RF System-in-Package (SiP) has become a viable packaging platform, which offers great flexibility to integrate ICs with different processes and different architects. With operating frequency becoming higher and multiple available technologies embedded in one package, the system could fail due to the undesired noise coupling resulted from the close proximity of the components. Therefore, the design methodology with signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) analysis becomes essential to tackle the SiP integration issues. The paper presents a RF SiP design methodology with SI/PI/EMC simulations, which greatly reduces the design time and enables first-pass success.

With the rapid development of aerial UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), the design of real-time data acquisition and transmission system for the video signal has a new applied field. It is different from traditional video acquisition and processing system, aerial video signal has the problems of screen jitter and spatial interference. The processing algorithm of aerial UAV airborne video signal is put forward in the paper, and the platform of high speed procession is constructed based on chip TMS320DM642, and get a good effect.

High-speed signal connector has become a key factor of the signal transmission quality in telecommunications and data communications system. Signal integrity of connector is an inevitable problem. This paper based on the theory of differential transmission lines and Multimode S-Parameters, analyzed the USB3.0 connector signal integrity. And use 3D simulation software CST to build model and analyze the relationship of signal integrity and connectors geometry.
