Education has a long history of development. With the rapid development of the economy and the progress of society, the country's demand for talents and the quality of talent training is constantly increasing. The current high degree of education has become the choice of young intellectuals, so graduate education has become the focus of attention. At this stage, the scale of graduate education continues to expand, and more attention should be paid to the strengthening of graduate education in management and training mechanisms in order to facilitate the graduate education, to provide a broad space for the development and adapting to the times. Based on the current situation of graduate education management and training mechanisms in colleges and universities, this article analyzes and researches, hoping to bring a positive effect to graduate education in universities.

At present, the domestic universities have developed and purchased for the graduate education management system which is suited to the demands of their future development. In the process of development, requirements analysis seem to particularly important due to many problems such as involves managing users, more diverse roles and so on. If not to understand users’ psychology and demands specialized, the management system which invest less ten, more hundreds of thousands can be a face-saving project, even can lead to function retrogress and management costs increasing. Concentrating on the issue that may faced in the development of graduate educational management system, graduate students, tutors and academic deans who involved to postgraduate educational manage in Shenyang Aerospace University were investigated and 1142 valid questionnaires were received totally in this paper. By analyzing these data, dissect the graduate educational management system in-depth, especially the real interest points and demand points of student users on it. Expect to enlighten graduate educators and software designers.

Across the breadth of acquired neurogenic communication disorders, mild cognitive impairment (MCI) may go undetected, underreported, and untreated. In addition to stigma and distrust of healthcare systems, other barriers contribute to decreased identification, healthcare access, and service utilization for Hispanic and African American adults with MCI. Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) have significant roles in prevention, education, management, and support of older adults, the population must susceptible to MCI.
