The sunrise industry of sports characteristic town under the transformation of economic development and the change of social demand contradiction is also a new growth point of sports industry economy. If we avoid homogeneous competition and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of small towns with sports characteristics, it will be a hot issue studied by scholars at home and abroad. The “Diamond Model” theory finds out the shortcomings of the development of sports characteristic towns by analyzing the factors of production, demand conditions, relevant supporting industries, and development strategies and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. MATLAB simulation results show that the “Diamond Model” theory can improve the comprehensive competitiveness of sports characteristic towns, reduce the consumption of existing resources, and make a good prediction of the future development trend. Therefore, Porter’s “Diamond Model” theory can provide guidance for the improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of sports characteristic towns, and this study can provide theoretical and case support for relevant domestic research.

In this paper, literature and logical analysis based on the current development of China's college volleyball industries were analyzed. To the theory and practice of industrial economics and science based sports industry, analyzes the status quo of college volleyball industrial development by logical analysis. Findings that: college volleyball industry as an emerging industry has a broad space for development, many institutions and policies are not perfect is the main factor affecting the rapid development of China's college volleyball industries, the development of college volleyball industry to market-oriented, to play college sports as a whole comprehensive strength, to create a good atmosphere volleyball, college sports consumption on campus led to lay a solid foundation for the development of university volleyball industry.

The rapid development of information technology and Internet makes the sports information resources retrieval service more convenient and quick; sports policy in recent years lays a foundation for the development of the Internet + sports, the development of sports industry in the process of our country economy level of development status, and the development of sports industry into the era of information and big data. This paper takes OpenStack cloud platform as the research basis (1) to realize the sharing of sports industry information resources in OpenStack cloud technology and (2) to realize big data analysis of sports industry and (3) empirical research on big data of sports industry. The main content is to realize the construction of sports resources informatization based on the OpenStack cloud platform. Through the analysis and empirical study of the big data of the sports industry, the influence of the development of the sports industry in the process of China’s economic development is discussed. In this paper, the experimental results show that the sports industry showed a positive impact in the process of economic development, the sports economy for the development of the economy, the contribution rate reached 11.77%, the sports industry for the development of the economy, the pull rate of 1.056%, based on the cloud platform of information resources sharing of data analysis, sports industry for the development of the economy has a positive role in promoting.

The article considers the organizational conditions for the functioning of the sports industry, suggests ways to ensure the strategic development of the sports industry in conditions of uncertainty. The possibility of implementing the European model of socio-economic development management in Ukraine is analyzed, it is concluded that it is connected with complex systemic transformations in which a new quality society is formed, the level of business activity and political responsibility of citizens increases, human rights and freedoms are ensured. These changes in the structure and content of civil society inevitably determine changes in the form and essence of public policy in the system of state, territorial and sectoral government. The problem of developing social responsibility of business in Ukraine at the present stage is relevant and of paramount importance. Therefore, state support is necessary for the importance of ethical and socially responsible behavior of organizations, increasing their prestige. The introduction of a system of modern management of the sports industry, the use of best European management practices will increase competitiveness, efficiency and ensure the sustainable development of the sports industry in conditions of uncertainty. Improving the efficiency of interaction in the system "state – community – science – business" and building a socially responsible economic policy, improving the quality of the national management system of the sports industry is one of the main conditions for sustainable socio-economic development of the country as a whole man.

The Relationship

With the development of economy, people's pursuit of quality of life is increasing day by day, which lays a foundation for the development of sports industry in China. For example, in some western developed countries, the contribution of sports industry to economy has far exceeded that of traditional industry and become a new growth point of economic development. Although China's sports industry has made certain development, it is still in its infancy. Compared with the western developed countries, the development of China's sports industry is still relatively slow, and there are still some problems to be solved in the development of sports industry. This paper mainly studies the relationship between sports industry and economic development in China. Based on the statistical index data of national economy and sports industry development from 2011 to 2020, the relationship between sports industry development and national economic growth in China is empirically analyzed by using mathematical statistics and VAR model. According to the research results, there is a high correlation between the sports industry and economic development. The development of the sports industry is based on a certain level of economic growth of the country, while the development of the sports industry at a certain stage will have a multiplier effect. It is proved that the state should contribute to the development of the sports industry, because this ensures the symbiotic development of the national economy, which generally leads to an increase in the quality of life. To do this, it is necessary to stimulate the activity of the sports market and create a fair and open system of legal support, as well as standardize the assessment and supervision system.
