Special aspects of space objects radiotechnical surveillance system used for filling the space tracking and surveillance system (STSS) satellite catalogue described and analyzed. Special emphasis placed on spaceborne synthetic aperture radar signals detection. Parameters of the SAR signals estimated with the proposed radiotechnical surveillance system described. Two processing methods for unknown and partially known signals proposed and analyzed. Signal detection with incompletely known parameters performs with cumulative second-order statistic. Signal detection with unknown parameters performs for periodic signal in assumption that observation interval exceed pulse repetition frequency. Proposed methods implemented in hardware demonstrator of radiotechnical surveillance system. This demonstrator works in real-time on Field Programmable Gate Array or save data on storage device for post-processing. L-band Palsar2 signal detection results presented and analyzed. Further work for hardware and software optimization described.

To study of Nuclear power simulation software's basic functions and mathematical model based on thermal analysis. Describes the two-phase flow model of GSE software superiority, as well as the software optimization program .Use of software tools for normal operating conditions of the simulation calculation and analysis of the results. Comparison with design data shows that,the software use in marine nuclear power two loop system simulation analysis field, the accuracy of it is higher.

Energy consumption is one of the most important design constraints for modern microprocessors, and designers have proposed many energy-saving techniques. Looking beyond the traditional hardware low-power designs, software optimization is becoming a significant strategy for the microprocessor to lower its energy consumption. This paper describes an intra-application identification and reconfiguration mechanism for microprocessor energy reduction. Our mechanism employs a statistical sampling method during training runs to identify code sections among application that have appropriate IPC (Instructions per Cycle) values and could make contributions to program runtime energy reduction, and then profiles them to dynamically scale the voltage and frequency of the microprocessor at appropriate points during execution. In our simulation, our approach achieves energy savings by an average of 39% with minor performance degradation, compared to a processor running at a fixed voltage and speed.

We discuss a method of software dependability assessment based on stochastic differential equation modeling in order to consider the interesting factors of the numbers of components, cloud applications and users. Then, we consider the determination of an optimum software maintenance time, minimizing the total expected software cost. In particular, we develop the three-dimensional AIR application for reliability and cost optimization analyses based on the proposed method. Moreover, the three-dimensional application based on NW.js, known as the latest technology, is developed in this paper. Furthermore, we show several numerical examples of the developed application software to evaluate the performance of software optimization and reliability assessment tools for the big data on cloud computing.
