One kind of constant-volume removal rate machining method of the middle-convex and varying ellipse piston is proposed in this paper. By analyzing the structure and movement relationship of the middle-convex and varying ellipse piston machine, the NC machining model is built. And, the constant-volume removal rate machining model is also built by superposing the variable rotation satisfying the dynamic performance constraints on the uniform rotation of the spindle of the CNC piston lathe. Then, the instantaneous position parameters of each axis of the CNC piston lathe are obtained and turned into NC code. The functional feasibility of the method finally is verified by simulation machining.

To solve the problem of detecting the permeability of the textile machinery, a dedicated test system has been developed based on the pressure difference measuring method. The established system has a number of advantages including simple, fast and accurate. The mathematical model of influencing factors for permeability is derived based on fluid theory, and the relationship of these parameters is achieved. Further investigations are directed towards the inherent characteristics of the control system. Based on the established model and measuring features, an information fusion based clustering control system is proposed to implement the measurement. Using this mechanical structure, a PID control system and a cluster control system have been developed. Simulation and experimental tests are carried out to examine the performance of the established system. It is noted that the clustering method has a high dynamic performance and control accuracy. This cluster fusion control method has been successfully utilized in powder metallurgy collar permeability testing.

This study discussed the photoreduction of Cr(VI) ions in aqueous solutions by UV/TiO2photocatalytic processes under various operational factors. Experimental results showed that the removal rate of Cr(VI) increased with decreasing solution pH values and with increasing dosages of organic compounds, indicating that the recombination rate of electrons and h+can be retarded in the reaction systems by the addition of the scavenger, thus raising the reaction rate of Cr(VI). The relationship of the chemical reaction rate of Cr(VI), TiO2dosage, and changes of Cr(VI) concentration was expressed by the pseudo-first-order kinetic equation. Comparing the experimental results of two different doping metals in modified TiO2photoreduction systems, the removal rate of Cr(VI) by the Ag/TiO2process is larger, possibly because the electron transferring ability of Ag is superior to that of Cu. However, the photoreduction rates of Cr(VI) by modified UV/TiO2processes are worse than those by a nonmodified commercial UV/TiO2process.

In order to improve the dynamic performance of a truck dump mechanism, the optimal parameter combination of the dump mechanism is studied. In combination with Adams' own modeling work, the dump mechanism is simplified and modeled and simulated. The objective function is optimized with the minimum lifting force, and the parameter combination of the best position relationship of the dump mechanism is obtained. The simulation results show that Adams can accurately predict the optimal parameter combination of mechanical devices, which have certain reference value for engineering design.

SUMMARYThis paper deals with dynamic dimensional synthesis of the Delta robot using the pressure/transmission angle constraints. Two types of pressure/transmission angles are defined, with which the direct and indirect singularities can be identified in a straightforward manner. Two novel global dynamic metrics are proposed for minimisation, which are associated respectively with the inertial and centrifuge/Coriolis components of the driving torque. Various geometrical and performance constraints are taken into account in terms of workspace/machine volume ratio, pressure/transmission angles, etc. The effects of pressure/transmission angle constraints on the feasible domain of design variables are investigated in depth via an example, and a set of optimised dimensional parameters is obtained for achieving a good kinematic and dynamic performance throughout the entire task workspace.

The principle and structure of self-adaptive scaling factor fuzzy controller is introduced, which is composed of host fuzzy controller and auxiliary fuzzy controller. Auxiliary fuzzy controller produces a quantity to update real-time scaling factor according to control process error, variation of error and the relationship of error, to obtain better system control performance. According to characteristics of NC feeding servo system, the fuzzy controller is applied to control the NC feeding servo system. In order to check the dynamic performance and stable error of system, the controller is simulated with fuzzy toolbox and Simulink environment in Matlab. The results show that the self-adaptive scaling factor fuzzy controller is good for NC feeding servo system.

Data obtained with the Warburg constant-volume respirometer and from enzyme analysis have demonstrated that the method of regulation of the "hydroaromatic" degradation pathway found in Pseudomonas aeruginosa is vastly different from that previously discovered in Acinetobacter calcoaceticus and perhaps also significantly different from P. putida. Two mutants have been analyzed: the first with multiple impairment of degradative abilities; the second with a single defect, i.e. a lack of quinic dehydrogenase activity. Quinic dehydrogenase has also been shown to function for shikimate utilization in P. aeruginosa, even though 5-dehydroshikimate reductase in vitro catalyzes the same reaction. The possible relationship of these findings to pyocyanine formation is discussed.

Coordinate polishing technology with abrasive tap is targeted for crankshaft, camshaft, eccentric shaft and other complex surface polishing. In the process of coordinate polishing crankshaft crankpin with abrasive tap, the constant removal rate is to ensure accuracy rate of removal, which is very important factor. This article is to mainly analyze constant rate of removal. First, analyzing the movement model of a single abrasive and on the exact model and the constant speed along under the conditions of uniform rotation of the crankshaft still grinding the neck of a diagram analysis, we found that controlling the abrasive in constant linear speed and constant pressure under the crankpin can achieve constant rate of removal. Then, when the abrasive is moving with constant speed under the crankpin, we analyses on the laws of crankshaft rotation and institutions movement, and simulates the equation of motion, Those curves are no mutations and to meet the engineering requirements. Finally, in order to ensure coordinate polishing crankshaft crankpin with abrasive tap with the polishing block clamping force, that is constant pressure grounding, so coordinate institutions must be analyzed counter weight. Those curves are no mutations and to meet the engineering requirements.

The main aim of this article is to present a technical solution for straw and forage yield mapping when using round balers with variable chamber for harvest. The yield measurement is based on monitoring of instantaneous position of a tension roller mechanism for press chamber circular belt. Wheat straw was harvested – baled, during our trial measurements. The acreage of the trial field was 12 ha. Calibration of the measuring system showed a strong dependence of the tension roller position on the amount of pressed straw (R2 = 0.99). Geostatistical evaluation confirms a spatial relationship of measured data sets with a moderate spatial dependence. Finally, yield map of straw was created

Nowadays, heavy and bulky rotors are replaced by the light yet strong rotor, where the composite material is only supplementary. The composite may be constructed either by reinforcing long unidirectional fiber into matrix material or stacking of lamina, where each lamina has different orientation of fiber. But mathematical modelling of such type of rotor is little difficult when considering different orientation of fiber. This invokes us to construct multilayer rotors of different isotropic material and associated formulation to show its better dynamic performance. Generally internal damping has an enormous effect on the dynamics of rotor shaft system. For the sake of modelling, all layers are assumed to made of viscoelastic material and perfectly bonded. The constitutive relationship of each layer is represented by two element voigt model and equation of motion is obtained in time domain. This paper involves the development of both classical and finite element mathematical model of multilayer viscoelastic rotors, which contents system characteristics. Under these conditions, the complex modal behaviour of the rotor-shaft is studied to get an insight of the dynamic characteristics of the system, in terms of Decay rate, Stability Limit of Spin-speed, First Natural Frequency and also Unbalance frequency response.
