Aiming at the problems including the weakness of coordination and controllability in the process of outsourcing between small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, a conception of virtual workshop section (VWS) is put forward, the chief objectives of which are effectively control and optimize the allocation of resources, and a networked outsourcing management mode is established based on the VWS. According to this mode, a networked production management system for outsourcing (NPMSO) is put forward and the architecture, the running process included in the system are analyzed. At last, The system is successfully applied in a medium-sized motorcycle parts manufacturer, and good results are obtained.

With digital development of modern manufacturing enterprises, requirements for production process control, resource scheduling and cost analysis are increasing. Enterprises are therefore required to manage the information and process in order to reduce cost and production time and improve quality of products and services. Information for a enterprise concerns orders, raw materials, technology, manufacturing process and products, with huge amount of data and complex correlations among data. Accordingly, data model of integrated production management system is complicated and difficult to develop. This paper analyzes technological document, production plan, production task, production cost and process and control of business activities. Method of building a complete set of information model and process model for manufacturing enterprises is presented, which makes modeling more effective and standardized. As one common method, the model driven approach is introduced to set up the database structure and development strategy of integrated production management system, which may reduce the workload and difficulty of development. Development of a system is realized and verified in practice.

Multi-site selection is a hot research issue for equipment manufacturing enterprises. With the development of smart industry, equipment manufacturing enterprises have entered the era of personalized and small batch manufacturing. Enterprises want to better meet customer needs and win competition, they must carry out scientific factory planning and site selection, so as to ensure quick response to the market. Based on this, this paper proposes a two-stage location selection model. Firstly, the method uses fuzzy numbers to express the demand size of demand points. Secondly, the distance factor is used as a criterion to select the candidate manufacturing bases with sufficient available resources. Next, the location model of enterprise manufacturing base is established which the goal of maximizing service efficiency and the constraints of time, cost and demand. Finally, a random numerical example is used to simulate the model, and lingo is used to solve it.

Servitization has a significant impact on the upgrading and reform of the equipment manufacturing industry. From the perspective of application of high-end servitization theory in business practice of equipment manufacturing industry, based on the review of relevant literature, this paper analyzes the concept of integration delay strategy mechanism of cooperative production between enterprises and customers, and thus constructs the theoretical model framework of 4S service pilot high-end equipment manufacturing product-customer interaction experience. With the Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry as a case for quantitative analysis, the feasibility of using delay strategy in the 4S service pilot program is demonstrated, and the three-stage development plan of Liaoning 4S service pilot is outlined. The results show that: At present, in the trend of servitization of China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises, 4S service pilot high-end manufacturing product model enables equipment manufacturing enterprises to delay production time and produce according to customer orders, improve service efficiency and optimize resource allocation, and help enterprises to obtain new exclusive competitive advantages.

Green remanufacturing management, a sustainable management mode of development strategy, integrated the philosophy of green manufacturing and advanced manufacturing techniques, deeply implementing the reduction of resource consumption and environmental impact. It is the important link in the multi-lifecycle engineer of the products, which can effectively manage each link in the remanufacturing process of the products. In this paper, the connotation and characteristics of the green remanufacturing management were analyzed, and according to the current research situation of green remanufacturing management mode, the architecture including theoretical basis, content system and supporting techniques were proposed. On the basis of that, the key stage of the content structure: end-of-life management of recovery product, remanufacturing production management, performance assessment of remanufacturing product and reuse of remanufacturing product were expatiated in detail. In the end, the application strategy of the green remanufacturing management was discussed from the view of the sustainable development.
