This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneouslyquality of mobile banking services and level of confidence in customer satisfactionBank NTB Syariah, Sumbawa Branch. This research is descriptive researchquantitative. The type of data used is primary data obtained from the resultsdistributing questionnaires to customers of Bank NTB Syariah, Sumbawa Branch. The sample in the study was 100 respondents who were user customersBank NTB Syariah Sumbawa Branch mobile banking service. Data analysis methodused is multiple linear regression which includes partial test, simultaneous test, and testthe coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially and simultaneouslyservice quality and customer trust level have a positive and significant effectto customer satisfaction of users of mobile banking services. Apart from that, abilityindependent variable in explaining the dependent variable based on the value of Adjusted R Square76.9% and the remaining 23.1% is influenced by other variables that are notdiscussed in this study.

Problem of this research was derived from the observation which the researcher found in the field whether in training or competition. There are still many tennis players not able to do the flat service well and properly. This can be seen from theresult of flat service done less maximum. The purpose of the research was to find out how big the contribution of the grip strength and waist flexibility on the accuracy of flat service for tennis players of PTL UNP. Type of the research was correlational research. The population of the research was all tennis players of PTL UNP which consisted of 35 people. The sample in this research was taken by using purposive sampling in which it was taken based on the purpose or the research need. Therefore, the sampel of the research was male players who followed a training in the tennis training club of UNP. They are around 18-24 years old that totaled 20 people. This research was done at PTL UNP club. The grip strength data of PTL UNP tennis players were taken by using hand grip dynamometer test. The waist flexibility data were taken by flexiometer test and the accuracy of flat service data were taken from the players’ accuracy o f flat service.Based on the data analysis, some results were obtained: (1) there was a contribution between the grip strength and the accuracy of flat service , in which the contribution was 62.1%. (2) there was a contribution between the waist flexibility an d the accuracy of flat service , in which the contribution was 62.1%. (3) there was a contribution between the grip strength and waist flexibility on the accuracy of flat service, in which the contribution was 68.3%. It can be concluded that the gripstrength and waist flexibility contribute on the accuracy of flat service.

This study aims to determine the influence of group guidance on student assertive behavior in SMP Srijaya Negara Palembang. The population in this study is all students of class VII which amounted to 72 students and the sample amounted to 8 students who have low assertive behavior. The research method used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design experiment and treatment given 3 times meeting with group guidance service. Data collection techniques used questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis technique using t test formula (t-test). Pre-test results showed 8 students who were subjected to the study obtained an average assertive behavior score of 98.62 included in the low category. After being given treatment or treatment of post-test result showed assertive behavior score of 8 students in high category that is average 141,75. From the results of data analysis obtained t count = 14,61 and ttable in significant level 5% that is 2,365, so that known that t count is bigger than ttable or 14,61> 2,365. It can be concluded that there is influence of group guidance on student assertive behavior in SMP Srijaya Negara Palembang.

Timely diagnosis and optimal management of patients with cognitive impairment (CI) without dementia can potentially reduce the risk of their progression to dementia. In our study, we assessed the features of mild CI (MCI) syndrome in patients with neurological disorders based on the specialized outpatient service data analysis. Objective: to analyze clinical, neuropsychological, and neuroimaging characteristics of MCI syndrome in the Russian population in real clinical practice.Patients and methods. We enrolled 515 patients (209 men and 306 women, mean age – 71.2±8.0 years) with memory and/or other cognitive complaints. Seventy healthy volunteers (25 men and 45 women, mean age – 69.5±5.71 years) without cognitive complaints and central nervous system or mental disorders were enrolled in the control group. DSM-V diagnostic criteria for mild neurocognitive disorder were used. Participants underwent comprehensive neuropsychological testing with a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the results. In some of them (29.13%), brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was performed. Results and discussion. The following types of MCI were identified in study participants: monofunctional non-amnestic type (MFNAT) – 1.2%, monofunctional amnestic type (MFAT) – 12.6%, polyfunctional amnestic type (PFAT) – 22.9%, polyfunctional non-amnestic type (PFNAT) – 63.3%. We found a higher prevalence of executive dysfunction and attention deficit in PFNAT, and executive dysfunction, attention deficit, and memory decline in PFAT. Cardiovascular risk factors and signs of vascular leukoencephalopathy on MRI were more frequently observed in PFNAT and PFAT.Conclusion. The clinical and neuropsychological analysis allows us to assume the pathophysiology of CI before the development of dementia. In the Russian population, cerebrovascular insufficiency plays a significant role in the development of MCI syndrome.

It is well established that unique physiological information can be obtained by rapidly freezing cells in various functional states and analyzing the cell element content and distribution by electron probe x-ray microanalysis. (The other techniques of microanalysis that are amenable to imaging, such as electron energy loss spectroscopy, secondary ion mass spectroscopy, particle induced x-ray emission etc., are not addressed in this tutorial.) However, the usual processes of data acquisition are labor intensive and lengthy, requiring that x-ray counts be collected from individually selected regions of each cell in question and that data analysis be performed subsequent to data collection. A judicious combination of quantitative elemental maps and static raster probes adds not only an additional overall perception of what is occurring during a particular biological manipulation or event, but substantially increases data productivity. Recent advances in microcomputer instrumentation and software have made readily feasible the acquisition and processing of digital quantitative x-ray maps of one to several cells.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to explore the perceptions of special education practitioners (i.e., speech-language pathologists, special educators, para-educators, and other related service providers) on their role as communication partners after participation in the Social Communication and Engagement Triad (Buckley et al., 2015 ) yearlong professional learning program. Method A qualitative approach using interviews and purposeful sampling was used. A total of 22 participants who completed participation in either Year 1 or Year 2 of the program were interviewed. Participants were speech-language pathologists, special educators, para-educators, and other related service providers. Using a grounded theory approach (Glaser & Strauss, 1967 ) to data analysis, open, axial, and selective coding procedures were followed. Results Three themes emerged from the data analysis and included engagement as the goal, role as a communication partner, and importance of collaboration. Conclusions Findings supported the notion that educators see the value of an integrative approach to service delivery, supporting students' social communication and engagement across the school day but also recognizing the challenges they face in making this a reality.
