A Workcell Based Robot Design Program

Abstract This paper discusses a computer graphics program that helps to design a robot based on an existing workcell that would be difficult or costly to modify. Standard robot bases, as well as tracked robots, are located to minimize the error of the desired taught robot gripper positions. Error levels are established based on the angle of the misalignment and the length of the required loading or unloading motion. Program implementation is detailed.

A total of 52 schools participated in the experimental implementation phase of the project P.A.T.H.S. (Positive Adolescent Training through Holistic Social Programmes). After completion of the Tier 1 Program (Secondary 1 level), 344 teachers and social workers responded to the Subjective Outcome Evaluation Form (Form B), assessing their views of the program and their own performance. Qualitative data analyses based on the schools' evaluation reports showed that the program implementers had enhanced knowledge and skills, learned to establish instructor-student relationships and cooperate with colleagues, and fostered self-development. The workers also appreciated the program philosophy and values, program design and resources, process of implementation, interaction between instructors and students, and program effectiveness. The findings also revealed that the workers encountered difficulties in the program implementation and they also made suggestions on how the program design, program arrangement, manpower deployment, and support for the program implementation could be improved.

A program related to educational support of gifted students’ activity is presented. Its educational objective and results related to mastering of various competences by participants have been revealed. The main criteria related to efficiency of educational support process which enable the student for optimum entry into innovative activity are defined. A content of program with structure and thematic plan is presented. Stages of main actions for program implementation in relation to conditions of students training for academic competition have been covered. Data of the necessary directions in research have been obtained. Work is focused on further search for effective methodical systems related to gifted students training in computer graphics

BACKGROUND Since desk-dominated work environments facilitate sedentary behavior, office workers sit for 66% of their working days and only 8% succeed in interrupting their prolonged periods of sitting within the first 55 minutes. Yet stretches of long and uninterrupted sitting increase the likelihood of several chronic metabolic and cardiovascular diseases. OBJECTIVE We therefore developed a computer-based app designed to interrupt periods of prolonged sitting among office employees. METHODS When developing the intervention, we applied the intervention mapping protocol. This approach for the systematic design of theory and evidence-based behavior change programs consists of 6 steps: creation of a logic model of the problem, creation of a logic model of change, program design, program production, design of an implementation plan, and development of an evaluation plan. RESULTS Working through all 6 steps has resulted in an individually adaptable intervention to reduce sedentary behavior at work. The intervention, UPcomplish, consists of tailored, half-automatized motivational components delivered by a coach. To register sedentary behavior, the VitaBit (VitaBit Software International BV) toolkit, a wearable accelerometry-based monitoring device, is used. Among others, UPcomplish includes personalized goal setting, tailored suggestions to overcome hurdles, and weekly challenges. The VitaBit toolkit supports the participants to monitor their behavior in relation to self-set goals. CONCLUSIONS Intervention mapping is a useful protocol not only for the systematic development of a comprehensive intervention to reduce sedentary behavior but also for planning program adherence, program implementation, and program maintenance. It facilitates obtaining the participation of relevant stakeholders at different ecological levels in the development process of the intervention and anticipating facilitators to and barriers of program implementation and maintenance. <p>ABSTRACT<br />In an organization, the use of information technology including the filing system of incoming and letters outgoing is very important to support the development of the organization in terms of operational activities. This is because with the existence of an archiving system in an organization, it can accelerate a work process and can facilitate the management of letters and make the letters more orderly and neat. Physical archive storage creates obstacles in the search process and requires a very large processing and storage space. This study will create a system of managing incoming mail letters that can store letters digitally and facilitate each division to look for letters and assist staff in managing letters. Administrative officers can access this filing application by entering the correct user login, can add, edit, delete and save incoming and outgoing mail, can search by letter number, subject, sender, destination and date, and download digital letters based on search results . The research method used to solve various problems that occur is literature, observation, interviews, data analysis and systems, system design, program making, program testing, and program implementation. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the filing system of incoming and outgoing mail can help staff manage mail records so that constraints on finding letters and constraints on storage can be overcome.<br />Keywords: Incoming letters, Outgoing letters, Digital letters, Archiving system<br />ABSTRAK<br />Dalam sebuah organisasi, penggunaan teknologi informasi diantaranya sistem pengarsipan surat masuk surat keluar sangat penting untuk menunjang perkembangan organisasi dari sisi kegiatan operasional. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan adanya suatu sistem pengarsipan pada suatu organisasi, maka dapat mempercepat suatu proses kerja dan dapat memudahkan dalam mengelola surat serta menjadikan surat menjadi lebih teratur dan rapih. Penyimpanan arsip secara fisik menimbulkan kendala dalam proses pencarian dan memerlukan ruangan pengolah dan penyimpan yang sangat besar. Penelitian ini akan membuat sistem pengelolaan arsip surat masuk surat keluar yang dapat menyimpan surat secara digital dan memudahkan setiap divisi untuk mencari surat serta membantu staff dalam mengelola surat. Petugas administrasi dapat mengakses aplikasi kearsipan ini dengan memasukkan login user yang benar, dapat melakukan menambah, mengedit, menghapus dan menyimpan surat masuk dan keluar, dapat melakukan pencarian berdasarkan no surat, perihal, pengirim, tujuan dan tanggal, serta mengunduh surat digital berdasarkan hasil pencarian. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pustaka, observasi, wawancara, analisis data dan sistem, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program, pengujian program, dan implementsi program. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pengarsipan surat masuk surat keluar dapat membantu staff dalam mengelola arsip surat sehingga kendala mencari surat dan kendala penyimpanan dapat diatasi.<br />Kata kunci : Surat Masuk, Surat Keluar, Surat Digital, Sistem Pengarsipan</p>

