Integral inequalities, which provide explicit bounds on unknown functions, are used to serve as handy tools in the study of the qualitative properties of solutions to differential and integral equations. By utilizing some analysis techniques, such as amplification method, differential, and integration, several new types of linear and nonlinear retarded integral inequalities in two independent variables are provided. These results generalize and complement previous ones. An illustrative example is given to support the obtained results. The study of the numerical example shows that the new results presented in this paper work well in the analysis of retarded integral inequalities in two independent variables.

In this paper, we investigate some nonlinear dynamical integral inequalities involving the forward jump operator in two independent variables. These inequalities provide explicit bounds on unknown functions, which can be used as handy tools to study the qualitative properties of solutions of certain partial dynamical systems on time scales pairs.

In this paper, we establish two new differential-integral inequalities. Under several practical assumptions, the inequality is solved by adopting novel analysis techniques, such as: change of variable, amplification method, differential and integration, and the dialectical relationship between constants and variables, and explicit bounds for the unknown functions are given clearly. The derived results can be applied in the study of some practical problems in engineering.

The goal of this paper is to derive some new generalizations of certain Gamidov type integral inequalities in two variables which provide explicit bounds on unknown functions. To show the feasibility of the obtained inequalities, some illustrative examples are also introduce.

Some new Gronwall-Bellman-type delay integral inequalities in two independent variables on time scales are established, which provide a handy tool in the research of qualitative and quantitative properties of solutions of delay dynamic equations on time scales. The established inequalities generalize some of the results in the work of Zhang and Meng 2008, Pachpatte 2002, and Ma 2010.

The aim of the present paper is to establish some new finite difference inequalities involving functions of two independent variables which provide explicit bounds on unknown functions. The inequalities given here can be used as tools in the qualitative theory of certain partial finite difference equations.

Abstract:                  This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership style and organizational culture have on work discipline among employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. The population as well as the sample is 49 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with two independent variables, namely leadership style and organizational culture. Meanwhile, one dependent variable is work discipline. Data analysis techniques used the help of a computer application program SPSS 24. The results showed the value of the F test of 41.583, thus it can be seen that the variable leadership style and organizational culture have a simultaneous influence on work discipline at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. From the results of the t test analysis, it is known that the variable of leadership style has a partial effect on work discipline, the results of t count are 7.975> 2.012 (t table), while the variables of organizational culture have no partial effect on work discipline with t count 0.383 <2.012 ( t table). The results of the study of the variable leadership style affect work discipline. This can be compared from the variable value of leadership style (X1) 0.802 and organizational culture (X2) 0.389. Based on the results of the calculation, it can be concluded that the simultaneous influence hypothesis and leadership style variables have the most dominant influence on work discipline at PT. The Tenggarong Branch of Telkom Indonesia has been proven to be true.   Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline

Some linear and nonlinear Gamidov type integral inequalities in two variables are established, which can give the explicit bounds on the solutions to a class of Volterra-Fredholm integral equations. Some examples of application are presented to show boundedness and uniqueness of solutions of a Volterra-Fredholm type integral equation.

Village apparatus is an important factor in the running of the government process in the village. Therefore an analysis is needed to determine the factors that affect the performance of the village apparatus. There are two independent variables in this study, namely; work ethic and work discipline. In the process this study uses village tools in Lumajang District as a population with 64 respondents. Furthermore, for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis show that both work ethic and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. This is supported by the coefficient of determination of 73.4% so that only 26.6% remains for other variables that affect the performance of village equipment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of studies in management science, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference to further research.
