The accuracy of current measurements can be increased by appropriate amplification of the signal to within the measurement range. Accurate current measurement is important for energy monitoring and in power converter control systems. Resistance and inductive current transducers are used to measure the major current in AC/DC power converters. The output value of the current transducer depends on the load motor, and changes across the whole measurement range. Modern current measurement circuits are equipped with operational amplifiers with constant or programmable gain. These circuits are not able to measure small input currents with high resolution. This article proposes a precise loop gain system that can be implemented with various algorithms. Computer analysis of various automatic gain control (AGC) systems proved the effectiveness of the Mamdani controller, which was implemented in an MCU (microprocessor). The proposed fuzzy controller continuously determines the value of the conversion factor. The system also enables high resolution measurements of the current emitted from small electric loads (≥1 A) when the electric motor is stationary.

The high resolution and wide measurement range are important for the displacement measurement based on the grating moiré fringe at present. 50lines/mm coarse grating scale is chosen often in order to carry out the wide range. Therefore, the realization of the high resolution is a difficult problem for coarse grating scale. The paper proposes a new nanometer subdivision method with CCD based on the disadvantages of previous moiré fringe collection method. CCD replaces the traditional photoelectric triode and converts moiré fringe to the pixels signal output, which can improve the moiré fringe quality of grating scale. The pixel is the basis unit of CCD; the pixel number decides directly the measurement resolution and precision. The paper chooses the liner array CCD TCD1501C that has 5000 pixel units and 7μm pixel unit，which ensures the nanometer resolution. The output signals of CCD are processed by amplifier, filter, 12 bit analog-digital converter and sent to the core processor of FPGA. The FPGA consisted of all digital system including CCD driver, subdivision, identification direction, displacement calculation, display and key control functions. The paper gave the principle of nanometer subdivision, block diagram of FPGA module and simulation waveforms.

Based on the AR4000-LIR type infrared laser rangefinder, the prototype of the 3-D laser-scanning-based machine vision system for robotic construction vehicles is developed and the software for scanning control, swing control and data sampling/processing is programmed. The experimental results show that the system has good spatial resolution and stability and is able to be used for the task planning of the robotic construction vehicles which is in autonomous operation, and better able to scan the detail object contour.

Among colours, the green colour has the most sensitivity in human vision so that green colour defects on displays can be effortlessly perceived by a photopic eye with the most intensity in the wavelength 555 nm of the spectrum. With the market moving forward to high resolution, displays can have resolutions of 10 million pixels. Therefore, the method of detecting the appearance of the panel using ultra-high resolutions in TFT-LCD is important. The machine vision associated with transmission chromaticity spectrometer that quantises the defects are explored, such as blackening and whitening. The result shows the significant phenomena to recognize the non-uniformity of film-related chromatic variation. In contrast, the quantitative assessment illustrates that the just noticeable difference (JND) of chromaticity CIE xyY at 0.001 is the measuring sensitivity for the chromatic variables (x, y), whereas JND is a perceptible threshold for a colour difference metric. Moreover, an optical device associated with a 198Hg discharge lamp calibrates the spectrometer accuracy.
