The patient’s Cr (creatinine), BUN (blood urea nitrogen), HBG (hemoglobin), VT (ventricular tachycardia), pacing frequency, puncture point, emergency to permanent pacing time, pacing current (mA), pacing threshold current (mA), and admission diagnosis data were collected. The data were subjected to frequency statistics, curve regression analysis, PLS regression analysis, adjustment analysis, chi-square test, ridge regression analysis, discriminant analysis, negative binomial regression analysis, Poisson regression analysis, and stepwise regression analysis. Some findings include the following: (1) Cr has a significant positive effect on HBG, and BUN has a significant negative effect on HBG. (2) VT has a negative correlation with age and a positive correlation with CK-MB and CK (creatinine kinase). (3) Myocarditis has a negative correlation with age and a significant positive correlation with CTnI (cardiac troponin I). (4) AST (aspartate transaminase) and ALT (alanine aminotransferase) have a significant positive impact on DDI (D-dimer), while CTnI has a significant negative impact on DDI. MYO (myoglobin) has no impact relationship to DDI. (5) ALT has a significant positive relationship with APTT (partial thromboplastin time). (6) Alb (albumin) and TBIL (total bilirubin) have a significant positive effect on PLT (platelet) count, while pro-BNP (B-type natriuretic peptide) and MYO have a significant negative effect on PLT. (7) CK has a significant positive effect on INR (international normalized ratio). (8) The relationship between sinus node dysfunction and VT significantly affect the pacing frequency (beats/minute). For third-degree atrioventricular block, different samples of sinus node dysfunction showed significant differences. (9) There is a significant positive correlation between pacing current (mA) and pacing threshold current (mA). (10) There was a significant positive correlation between perceived voltage (mV) and the time from emergency to permanent pacing. Admission diagnosis has a significant positive impact on the time from emergency to permanent pacing. The change (increase) in time from emergency to permanent pacing was 1.137-fold when an additional condition was diagnosed on admission.

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of solvency on stock returns by using EPS as a moderating variable in the Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The research observation data were 36 companies. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that solvency has a not significant positive effect on stock returns and EPS reinforces the effect of solvency on stock returns. The smaller the level of solvability, the smaller the risk obtained. Keywords—: Solvability; Returns; EPS.

Religiosity and environmental influences (group references) are two things that are believed to have a positive influence on tax compliance. This has been proven by previous studies focusing on the determinants of tax compliance. For this reason, this study will conduct a survey of 300 individual taxpayers in Surabaya to see whether there is an influence of religiosity and environmental influence on a person's decision to comply with tax rules. For this reason, a regression analysis was conducted and it was found that there was a significant positive effect between the level of religiosity and the influence of the environment (referent group) on tax compliance. This means that the more religious a person is, the more chance he will obey the tax rules. Likewise, a person's chances of complying with taxes will increase if one's environment is also compliant with taxes. For this reason, DGT needs to collaborate with religious organizations, religious leaders and communities to be able to voice the importance of taxes and the need for compliance with tax regulations.

Organizational commitment is one of the critical problems faced by the organizations, today. The outcomes related to commitment i.e. turnover and absenteeism can be resolved through enriched jobs. However, there is limited knowledge availability both from practical and academic aspects regarding the effect of job characteristics on organizational commitment, and keeping this perspective in mind this study examined the effect of job characteristics on organizational commitment in Nepali IT companies along with the moderating effect of growth need strength. Altogether 167 responses were collected from employees using survey questionnaire. Regression analysis and multiple moderated regression analysis were carried out to examine the hypothesized relationship. The results indicated that job characteristics had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and among the five dimensions of job characteristic only skill variable had a non-significant effect on organizational commitment. However, the moderating effect of growth needs strength on job characteristics and organizational commitment relationship could not be established. Research implications along with the limitations of this study are discussed.
