The liaison librarian to a college with a substantial and growing online learning population began using asynchronous, personalised video instruction as an online replacement for the traditional face-to-face, one-on-one bibliographic instruction reference appointment. This project was informed by the framework of metaliteracy and the “See One, Do One, Teach One” instruction methodology utilised by the health sciences. While formal outcomes assessment has yet to be conducted, unsolicited comments from students are overwhelmingly positive, and preliminary data analysis of usage and engagement reveals several promising trends. 65% of all watched videos were watched for the entire duration of the video, and the liaison librarian found video creation to be less time-consuming than scheduling appointments. One of the government's policies to stop the spread of the covid-19 pandemic is to shift face-to-face learning at school to distance learning at home. Online learning is not easy to do, it is different from conventional learning. In online classes, students were reluctant to participate in the in-class activities. This kind of reluctance made students lose motivation to learn languages. This study aims to see how the online learning model is to find out the students’ involvement in EFL online classes during the Covid-19 Pandemic at Senior High School in Bengkalis. This present study employs a descriptive case study as the research design. To collect the data, researchers used observation, video documentation, and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this study were used qualitative data analysis techniques which include three activities, namely: data reduction, data presentation, concluding. The results of this study revealed that. Students could not see the screen display, teacher and student communicating to solve problems, there is a network disruption, students late response to teacher, the class leader is the student who always actively responds to the teacher, students do not respond to teacher directions, students sign in and sign out the zoom meeting

The blended learning model is a learning that uses online facilities combined with face-to-face learning (synchronous learning-asynchronous learning). The purpose of this research is to develop online learning that can be used by two PGRI universities in Indonesia as an online learning media. This research applies research and development method 4D Thiagarajan (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The result of this study is an online learning system that can be used by Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang and Universitas PGRI Madiun in Basic Physics course. This system uses the MOODLE (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment), therefore it has the advantage that it is easy to use by all lecturers.

After a year and a half of online learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic, face-to-face learning is limited to taking into account strict health procedures. Limited face-to-face learning (PTMT) is not necessarily the same as face-to-face learning before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, because it contains elements that collaborate face-to-face learning with online learning, which in contemporary terms is called hybrid learning. Therefore, the intensification of face-to-face learning activities is a determinant of learning success so that the learning outcomes obtained by students can be maximized. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an increase in learning outcomes in Understanding Ball Throwing Techniques through the application of the Snowball Throwing Cooperative model in grade 3-A students of SD Negeri Wonokusumo IV/43 Surabaya. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Wonokusumo IV/43, Semampir sub-district, Surabaya City with a two-cycle action research mechanism. Based on data analysis, from this study it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes in Understanding Ball Throwing Techniques through the application of the Snowball Throwing Cooperative model in grade 3-A students of SD Negeri Wonokusumo IV/43 Surabaya.
