Quality education should ensure a cultural and value balance. The rapid evolution of technology is a reality today in all areas of activity, including the education system. Creating a favorable quality learning context becomes an imperative of the time. The education acquired today in school is not enough to cope with the avalanche of changes facing humanity The use of the digital textbook in primary school contributes to the awareness of students of the possibility of using technology for their own training, being a bridge between its digital world and school. In particular, in the natural sciences classes, it makes possible a better understanding of phenomena and knowledge, making up for the impossibility of direct contact with a virtual reality. Thus, the rational thinking based on science is stimulated, explaining the phenomena that happened in nature on the students' understanding.

Digital technology use is an integral part of children’s and adolescent’s lives. With the rapid evolution of technology, adult caregivers can easily feel overwhelmed by the daunting task of setting boundaries on technology use. Family systems theory offers a unique perspective for understanding how external factors (i.e., technology) can impede or enhance the family system, particularly when integrated into a developmental framework. Five clinical concepts are presented that weave together developmental tasks and family systems theory. This paper offers recommendations for clinicians to help parents understand the potentially harmful consequences of technology use across the developmental spectrum. We also provide recommendations for how to support parents in discussing technology use with their children and adolescents. Lastly, we offer suggestions for how the impact of technology use on development can be integrated into human service courses at the university level.

The rapid evolution of technology during the past decade has increased among large organizations, while at that same time they are reducing costs to retain their strategic advantage in the market. Organizations have also realized that numerous employees or cutting the size of an organization is not always a solution. Most recently, they have turned their attention to the human factor, which is renewable, to gain and retain strategic advantage inside a competitive market. The paper analyses investment in human capital, demonstrating how it is the sole solution. This paper examines knowledge employees, based on a well-structured IT department, and how they increase productivity and comprise the core of the organization structure. The leadership of an organization must administer its human resources properly to maximize the profit of their investment.

Despite the rapid evolution of technology that is dramatically changing higher learning education, many law instructors still seem hesitant to incorporate them into their pedagogical approaches. Perhaps the reason lies behind the fear of losing all the traditional benefits of conventional physical interactions in class. But what if students’ motivation and learning concentration can be enhanced using this technology? What if gamifying the class, and using augmented reality technology can stimulate motivation, concentration and collaboration in learning? This paper aims to explore the effects of using a gamified augmented reality experience in intensifying law students’ motivation to learn, and their comprehension of the law. The paper discusses the issue in four aspects, namely, the origin and background of gamification and augmented reality in higher learning education, the usage of gamification and augmented reality in law schools worldwide, the implementation of the same by the author in his own civil procedure class in UKM, and his observations of students’ motivation and concentration based on the approach taken. Using both quantitative and qualitative approach, the paper showcases and shares the author’s experience in implementing the method in his class, and investigates the benefits and drawbacks of adopting the approach

Although the new economic paradigm is based on the rapid evolution of technology, it is not clear if this evolution is only dependent on a spectacular transformation of human resources or if the evolution of human resources has imposed major changes at a technical level as well. The main focus of this paper is to identify how to cope with these new technologies as educational actors, using a diagnosis of contemporary generation characteristics. The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) imposes a rapid evolution (or revolution) of the human resources paradigm in engineering: iMillennials should adapt to that paradigm, and the paradigm should be adapted to them. The research objectives were to identify some relevant characteristics of iMillennials’ technological background and to create a map of the abilities of this generation as required by the evolution of new technologies. For a batch of students with a technical background, two psychological inventories that describe emotional intelligence and motivation acquisition were applied. Each inventory used focuses on certain features that describe motivational achievement (AMI) or emotional intelligence (EQ-I). Besides the motivational features, the AMI questionnaire also refers to socio-emotional abilities. A correlation between the parameters of the two inventories occurred. Three correlated parameters (assertiveness, reality testing, and commitment) were identified. Based on these results, a constellation map of soft skills was designed to match characteristic features of iMillennials with necessary competencies for an Industry 4.0 environment. Furthermore, this paper proposes a tool for educational actors to cope with these transformations based on the new technologies of Industry 4.0 and the characteristics of the iMillennials generation.

Adoption of child plays a major role in recent times. This is due to the emotional and ethical challenges faced by both the adopting parent and the children .This paper presents a new technique of applying image processing technology that uses an image based approach to the system. With the rapid evolution of technology there are large numbers of face recognition algorithm. In this paper we have attempted to review the best face recognition algorithm by considering all the algorithm and its functions. Viola Jones algorithm is used to develop the entire system. Using this algorithm image processing is implemented for further enhancement of the system .This lowers the complexity in the child adoption system and also helps to increase the efficiency of the system.

Purpose Two simultaneous trends have arisen in the field of HRM: the development of the human resource (HR) function toward a more strategic, value adding unit and the trend of HR outsourcing (HRO). Opinions are divided in the field of HRM research regarding the interdependences between these two trends and whether the HR function has a positive or negative effect. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine the triangular relationship among strategic HR integration, the HR-to-employee ratio and HRO. Design/methodology/approach This study analyses data from three large evaluations conducted in 14 European countries and compares the results obtained from the 2000, 2005 and 2010 Cranet survey waves. For the hypotheses, a multilevel regression design was used. Findings The results allow concluding that HRO supports the professionalization of the HR function in an effort to make it a strategic asset. Research limitations/implications This study extends prior understandings of the theoretical perspective on HRO and its organizational impact. The sample is nested within 14 European countries and influenced by cultural aspects and institutional factors. These influences could be an exciting avenue for further research. Practical implications This paper includes important implications for HR practitioners. The results support a rather optimistic view of the HR function regarding its relationship with HRO and the latter’s impact on the HR-to-employee ratio and strategic HR integration. Originality/value The study answers the question: has HRO downsized internal HR staff over the past decade, and how is it related to the strategic integration of the HR function? In this context, this study analyses Cranet data to contribute to the discussion on the development of strategic HR integration and the impact of HRO on such efforts. Moreover, the study examines the influence of HRO on internal HR staff based on the theoretical framework of the resource-based view.
