Abstract:                  This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership style and organizational culture have on work discipline among employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. The population as well as the sample is 49 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with two independent variables, namely leadership style and organizational culture. Meanwhile, one dependent variable is work discipline. Data analysis techniques used the help of a computer application program SPSS 24. The results showed the value of the F test of 41.583, thus it can be seen that the variable leadership style and organizational culture have a simultaneous influence on work discipline at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. From the results of the t test analysis, it is known that the variable of leadership style has a partial effect on work discipline, the results of t count are 7.975> 2.012 (t table), while the variables of organizational culture have no partial effect on work discipline with t count 0.383 <2.012 ( t table). The results of the study of the variable leadership style affect work discipline. This can be compared from the variable value of leadership style (X1) 0.802 and organizational culture (X2) 0.389. Based on the results of the calculation, it can be concluded that the simultaneous influence hypothesis and leadership style variables have the most dominant influence on work discipline at PT. The Tenggarong Branch of Telkom Indonesia has been proven to be true.   Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

This research is aimed at understanding the relationship of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT SSBP considering that the two independent variables are the main factors that determines the success of a company as general as well as PT SSBP. The research obtained data from 144 respondents out of 210 total employees. A questionnaire was prepared to catch their perception on leadership style and compensation and how they affect their performance in the company they work with. From the data obtained and the analysis result shows that the relationship and the contribution of leadership style and compensation on the performance of employees is strong and significant, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore as managerial instruments, leadership style and compensation are extremely important factors to be considered and continuously updated in order to keep and maintain employees motivation that in turn will boost their performance,

   This study aims to determine the effect of working capital and business variables on the income of ornamental plant business in Petiga Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency. This study takes a sample of 64 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regressions.   Based on the results of the calculation of SPSS 22.00, the calculated F value is 31,088 with a significance of F of 0,000. By using a 0.05 level of significance obtained F table value of 3.15, then F count (31.088)> F table (3.15), or the significance of F of 0.000 shows smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the two independent variables i.e. working capital and length of business jointly influence the amount of income of ornamental plant business in Petiga Village, Marga Subdistrict, Tabanan Regency is accepted. Partially the working capital variable has a significant effect. While the duration of business influences the income of the business of ornamental plants in Petiga Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency, but it is not significant

Penelitian ini menyajikan studi empiris tentang perilaku konsumen mengenai keputusan pembelian air minum dalam kemasan. Seiring dengan kebutuhan terhadap air sehat untuk dikonsumsi yang semakin meningkat maka konsumen di industri ini juga semakin berkembang dan menjanjikan saat ini dan di masa depan. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh dari dua variabel yang berperan penting terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum dalam kemasan, yaitu kesadaran merek dan harga. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Setelah penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh total responden sebanyak 97 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan SPSS 25. Studi ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa kesadaran merek terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, harga terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, kedua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Kesadaran merek merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan.   This study presents an empirical study of consumer behavior regarding the decision to purchase bottled water. Along with the increasing need for healthy water for consumption, consumers in this industry are also growing and promising now and in the future. This study aims to study the effect of two variables that play an important role in the decision to purchase bottled drinking water, namely brand awareness and price. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. After distributing the questionnaires, a total of 97 respondents were obtained. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 25. This study resulted in the finding that brand awareness proved to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. In addition, the price proved to have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the two independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Brand awareness is a variable that has a dominant influence.

This research aims to know the influence of organizational structure, leadership style,management control systems, and organizational culture toward behaviour decision making.Data collection methods used in this research is a method of questionnaire. The results of thisstudy suggest that the organizational structure of partially against the influential behavioraldecision making, leadership styles partially against the influential behavioral decisionmaking, not management control systems influential partially against the behavior ofdecision-making, and organizational culture has no effect partially against the decisionmaking behavior. Research results also showed a simultaneous influence organizationalstructure, leadership style, management control systems, and organizational culture towardsdecision-making behavior and note that the value of the coefficient of determination60.3%, while the remaining 39.7% is explained by other factors that are not described in thismodel.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The object of this study are employees of Bank bjb Branch Tangerang. This study was conducted on 64 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression.The results of this study addressed that in partial leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of the partial test (t test) to address the significance of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results on this study can be accepted by the statement that the influence of leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance bjb Bank Branch Tangerang.

