The drive system can synchronize with the response system by the scaling factor in the traditional projective synchronization. This paper proposes a novel adaptive hybrid dislocated synchronization with uncertain parameters scheme for chaos synchronization using the Lyapunov stability theory. The drive system is synchronized by the sum of hybrid dislocated state variables for the response system. By designing effective hybrid dislocated adaptive controller and hybrid dislocated adaptive law of the parameters estimation, we investigate the synchronization of two identical memristor chaotic oscillator systems and two different memristor chaotic oscillator systems with uncertain parameters. Finally, the numerical simulation examples are provided to show the effectiveness of our method.

This paper studies the problem of chaos synchronization between two different hyperchaotic systems with uncertain parameters. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, we obtain the sufficient condition of synchronization between two different hyperchaotic systems with uncertain parameters. A new adaptive controller with parameter update laws is designed to synchronize these chaotic systems. We proved it in theory with an uncertain hyperchaotic Lorenz system and an uncertain hyperchaotic Rössler system. Numerical results verified the validation of the proposed scheme.

This paper studies the adaptive full state hybrid projective synchronization method. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive controller is designed. It is proved theoretically that the controller can make the states of the dynamical system and the response system with known or unknown parameters asymptotically full state hybrid projective synchronized. A unified chaotic system is used as an example and numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the scheme.

This paper investigates adaptive generalized projective synchronization (GPS) between two novel hyperchaotic systems with different structure and fully uncertain parameters. Based on the Lyapunov stability theorem and the adaptive control theory, GPS between the two hyperchaotic systems is achieved by proposing a new adaptive controller and a novel parameters estimation update law. Strict theoretical proof is put forward. Numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed GPS scheme and verify the theoretical results.

An adaptive control scheme is developed to study the generalized adaptive chaos synchronization with uncertain chaotic parameters behavior between two identical chaotic dynamic systems. This generalized adaptive chaos synchronization controller is designed based on Lyapunov stability theory and an analytic expression of the adaptive controller with its update laws of uncertain chaotic parameters is shown. The generalized adaptive synchronization with uncertain parameters between two identical new Lorenz-Stenflo systems is taken as three examples to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. The numerical simulations are shown to verify the results.

This paper mainly investigated a hybrid function projective synchronization of two different chaotic systems. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive controller for the synchronization of two different chaotic systems is designed. This technique is applied to achieve the synchronization between Lorenz and Rössler chaotic systems, and the synchronization of hyperchaotic Rössler and Chen systems. The numerical simulation results illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.

Based on a special matrix structure, the projective synchronization control laws of the hyperchaotic financial systems are proposed in this paper. Put a hyperchaotic financial system as the drive system, via transformation of the system state variables, construct its response system, and then design the controller based on the special matrix structure. The given scheme is applied to achieve projective synchronization of the different hyperchaotic financial systems. Numerical experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.

A valve-controlled asymmetrical cylinder model was established to study the gripping hydraulic drive system of the grip device of heavy manipulator. Due to the strong nonlinear characteristics and uncertain parameters of the model, the Lyapunov stability principle was used to design a multistage inversion adaptive controller based on backstepping method and by introducing the virtual control parameter. The simulation results reveal that the tracking control and adaptive of uncertain parameters are very effective, which confirm that the designed controller can guarantee the stability of the closed-loop clamping hydraulic drive system.
