Firstly, the implication and purpose of the Combat Service Performance Evaluation for Air Defense Missile was elaborated in this paper. Then the Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN) Evaluating Method was put forward to apply to the combat service performance evaluation. Secondly, an evaluation index system was built on the basis of the characteristics of the combat service operator and the combat service process. At last, the correctness and validity were approved though the simulation results.

<p>The Management of Academic Service continues to be a major challenge for many college, high school and college organizations in providing better services with fewer resources. The allocation of service staffs and response-time in service involve many challenging issues, because the mean and variance of the response-time in service can be increased dramatically with the intensity of heavy traffic. This study discusses how to use simulation models to improve response time in service operation. Performance at the Academic Service as a whole can be considered very good and is still idle due to utilization of Academic Service, which is still equal to an average of 17%, or it can be said that the workload is not too excessive and deemed to be able to serve the students and lecturers. The performance of Academic Sevice University Bunda Mulia can be considered excellent in terms of operations management, as indicated by the average waiting time, which is very short at only 9.10 seconds.<br />Keywords: Queueing System, Waiting Time, and Simulation</p>

It is valuable for supply chain management to analyze and evaluate the operation performance of supply chain, and use timely and accurate operation state feedback to adjust the system to keep smooth running. Aiming at the complexity and uncertainty of supply chain, this thesis put forward a heterogeneous selective ensemble principle component analysis (PCA) algorithm based on fuzzy integral via Bagging ensemble learning. Besides, by using dimension reduction on high-dimensional data set, it realizes to extract the key factors of supply chain performance and breaks the bottleneck that problems in supply chain management cannot be recognized rapidly or analyzed by traditional performance evaluation method. According to the empirical research on survey data of supply chain performance at C Group, the algorithm is proved be effective.

The evaluation index of execution control system of freeway construction project is established in this paper. And Delphi method is adapted to analyze the weights of index system. Then the extension comprehensive assessment method is adapted to analyze the execution control system performance of a key freeway construction project, and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are given. The goal of this kind of performance evaluation method is clear, and the maneuverability is strong. It has good stimulative effect for the real-time execution, control and adjustment of freeway construction project.
