Single carrier frequency domain equalization (SC-FDE) has been receiving much attention for its advantage of suppressing inter-symbol interference (ISI). We proposed a frequency domain iterative decision feedback equalization (FD-IDFE) algorithm for single carrier space time block coding (STBC) systems. The paper use the multi-antenna transmit and Alamouti signaling scheme to achieve the significant diversity gain. We design the feedback equalization structure by Mean Square Error (MSE) criterion and Lagrange optimization method, and we also consider the parameters estimation. At last, we compare the proposed algorithm with the conventional equalization schemes, the simulation results illustrate that our method has excellent performance.
