BIM technology used more widely in construction industry in developed countries in Europe and the United States, the integration of building information modeling (BIM) in the domestic large-scale propulsion was still difficult, and further the trend of widening the gap with foreign advanced level. In order to identify problems and solve the current status quo, and cut into the integrated information from project management point of view of China's architectural design, and analysis the status quo of BIM technology in our project management and developmental disabilities, and BIM-based technology and related parties mutual relations, to explain the development prospects of its application in China.

The programme for disposal of radioactive waste in Japan is now moving ahead on a number of fronts. On the regulatory side, responsibility for TRU waste disposal has been assigned to NUMO and guidelines for the safety goals for disposal of LLW have been published. NUMO, as the implementer for the deep geological disposal programme, has been developing the special tools for project management that are needed as a result of the decision to adopt a volunteering approach to siting. NUMO is also building up the technical infrastructure for flexible tailoring of site characterisation, repository design and the associated safety assessment to the conditions found in any volunteer site. This work requires openness and transparency in decision-making but, as several sites may need to be investigated in parallel, particular emphasis is placed on operational practicality.

In order to realize the standardization and normalization of environmental protection project management. This paper uses the literature method to study the current status of the existing project management mode, and points out the problems: lack of a sound project management system, insufficient information application of project management, and unclear decentralization in project management; on this basis, this paper proposes optimization strategies from the aspects of perfecting the engineering project management system, clarifying the allocation of project management authority, and strengthening the construction of engineering project management information. And put forward the future development trend of project engineering management, on the basis of two mainstream management modes of BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) and EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction), build a standardized project management platform to achieve intelligent management. Realize intelligent management of engineering project management to achieve standardization and standardization, greatly improving the efficiency of project management.

There is an absence of data in the available literature on the current status of programs that offer an MBA with a technical specialization. This study addresses that absence of data with an overall discussion of MBA specializations and an investigation of MBAs that offer a technical specialization in construction management (CM) and project management (PM). Information on programs that offer CM or PM technical specializations was collected using a university’s official website, as well as, phone conversations with personnel. A total of 39 of 368 MBA programs offered the CM and/or PM technical specialization. These programs were analyzed across multiple data points such as cost, courses, and time to completion. Data collected on the availability of MBAs with a technical specialization in either CM or PM revealed that both curriculums are virtually nonexistent across academia. Universities that begin to offer PM or CM technical specializations will be filling a current knowledge gap that will benefit both students and employers alike. Further research into the degree that employers prefer technical specialization is needed. The data collected in this study indicate that there are still areas of study that MBA programs can address with the introduction of new technical specializations.

The paper presents the analysis of the current status of Building Information Modelling implementation in Russian construction industry. The case study approach was chosen to investigate 20 cases of BIM application by different participants of construction projects at different stages of the project and product life cycle. Particular benefits of BIM spread in industry are defined and pitfalls AEC companies may encounter in construction project management processes are revealed.

The article presents the issues of school environment expertise and discusses the possibilities and prospects of using digital tooling for its assessment in mass educational practice and scientific research. The proposed method of vector modeling of the environment of personality development allows determining the activity of the individual in mastering educational resources in various types of environments. This digital tooling allows school management teams and organizational consultants to conduct management and pedagogical analysis of the current status and complementarity of various system components of school environments with each other, as well as with the school’s mission, and implement their managerial and vocational design; to develop programs for the progression of school organizations based on environment methodology using expert project management technology; to carry out organizational and pedagogical consulting of schools taking into account the “built-in” nature of environments of various levels (the environment of the lesson, class, club, school, and educational complex).