Abstract Computer needs at this time experience a significant increase this is because the computer becomes a very important item to facilitate a job. Computers are a need that cannot be abandoned and ignored by humans, almost in every field that humans do today requires computers. Until now UD Sastro Jaya is in Sekar Village, Donorojo District, Pacitan Regency in terms of recording, processing data, quantities and price of goods, data of customers and sales transaction data are still carried out using conventional methods, resulting in difficulties and inaccuracies in recording and calculating the number of types of goods, quantity of goods, price of goods and sales transaction data. To process the data processing, it is necessary to develop a computerized goods sales information system. The author uses the VB.NET software and Ms.Access in making the program. The method used in building a sales information system is the method of observation, interviews, literature, data and system analysis, system design, program making, program testing, program implementation. With this sales application, it can help and facilitate the processing of sales data and can accelerate in making reports. Keywords: Sales Information System, Vb. Komputer merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan dan diabaikan oleh manusia, hampir pada setiap bidang yang manusia kerjakan saat ini membutuhkan komputer. Sampai saat ini UD Sastro Jaya yang berada di Desa Sekar, Kecamatan Donorojo Kabupaten Pacitan dalam hal pencatatan, pengolahan data barang, jumlah dan harga barang, data para customer serta data transaksi penjualan masih dilakukan dengan metode konvensional, sehingga terjadi kesulitan dan ketidakakuratan dalam mencatat dan menghitung banyaknya jenis barang, jumlah barang, harga barang dan data transaksi penjualan. Untuk memproses pengolahan data tersebut, diperlukan pembangunan sistem informasi penjualan barang yang terkomputerisasi. Penulis menggunakan software VB.NET dan Ms.Access dalam pembuatan program. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem informasi penjualan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, pustaka, analisis data dan sistem, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program, pengujian program, implementasi program. Dengan adanya aplikasi penjualan ini, maka dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam pengolahan data penjualan serta dapat mempercepat dalam pembuatan laporan.   Kata kunci: Vb. In the agency administration, the letter is an important means. Important information related to the agency and the secret is embodied in it . The timeliness of receipt of both outgoing and incoming mail should also be considered, therefore the management of incoming and outgoing mail must be implemented correctly. At this time, the procedure is applied to the management of incoming and outgoing mail to the Division of Administration of the STMIK Komputama Majenang from receipt, manufacture, storage, documentation, to verify the letter, all done conventionally. Documentation of incoming and outgoing mail only in the form of writing in the ledger. While on the stage of filing a letter only a hardcopy document storage. The Administration of STMIK Komputama Majenang felt the need to change the mail management method they are currently using, into a computerized and automated mail management method. With the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Management Information System, it is expected to be able to manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems. The filing of letters is done electronically, namely the storage of softcopy documents, and is equipped with reports of incoming and outgoing letters both daily and per period. In addition, this application also helps monitor the disposition of letters at the verification stage. The research methods used to solve various problems that occur are literature, observation, interviews, data and system analysis, system design, program development, program testing, program implementation. The result of this research is to produce an application that can manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems.

