It is not too much to say that the problem of finding a cause-and-effect relationship is a fascinating and eternal theme in both natural and social sciences. It is often difficult to decide whether one is the cause of another in two related phenomena, but it is an important problem. It is related to the internal structure of phenomena which generate deterministic or random changes as time passes. We note that the phenomena to be considered are often not deterministic but random. For example, in physical systems such as quantum mechanics or chaotic classical mechanics, it is well known that certain probabilistic reasonings are indispensable.

This reasearch is conducted on MMSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MMSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academicians and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MMSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MMSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MMSME operated just to fullfil the life necessities. The purpose of this reasearch was to investigate the influence of the business mentoring on the MMSME performance in PUSPA program 2016. Researcher used quantitative research method. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis. The result showed that business mentoring affect the performance of MMSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of business mentoring variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 74%. While the remaining 26% is influenced by other factors such as entrepreneurship competence and human resources.

The stochastic behavior of wind speed is a particular characteristic of wind energy production, which affects the degradation mechanism of the turbine, resulting in stochastic charging on the wind turbine. A model stochastic is used in this study to evaluate the efficiency of wind turbine power of whatever degree given fluctuating wind turbulence data. This model is based on the Langevin equations, which characterize, by two coefficients, drift and diffusion functions. These coefficients describe the behavior of the transformation process from the input wind speed to the output data that need to be determined. For this present work, the computation of drift and diffusion functions has been carried out by using the stochastic model to assess the output variables in terms of the torque and power curves as a function of time, and it is compared by the classical method. The results show that the model stochastic can define the efficiency of wind turbine generation more precisely.
