For the most commonly used method of are susceptible to noise, it is difficult to extract a complete moving target . Aiming at this problem, we propose a video segmentation algorithm through the combination of an improved Kirsch edge operator and the three-frame difference. Firstly, we got a moving region through a differential by the three consecutive image frames, and then got the edge on the current frame using an improved Kirsch edge detection operator, Synthesis of the two test results, we got a more accurate moving object edges. Then using the edge connector algorithm to complete the connection of the fracture edge, and finally, got moving target mask image through regional filling, thereby dividing the complete moving target, thus dividing the complete moving target. Experimental results show that the algorithm has a certain robustness, and can accurately detect moving targets.

In this paper, we investigate the code design problem of improving the detection performance of a moving target in the presence of nonhomogeneous signal-dependent clutter for moving target-detecting (MTD) radar systems. The optimization metric is constructed based on the signal to clutter and noise ratio (SCNR) of interpulse matched filtering. Under the frameworks of cyclic and majorization-minimization algorithms, we propose a novel algorithm, named CMMCODE, to tackle the code design optimization problem in the case of unknown precise target Doppler information and nonhomogeneous clutter. In the white-noise case, the simplified algorithm is also given based on CMMCODE algorithm. The presented algorithm is computationally efficient and convergent. Numerical examples show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

In order to solve some high-complexity problem including traditional video tracking method, pedestrian movement shelter and calculation, target pedestrian detection technology basing on the video track is proposed. By collecting prospect of video and picture dealing technology, detecting and tracking moving target, detecting and analyzing the data of video, the result shows that this way is more accurate than traditional way and it can clearly draw the moving track of pedestrian.
