A marine DC uninterruptible power supply is designed. The UPS adopts PIC16C73 single-chip microcomputer to realize the battery management. Both AC power and battery power, the output voltage stability in 23 to 24 v.Via advanced battery management, two sections of charging, equalized charging and floating charging can automatic convert and the DCUPS has many functions of protection, such as over-voltage protection ,under voltage protection and short circuit protection.The actual use on the ship and other occasions showed that the DCUPS is convenient and practical,and is more simple, reliable and longer emergency power supply than the traditional AC-DC uninterruptible power supply management scheme.

At present, the safety of explosion-proof protective device can't meet the need of the development of coal industry.The problems mainly display that the flameproof machine is easy to lead to the electric spark explosion which large current cause and is easily affected by underground distractions. The article puts forward a kind of intrinsically safe explosion-proof device which use related functions to eliminate interference. the device regard T I company production of ultra low power 16-bit MSP430F149 MCU as the core device which can automatically in real time detection of the leakage, overload, short circuit, over/under voltage, phase and other power grid fault and trip alarm.

Oxidation resistant alloys depend on the formation of a continuous layer of protective oxide scale during the oxidation process. The initial stages of oxidation of multi-component alloys can be quite complex, since numerous metal oxides can be formed. For oxidation resistance, the composition is adjusted so that selective oxidation occurs of that element whose oxide affords the most protection. Ideally, the protective oxide scale should be i) structurally perfect, so as to avoid short-circuit diffusion paths, and ii) strongly adherent to the alloy substrate, which minimizes spalling in response to thermal cycling. Small concentrations (∼ 0.1%) of certain reactive elements, such as yttrium, markedly improve the adherence of oxide scales in many alloy systems.