AbstrakPenelitian ini memberikan informasi teknologi augmented reality (AR) pengenalan vivipar, ovipar, dan ovovivipar berbasis android sehingga dapat mengetahui perbedaan jenis hewan vivipar, hewan ovipar, dan hewan ovovivipar. Teknologi AR dapat digunakan sebagai edukasi pembelajaran yang menampilkan hewan ke dalam bentuk tiga dimensi bisa dilihat secara menyeluruh oleh siswa/siswi Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan Analisa data, desain system, penulisan kode program, pengujian system dan penerapan program. Pembuatan marker yang dibentuk pada objek hewan vivipar, ovipar dan ovovivipar dalam menampilkan objek lebih menarik daripada marker  hitam  putih.  Sehingga  teknologi  AR  dapat  digunakan  sebagai media untuk memperkenalkan lebih informatif dan efektif. Hasil pengujian deteksi marker  pada saat cahaya normal dan gelap jarak 4-10 waktu terbaik yaitu 1-3 detikAbstrackThis study provides information on augmented reality (AR) technology introduction of viviparous, ovipar, and ovovivipar based android so that it can find out the different types of viviparous animals, ovipar animals, and ovovivipar animals. AR technology can be used as a learning education that displays animals into three-dimensional form can be seen thoroughly by elementary school students. The method used in this research is Waterfall Method which consists of data analysis stage, system design, program code writing, system testing and program implementation. The creation of markers formed on viviparous animal objects, ovipar and ovovivipar in displaying objects is more interesting than black and white markers.  So that AR technology can be used as a medium to introduce more informative and effective. Marker detection test results at normal light and dark distance of 4-10 the best time is 1-3 seconds.

It is obvious that the fundamental knowledge of the general technical discipline “Engineering graphics” should be in combination with a practical course of computer graphics, which allows students to integrate into the aviation products development system at the contemporary level. The article highlighted the need of design teaching at the initial stage of engineering and computer graphics study process. A drawing methodology includes 3D-modeling in a computer aided design program named COMPAS-3D. It is described a specific example of the mechanical part (aviation detail's elements – holders) with complex shape modeling algorithm in the application to the manufacturing technology of real products (casting, stamping, mechanical processing). Drawings development is based on 3D-modeling in COMPAS-3D. Proposed methodology was tested during engineering and computer graphics lessons in Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University).

This article summarizes findings from a national study on promising correctional programs for women offenders. Information is provided about program characteristics that experts identify as predictive of positive outcomes. Similarities among correctional experts' and program participants' responses included characteristics of staff and individualized programming. Differences in perceptions of elements contributing to successful outcomes also were found. State-level administrators attributed success to methods of program operations, whereas prison administrators attributed success to treatments addressing multiple treatment needs. Results are relevant to program design, program implementation, and the generation of hypotheses linking program elements to outcomes.
