In order to get the better electromagnetic characteristics of the micro digital valve, the larger electromagnetic force should be obtained in the smaller electromagnetic structure. The electromagnetic force directly determines the electromagnetic properties of the miniature digital valve. The electromagnetic force test is studied in the paper. The results of electromagnetic simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results. The simulation model is reliable and accurate. The dynamic simulation results show that the dynamic characteristics of the miniature digital valve meet the requirements of the digital hydraulic technology. Design of the new micro digital valve is reasonable.

Established the dynamics simulation analysis model of crane hoisting mechanism based on the theory of dynamics in Adams software, and then through the three dimensional model of lifting mechanism dynamics entities, the constraints, load, drive can be added, the motion law can be defined to simulation analysis the change of the force of wire rope, the change of displacement, velocity and acceleration of lifting weight in the lifting process. On the basis of the simulation results, it can make a great improvement for the structure of crane and provide a meaningful theoretical reference for the hoisting machinery innovation design.

With the development of electromagnetic simulation software and affordable hardware, it is allowed for us to complete simulations for EMC purposes. However, simulation demands will be immense when simulations for models with complex structures, especially aircraft components, have to be solved. Hence, it is meaningful to investigate how to minimize the computational demands. One of the solutions to reduce the simulation expense is the simplification for the simulated model. But the simplified model should be guaranteed to provide credible simulation results which do not deviate from the original model apparently. Generally, the difference between the simulation results and experimental data is estimated, or if the experimental conditions are not achieved, the comparison between the simplified model and the original one has to be analyzed, at least. This paper explores the electromagnetic simulation of a turbofan engine encountering lightning strike. With the simplifications of different components on the turbofan engine, the influences on induced currents of engine controller cables are simulated and analyzed based on the transmission-line matrix method. A combining method of components removal and geometric structure simplification is proposed to simplify the whole engine model. Simplified components include compressor, combustion chamber, turbine, and nozzle. The effects of different simplification methods are quantified, and the rationality of the simplified model is verified by simulation analysis.

The dynamic performance of asymmetric involute gear transmission system is analyzed by the MSC.ADAMS software during the paper. By comparative analyzed with the traditional dynamic characteristics of symmetrical involute straight gear transmission, it can be summarized that the asymmetric involute gear transmission system has better vibration characteristics in the course of transmission.

According to the insufficient force analysis of the cable in the process of winch retraction, especially the insufficient research on the flexible cable retraction process such as the UHMWPE cable, the dynamic simulation analysis of the retraction process of the parallel grooved multi-layer drum and UHMWPE cable cable is carried out by using the virtual prototype software ADAMS. The simulation model of the cable is created by using the macro command program, and the virtual prototype model of the cable drum is completed, and the force changes of the cable under different rotating speeds are simulated.The simulation results show that the contact force between the cable and the double winding drum can be quickly stable under the specific load, and with the increase of the rotating speed, the maximum value of the tension change of the cable increases, but it is finally stable at a fixed value. The results can provide some reference for structural strength calculation of cable storage drum, selection of high molecular polyethylene cable and dynamic analysis of cable arranger under load.

In this paper the nonlinear model of zero open symmetrical cylinder controlled by four-way slide valve system was established base on power bond graph. The flexible simulation model was building up by the use of simulink toolbox in MATLAB. The model’s dynamic characteristics were stimulated. The simulation results showed the nonlinear model could reflect the dynamic characteristics of the valve controlled cylinder accurately. So it provided scientific basis for estimating the characteristics and correct using of the controlled cylinder system.

Alternating current field Measurement is one of the important progresses about electromagnetic nondestructive testing in recent years. Alternating magnetic fields excitation testing model is established by using electromagnetic simulation software ANSOFT, a flat plate crack defects are simulated. By analyzing its principle, crack depth and the width change influence on test results, finally the simulation results are verified by the method of experiment. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results. The results show that this differential probe has good effect on crack defects test.

The reversing valve is a vital servo component in the hydraulic system, which reversing the movement of the execute component by the movement of the valve core to change on-off of the hydraulic channels. The model for a three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve used in some hydraulic system was established based on AMESim. The simulation operation results showed that the model had realized the same function with that of the actual valve, and had been consistent with the actual one on dynamic characteristics. The established of the model and the dynamic simulation analysis laid foundation for the hydraulic system operation reliably and effectively.

The new type of pipeline-cleaning robot discussed in this paper is developed to clean pipelines within the diameter range 200mm-250mm, which is propelled by using screw locomotion. With the help of CATIA, the modeling & simulation software, the simulation model of the robot and its vibration analysis has been obtained. From the analysis, dynamic characteristics of pipeline robot vary with the output parameters of control module and the structures of robot joints. Stimulated vibration has very little influences on the whole machine. The stability and reliability of the robot have been proven. According to the experimental study of principle prototype and dynamic simulation study of the virtual prototype, dynamic characteristics can be improved by optimizing the structures of robot and the related output parameters of control module, which contributes to the improvement of its motion stability. Therefore, it is believed that the robot has great value in practical use.

The power bond graph of hydraulic system of power-slipway for combined machine tools was built on the basis of analysis on its hydraulic system and actual working cases. Dynamic model of hydraulic system of power-slipway was built. At the same time, making use of Simulink, dynamic simulation of hydraulic system of power-slipway was carried out. Influence law of primary technology parameters on dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system of power-slipway was expounded. The simulation results will provide theory basis for performance analysis and optimal design of hydraulic system of power-slipway for combined machine tools.
