The Cost

The traditional synchronous trigger of blasting shock wave field is lineate. Because distributed range of testing field is very wide, the cost is high, disposing line is very inconvenient, reliability of testing system is at a discount. Now a more power node acts as synchronization trigger which starts up all sensor nodes isochronously by broadcast. The author named a synchronization technology as priority sequence. Single broadcast synchronization precision measuring experiment is made by the same testing method as Elson. The new experiment result is the error accord expectation , standard deviation normal school. The standard deviation is 6.8 of Elsons. The precision is exceed demand of shock wave field testing.

The main objective of this work is development of a type of status parameter testing system based on CAN bus for construction machinery. Various difficulties due to over-abundant parameters of testing and controlling, many different types of transducer, changes and anomalies in the operation temperature and harsh EMI environment are considered in the accomplishment. The design of intelligent field testing node is demonstrated in detail. The intelligent node consists of embedded microcontroller AT89C52, high-precision signal conditioning circuits, CAN interface module and other peripheral circuits. The intelligent node uses software auto-zero correction and full-scale correction as well as the method of second-degree parabola interpolation to deal with the non-linear characteristic of the measured data. Hence, it implements the high-precision detection and measurement. In addition, the intelligent connects to the host computer via CAN bus to form a distributed high-precision status parameters testing system. The hardware circuit of operation status parameters measurement and communication interface circuit are developed and described, and the software is also accomplished with C language and LabVIEW. The system has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, significant capability of real time processing, powerful anti-jamming performance and so forth. Meanwhile, the system has great application prospect.

Current Impact

Rock instability and failure disasters are now common engineering-geological problems of underground engineering. The evaluation of stability of surrounding rock is a complicated uncertainty system problem, which needs various different research means. Rock coupling testing system composed of loose circle testing section, convergence monitoring section and multipoint displacement monitoring section is arranged at-600m level of Sanshandao gold mine; deformation law of roadway surrounding rock is well studied through long-term field testing and monitoring work. Achieved application results reveal overall stability of rock mass in gold mine deep area is relatively good, current impact caused by roadway excavation is not obvious. Coupling testing system is engineering practicable, which can meet the demand of rock stability evaluation study of underground engineering in Sanshandao gold mine.
