At present, people pay more attention to the energy consumption of building electrical design, the use of energy-saving design can maximize the energy conservation resources, and ultimately increase the pace of social sustainable development. Therefore, the energy-saving designers involved in the need to follow the economic rational, safe and feasible benchmark to select the appropriate energy-saving measures to increase research and development of new technologies, new products and new energy, the concept of sustainable development to be implemented. In view of this, this paper mainly analyzes the energy saving technical measures in the electrical design of thebuilding.

UV-LED inkjet ink is a promising environmental ink which has advantages as higher reaction speed, higher efficiency and energy saving, better environmental protection, its research and development can contribute to realizing green printing and its important for food packing security. Monomer is the important component of the UV-LED ink, in order to investigate the impact of monomer on dispersivity of UV-LED inkjet ink, seven kinds of monomers were chosen to prepare cyan color paste respectively and test their particle size and distribution. Then the ratio of co-monomers was achieved by formulation experiment to obtain the best dispersivity. In order to improve the performance of the UV-LED inkjet ink, different monomers were used to make ink samples separately, viscosity, surface tension, curing rate of the ink and flexibility and adhesion were tested. In the end, the ratio of co-monomers was achieved by formulation experiment to obtain the best overall performance. The results show that the monomer has a significant influence on the dispersion and curing rate of the UV-LED inkjet ink, but also has a great impact on film-forming properties of the ink after UV-LED curing.

<p><em>The aims of this study are (1) Produce an animation video based on scientific literacy as instructional media science, (2) Knowing the quality of animation video based on scientific literacy as instructional media science.</em><em> </em><em>This</em><em> </em><em>study </em><em>was categorized as Research and Development (R&amp;D)</em><em>. The subjects in this study is some experts (media, languages, and material), teachers and grade IV students.The results of this study are (1) The animation video based on scientific literacy produced is instructional science media for grade IV students on the “Selalu Berhemat Energi”, (2) The quality of this media included in "Very Good" category and didn’t have difficulties when using it according to assessment of some experts (media, languages, and material), teachers and grade IV students. The implication is</em><em> an alternative to improve </em><em>scientific </em><em>literacy</em><em> through improving </em><em>critical thinking, creative thinking, and interest in reading sains and most importantly thing is the discourse "</em><em>Energy Saving"</em><em></em></p>

Solar light-vent pipe system, which is a new kind of green, ecological, energy-saving construction equipment, combining natural ventilation with solar light pipe, can not only improve the architecture luminous environment, but also optimize indoor air quality. This study introduces solar light-vent pipe systems theories and the related technical key point to combine natural ventilation with solar light pipes, gives an overview of the research and development of solar light-vent pipe systems and discusses the current situation and future prospects.

Aiming at increasing the energy-saving efficiency of salt solution evaporation, the effect of several factors on heat pump energy-saving efficiency is studied through theoretical analyses and calculation. The factors include boiling point elevation caused by solution static pressure, superheat loss of surface evaporation, temperature difference loss caused by fouling. The conclusions are that falling-film evaporator helps improve heat pump evaporation energy-saving the most and forms the fluctuating flow of the falling film which can be used to remove fouling automatically. The Φ38mm×2mm single-tube dynamics experiment results show that the flow can produce stable 3D vibration of the cleaning spiral when the nominal flow velocity is more than 0.25m/s. The axial reciprocating motion distance is longer than one spiral pitch and reciprocating periodicity is 3-6 seconds. The sodium carbonate solution fouling removal experiment results show that the salt fouling decreases the overall heat transfer coefficient by 30% in one hour when there is no the 3D vibrating spiral-insert; and the insert can enhance heat transfer by 59% comparing to that during stable operation without this technology.
