In this paper, we investigate the split equilibrium problem and fixed point problem in Hilbert spaces. We propose an iterative scheme for solving such problem in which the involved equilibrium bifunctions f and g are pseudomonotone and monotone, respectively, and the operators S and T are all pseudocontractive. We show that the suggested scheme converges strongly to a solution of the considered problem.

We propose an implicit iterative scheme and an explicit iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of fixed point of infinitely many strict pseudocontractive mappings and the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem by the general iterative methods. In the setting of real Hilbert spaces, strong convergence theorems are proved. Our results improve and extend the corresponding results reported by many others.

Abstract In this paper, we study a modified extragradient method for computing a common solution to the split equilibrium problem and fixed point problem of a nonexpansive semigroup in real Hilbert spaces. The weak and strong convergence characteristics of the proposed algorithm are investigated by employing suitable control conditions in such a setting of spaces. As a consequence, we provide a simplified analysis of various existing results concerning the extragradient method in the current literature. We also provide a numerical example to strengthen the theoretical results and the applicability of the proposed algorithm.

AbstractIn this paper, we suggest and analyze an iterative algorithm to approximate a common solution of a hierarchical fixed point problem for nonexpansive mappings, a system of variational inequalities, and a split equilibrium problem in Hilbert spaces. Under some suitable conditions imposed on the sequences of parameters, we prove that the sequence generated by the proposed iterative method converges strongly to a common element of the solution set of these three kinds of problems. The results obtained here extend and improve the corresponding results of the relevant literature.

In this paper, we introduce an iterative algorithm for finding a common solution of a finite family of the equilibrium problems, quasi-variational inclusion problems and fixed point problem on Hadamard manifolds. Under suitable conditions, some strong convergence theorems are proved. Our results extend some recent results in literature.

Equilibrium problem and fixed point problem are considered. A general iterative algorithm is introduced for finding a common element of the set of solutions to the equilibrium problem and the common set of fixed points of two weak relatively uniformly nonexpansive multivalued mappings. Furthermore, strong and weak convergence results for the common element in the two sets mentioned above are established in some Banach space.

This paper aims to propose a new reckoning method for solving the split equality fixed point problem of demicontractive operators in Hilbert spaces, and to establish a theorem with regard to the strong convergence of this new scheme. As an application, we also consider quasi-pseudo-contractive operators and obtain a result on the solution to the split equality fixed point problem in the framework of Hilbert spaces. A numerical example is also provided.

We establish an iterative method for finding a common element of the set of fixed points of nonexpansive semigroup and the set of split equilibrium problems. Under suitable conditions, some strong convergence theorems are proved. Our works improve previous results for nonexpansive semigroup.

In this paper, we consider an iterative algorithm by using the shrinking projection method for solving the fixed point problem of the pseudo-contractive mappings and the generalized equilibrium problems. We prove some lemmas for our main result and a strong convergence theorem for the proposed algorithm.
