This paper presents a high precision calibration method based on genetic algorithm (GA) for binocular vision system, involving the problems of the GA optimization and the camera modeling. For the GA optimization, both the binary-code and the real-code are considered. The binary-code makes the feasible solution approach to the optimal solution rapidly, and then the accuracy of GA is further improved by using the real-code. Furthermore, in order to improve the convergence rate of the algorithm, the parameters of the two cameras are calculated separately, and the target function is selected by the forward mapping relationship between the world coordinates and the image coordinates. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Based on platinum resistance as temperature medium, according to the measurement precision requirements during geothermal testing process, optimize the circuit design and segmented curve fitting were used, discussed the feasibility of realize high precision temperature detection. Combined with high precision temperature measurement circuit, through the single chip microcomputer control, segmented curve fitting the temperature sampling value, get the corresponding D-t curve, and compensate the nonlinear relationship of platinum resistance in the practical work, to achieve the purpose of accurate measurement of the temperature.

for Pt100 platinum resistance temperature measurement system has low accuracy, duplicate hardware circuit design and other issues, the articles design a high-precision temperature measurement system with Pt100 platinum resistance. With Pt100 temperature sensor, article takes STM32F103 as the control center through filtering, amplification and other signal conditioning circuit and a method of combining software look-up table to compensate the nonlinear compensation, thus achieving high-precision temperature measurement. Research results show that the system has a measurement accuracy high stability, scalability, and other characteristics.

In this paper, we design and construct a multi-label image annotation and retrieval system. Various MPEG-7 low level visual features are employed for representing images. For image annotation, a bi-coded genetic algorithm is employed to select optimal feature subsets and corresponding optimal weights for every one vs. one SVM classifiers. After an unlabelled image is segmented into several regions, pre-trained SVMs are used to annotate each region, final label is obtained by merging all the region labels. Based on multi-label of image, image retrieval system provides keyword-based image retrieval service. Multi-labels can provide abundant descriptions for image content in semantic level, high precision annotation algorithm further improve annotation performance.
