The kind of research done is research quantitative by using the method survey analytic approach in cross sectional .Technique the sample collection that is using a technique the sample collection total of sampling , the number of the sample are always 33 people .To research this independent variable consists of education , length of employment and the days of while dependent variable is knowledge nurse about strategy the implementation of the hallucinations . the results of this research was obtained one variable are associated than 3 variable internal factors researched namely working time with the results of p-value 0,011. Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic emphasizes on certain areas of expertise that Taruna must possess. This is the basis after graduating from shipping polytechnics, cadets must have expertise and skills. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of inquiry, discovery learning, and creativity levels on the ability to write descriptive essays on nautical and technical cadets at Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. This type of research is research. This research uses quantitative methods using experiments. The location used in this research is Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. The subjects in this study were the cadets of the Nautika A, Nautika B, Teknika A, and Teknika B. classes. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained: There are those that can be solved looking for description essays in the cadets. learning discovery method. The test results show better investigation methods than the discovery of learning, There is a difference in the ability to write a description essay about cadets who have a high level of creativity with cadets who have a low level of creativity, the test results show better who have a high level of creativity, there are related with learning methods and descriptions of the ability to write essay descriptions, the test results show learning methods and creativity descriptions of the ability to write essay descriptions.

Linguistic intelligence is one of eight multiple intelligences that currently attracts attention in the world of education. Linguistic intelligence is a person's ability to speak both verbally and in writing, besides that people who have linguistic intelligence also master the components of linguistic intelligence which consists of phonology, syntax, semantics and pragmatics. The type of research used is research and development (R & D) with a 4D model. The subjects in this study were experts as validators, fifth grade students for trials and homeroom teachers in elementary schools. Data collection is done by giving a questionnaire to the validator. In this study the researchers concluded that the product of the developed linguistic intelligence assessment instrument was declared feasible to be used based on the results of validation of 86% with very feasible categories. The obstacle in developing the product of this instrument of linguistic intelligence assessment is the lack of knowledge of the school about the importance of linguistic intelligence for students in elementary schools.

The Media

This study aims to produce the Practical KIT along with its devices that are effectively used as learning media to train students SPS on the sub material of the Reaction Rate Law. The method used in this study is Research and Development design. The research instrument used consisted of a sheet of pre-test and post-test. Data analysis was carried out in descriptive quantitative to determine the effectiveness of Practical KIT along with the devices developed. The media is said to be effective if it meets 2 requirements, namely the percentage of classical completeness <85% and N-gain value <0.3. The developed media has been declared effective as indicated by the increase in the value of cognitive learning outcomes in the "Medium" and "High" categories with 100% classical completeness, an increase in the value of science process skills of students after using the Practical KIT media. "With classical completeness reaching 91.67%.

This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge of teachers in the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 on the learning process. Teachers do not understand fully the curriculum in 2013, because of socialization of the service is still lacking.The problem in this study is how the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 of integrated thematic learning on the theme?óÔé¼?ØIndahnya Negeriku?óÔé¼?Ø Sub Theme ?óÔé¼?ôKeanekaragaman Hewan dan Tumbuhan?óÔé¼?Ø class IV in the 2nd half of the fourth grade students of SDN Tompomulyo 02?. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 on the theme of integrated thematic learning on the theme?óÔé¼?ØIndahnya Negeriku?óÔé¼?Ø Sub Theme ?óÔé¼?ôKeanekaragaman Hewan dan Tumbuhan?óÔé¼?Ø class IV in the 2nd half of the fourth grade students of SDN Tompomulyo 02.This research uses descriptive qualitative research approach that is research data collection in the form of words. Location of the study in 02 Pati SDN Tompomulyo fourth grade 2nd semester.Data sourced words research results. The average percentage of lesson plans prepared by teachers good observer I category with a percentage of 82,21%, a good observer II category with a percentage of 81,77% . The average percentage of the implementation of learning that teachers do a good observer I category with a percentage of 82,19%, a good observer II category with a percentage of 8,.43%. Assessment of learning evaluation conducted after a study showed that six of 21 people there are 10 students or 47,62% to the category of very good, good category there are 5 students with a percentage of 23,80%, good enough category there are 4 students with a percentage of 19,05%, unfavorable category there are 2 students or 9,53%, and there were no students in the category of bad result.Suggestions given to teachers , learners and the school is implementing in order to further develop the learning in the classroom in accordance with the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 .

To implement any successful policy, research about the subject-matter is essential. Lack of knowledge would result in failure and, from an economic point of view, it would lead to a waste of scarce resources. The book under review is essentially a manual which highlights the use of research for development. The book is divided into two parts. Part One informs the reader about concepts and some theory, and Part Two deals with the issue of undertaking research for development. Both parts have 11 chapters each. Chapter 1 asks the basic question: Is research important in development work? The answer is that it is. Research has many dimensions: from the basic asking of questions to the more sophisticated broad-based analysis of policy issues. The chapter, in short, stresses the usefulness of research which development workers ignore at their own peril.
