RADAR Signal Parameters Estimation in the MTD Tasks The MTD method adaptive to current target speed, in which suboptimal iterative algorithms for the reflected signal parameters estimation are synthesized, is suggested. This method allows to detect a slowly moving targets with radial speed 3-4 times less, than for pulse-pair subtraction (PPS).
