, traditions), traditional folk games, folklore, customs, traditions, etc. We show that the positive experience gained by folk pedagogy is insufficiently used in modern practice of educational institutions. We emphasize that the transition to the new federal state educational standards of general education will create conditions for ethnic and cultural education of schoolchildren through the organization of extracurricular activities on the basis of national traditions and values of Russian and world culture. The analysis provides a basis for concluding that the it is necessary to allocate the value bases of the folk experience of children socialization, suitable for the present time, and the implementation of the best achievements of folk pedagogy in the practice of modern educational institutions.

The article discusses the problem of teaching the Russian language in modern conditions of the functioning of educational organizations. The reasons for the decline in literacy of the younger generation and Russian citizens are described, among which are population migration, insufficient attention to teaching methods, etc. The requirements for primary school graduates in terms of mastering the Russian language are outlined in the draft new version of the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education. Approaches to their implementation are being outlined, which will make it possible to positively affect literacy in our country. The article evaluates the discussion on the support and development of the Russian language, which took place at a meeting of the Russian Language Council under the President of the Russian Federation in September 2019.
