This paper proposes a kind of on-line control system for operation mode in substations, which can read data on-line from EMS, and then calculate total loss of substations in parallel operation, split operation or individual operation mode. According to the result, the system can select the most optimized way and feed the conclusion back to EMS, which can make substations operate in the most optimized way. The system is suitable for optimization of substation in rural power grid.

Due to the natural environment, geographic location, the technical conditions and restrictions of many factors, centralized parallel operation of power grid the west extension and popularization in our country with high difficulty and feasibility. The distributed photovoltaic power generation possesses the following advantages: less investment, flexibility and compatibility. The joint operation of DG with power grid brings tremendous variation in control and operation for modern power system, ultimately the stability of power supply is enhanced and the life quality of residents is improved in western region of China. This paper explores the operation mode of distributed photovoltaic power generation in remote areas, and introduces the concrete operation mode of the project, analyzes the adaptability of distributed photovoltaic mode. Finally, the feasibility of the application of the distributed photovoltaic power generation in the western region of China is analyzed in this paper.

Numerical simulations based on first principle equations is used to study the crosstalk phenomena and elimination mechanism for the parallel microchannel systems as microarray. The cases of this study focus on the surface tension driven flow include inkjet printing system, stamping by stamper protein microarray with embedded microchannels and the filling of H-shaped parallel microchannels. The parallel arrangements of microfluid components in terms of configuration as well as the parallel operation mode are the key issues to ensure the least crosstalk.

In order to meet the flexible requirements of enterprise production, an integrated optimization model based on the virtual manufacturing unit of process planning and job-shop scheduling is established. The model makes manufacturing resources information as a combining point and makes the two separate system integrated optimization. Then process route is established in three stages. At the same time uses hierarchy parallel operation mode to transfer and sharing the information of manufacturing resource by the layer of enterprise, work shop and parts. And the parallel mode of process and scheduling work meet the match selection of process and resources, this provides a theoretical basis for the real-time optimization of process planning and shop scheduling.