Village apparatus is an important factor in the running of the government process in the village. Therefore an analysis is needed to determine the factors that affect the performance of the village apparatus. There are two independent variables in this study, namely; work ethic and work discipline. In the process this study uses village tools in Lumajang District as a population with 64 respondents. Furthermore, for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis show that both work ethic and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. This is supported by the coefficient of determination of 73.4% so that only 26.6% remains for other variables that affect the performance of village equipment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of studies in management science, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference to further research.

Fashion is one of the most important daily needs of human beings. Dressing in addition to being a necessity can also reflect the way of life of a particular community as well as being an expression on one's personality as an identity identity then a variety of choices of clothing models each person can be influenced by different preferences. Everyone's preference for decision making on an item including dress style is influenced by many factors. This research aims to explain how fashion trends, lifestyle and brand image influence hijab fashion preferences. This research uses quantitative research method. The population used in this study is all Jabodetabek students who wear hijab. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaire method on 155 reponden. The variables used in this study consist of 2 independent variables and dependent variable. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using SPSS 20 data processing program. The results given from this study show that the three variables independents of trend fashion, lifestyle, and brand image have a significant influence on hijab fashion preferences. Lifestyle variables have the most dominant influence on hijab fashion preferences.So that the three variables of trend fashion, lifestyle, and brand image influence the increase of hijab fashion preference in an effort to develop the potential of the fashion hijab industry.Fashion atau gaya berbusana termasuk salah satu kebutuhan sehari-hari manusia yang paling utama.Berpakaian selain menjadi kebutuhan juga dapat mencerminkan cara hidup kelompok masyarakat tertentu serta menjadi suatu ekspresi pada kepribadian seseorang sebagai identitas jati dirimaka beragam pilihan model pakaian setiap orang dapat dipengaruhi preferensi masing-masing yang berbeda. Preferensi setiap orang dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap suatu barang termasuk gaya berpakaian dipengaruhi olehbanyak faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh trend fashion, gaya hidup dan brand image terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah seluruh mahasiswi Jabodetabek yang mengenakanhijab. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner pada 155 reponden. Variabel yang digunakan di penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 yaitu variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi liniear berganda dengan menggunakan program pengolah data SPSS 20. Hasil yang diberikan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas trend fashion, gaya hidup, dan brand image  memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Variabel  gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Sehingga ketiga variabel trend fashion, gaya hidup, dan brand image mempengaruhi peningkatan preferensi fashion hijab dalam upaya mengembangkan potensi industri busana hijab.

  The purposes of this research are (1) to find out whether there is an organizational culture that affects the performance of firefighters in Bekasi (2) to find out whether performance discipline affects the performance of firefighters in Bekasi (3) to find out whether organizational culture and discipline Work affects the Performance of Fire Service Employees in the City of Bekasi. The population in this study was 650 firefighters in Bekasi City?. The sample in this study was 86 respondents. The analytical tool in this study was the tool-assisted by the SPSS version 17 program. Based on the results of the study simultaneously the independent variables (Organizational Culture and Work Discipline) had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Fire Service Employees in Bekasi City. Ha, which reads that there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is accepted. While Ho reads that there is no significant effect between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on the Performance of Fire Service Employees in Bekasi City. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui apakah Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah Disiplin Kinerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 650 pegawai Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi?. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden, Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan alat dibantu program SPSS versi 17. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara serempak variable independen (Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi. Ha yang berbunyi ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) diterima. Sedangkan Ho yang berbunyi tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) ditolak. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ketiga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi.

<div><p class="1eAbstract-text"><em>The problem which is used as the object of this research is two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely organizational communication and leadership with employee performance. This study aims to: (</em><em>1) Analyze and determine the effect of organizational communication on employee performance, (</em><em>2) Analyze and determine the effect of leadership on employee performance, (</em><em>3) Analyze and determine organizational communication and leadership together on employee performance, at PT. Ahura Quasantra technology. This type of research is descriptive quantitative analysis. The sample used in this study were all employees of PT. Ahura Quasantara technology. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study using the SPSS 26 program resulted in three conclusions, namely: 1) there is a very significant effect of organizational communication on employee performance, a significant value of 0.000 is obtained smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 &lt;0.05, 2) there is a very significant influence. The significant value between leadership and employee performance is obtained a significant value of 0.002 smaller than 0.05 or 0.002 &lt;0.05, 3) there is a very significant relationship between organizational communication and leadership together on employee performance. f count is 92,87 bigger than f table of 3.17 or f count&gt; f table is 92,87&gt; 3.17.</em></p></div>
