This article summarizes the concept of sharing, bibliographic analysis of publications in the field of car-sharing based on the Scopus database. The primary purpose of the study is to study the economic and legal basis for the development of car-sharing business models in Ukraine. Systematization of literature sources and approaches devoted to the economic efficiency of the implementation of car-sharing business models has shown that in Ukraine, this issue is almost not paid attention to in the economic, scientific sphere, and legal, scientific areas. The urgency of solving this scientific problem lies in the need and ability to relieve road traffic from traffic jams, reducing the average downtime of vehicles, as well as economic benefits for entities (vehicle owners and passengers) involved in sharing business models. The research has the following logical sequence: the types of car-sharing business models were analyzed, and their comparative characteristics were carried out; the economic and legal preconditions of car-sharing business development in Ukraine are investigated. The research identifies legislative obstacles to the establishment of a car-sharing company in Ukraine. A SWOT analysis of the conditions for implementing a car-sharing business model in Ukraine was performed. It analyses the costs and efficiency of creating a business based on a car-sharing business model in Ukraine on a conditional example. We propose to use system-structural and comparative analysis to analyze the problems of modern transport, methods of formal-logical analysis for determining the directions of development of car-sharing business models, and economic method for assessing the effect and a payback period of the proposed project car-sharing business model. The study results can be useful for the development of the car-sharing business in Ukraine, for entrepreneurs, scientists, and vehicle owners. Keywords: car-sharing, car-sharing business model, car-sharing business, motor transport, hire, expenses, analysis.

During the functioning of power supply system, there can be situations where the culprit in interruptions of power supply to consumers and a power quality violation is a power supply company or a consumer himself. Therefore, the economic incentive for power supply companies and consumers to increase power supply reliability and power quality is an urgent task. To implement such incentives, it is necessary to control the facts and time of power supply outages and their values as well as cases and time of non-compliance of power quality with the requirements of standards. It is possible with the use of a monitoring system for power supply reliability and power quality. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in developing a technical and economic method for stimulating power supply companies and consumers to increase efficiency of power supply system. (Materials and methods) The article provides a review of the structural diagram of a system for monitoring power supply reliability and power quality including devices for monitoring the number and duration of power outages and voltage deviations. (Results and discussion). An economic method has been developed to stimulate power supply companies and consumers to increase power supply system efficiency. The essence of the method is to control the parameters of power supply reliability and power quality, identify the violation of these parameters, determine the culprit of the violation, determine the time characteristics of the violation, summarize the duration of violations for the reporting period, compare the actual amount of duration with the allowable one, determine the amount of compensation for the violation and impose sanctions on payment compensation by the perpetrators of violations of these parameters. The article presents an algorithm for adjusting the cost of electricity supplied to consumers depending on the number and duration of voltage deviations and the number and duration of outages. The algorithm serves to ensure the operation of the specified technical and economic method. (Conclusions) The algorithm works in conjunction with a system for monitoring power supply reliability and power quality based on signals from devices that control the number and duration of outages and voltage deviations.

Numerous methods can be used to investigate the function of platelets; however, technical issues limit tends to limit the applicability of such methods in the clinic. Methods: All participants were administered with oral aspirin (100 mg/d) for 7 days. Blood samples were then collected and platelet function evaluated by an automated PL-12 analyzer, TEG, and the platelet count drop method. We found that platelet counts determined by the traditional platelet drop method were significantly lower in the PL-12 sensitive group and significantly higher in the PL-12 insensitive group (P < 0.05). Furthermore, MAR measured by PL-12 was positively correlated with the MA values determined by TEG and the platelet drop method (r = 0.322, r = 0.036, respectively, P < 0.05), More importantly, the PL-12 analyzer showed the largest AUC (0.748) with a sensitivity of 87.4% and a specificity of 57.4%, indicating PL-12 analyzer using in platelet aggregation evaluation of ACI patients more credibly and accuracy. Additionally, genetic analysis showed that the polymorphic of A-allele in the PEAR1 (rs12041331) gene was significantly increased in the PL-12 sensitive group rather than in the PL-12 insensitive group (P < 0.05), suggesting the predictive value of PL-12 analyzer for the prognosis of ACI patients was superior to the other methods tested herein. Our analyses demonstrate that PL-12 analysis offer a new superior technology for monitoring antiplatelet drug efficacy and for clinical prognosis of ACI patients, which has the advantages of simplicity, speed, and automation in platelet aggregation measurement.

Abstract Background Dronedarone HCl is an anti-arrhythmic drug indicated for atrial fibrillation. Dronedarone HCl(DRN) has a low solubility of 2 µg/mL and 4% bioavailability, thus it is formulated as co-amorphous system to enhance its solubility by using Quercetin(QCT) as coformer. Literature lacks a sensitive, accurate and economic method for simultaneous quantification of DRN and QCT in formulation. Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous estimation of DRN and QCT in DRN-QCT co-amorphous system. Method Co-amorphous system was prepared using solvent evaporation technique using DRN and QCT in 1:1 molar ratio. The separation was achieved on Purospher® STAR C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm × 5 μm) column with mobile phase comprising of Acetonitrile and 25 mM phosphate buffer pH 3.6 (60:40, % v/v). Results DRN and QCT retained at 6.7 and 3.5 min, respectively. For both molecules, method was developed with a wide linearity range of 0.2–500 µg/mL. LOD for DRN was found to be 0.0013 and 0.0026 µg/mL for QCT. Also, LOQ for DRN was found to be 0.0041 and 0.0078 µg/mL for QCT. Conclusion Method was validated as per ICHQ2R1 guidelines for linearity, precision, accuracy, and robustness. The method was used in simultaneous quantification of DRN and QCT in co-amorphous samples. Highlights The method developed was used for the analysis of content uniformity and solubility samples of co-amorphous system, where the method was able to successfully quantify DRN and QCT. Low detection and quantification limits contribute to sensitivity of the method and wide linearity range assures the robust and precise quantification of molecules.

A simple, versatile, accurate, precise and economic method for simultaneous determination of sitagliptin phosphate and simvastatin in fixed dose combination products was developed. The absorbance values at 267 nm and 239 nm for sitagliptin phosphate and simvastatin. The combination is also estimated by AUC method it involved measurement of area under curve in the wavelength range is 264-270 nm (λ1 -λ2 ) and 236-242 nm (λ3 -λ4 ) sitagliptin phosphate and simvastatin respectively. This method obeyed Beer’s law in the concentration range of 10-60 μg /mL for sitagliptin phosphate and 2-12 μg /mL for simvastatin. The results of analyses have been validated statistically for linearity, accuracy, precision, LOD and LOQ of the proposed method.

Functional Management of Economy This paper discusses the unknown before property of adapting systems which consists in that the adapting system may be operated without any information about its condition. It is necessary to know only some characteristics of its elements. It was found, however, that the economic methods of management have limited possibilities, it is impossible to regulate with their help all those parameters which are not involved in the process of exchange. Another, more universal, economic management method is provided. The economic method of management discussed in the paper enables one to separate the management of economy from labour-management relations and to expand the application field of mathematics in the field of management. The provided management method gives opportunity to get rid of centuries old bureaucracy because it enables one to substitute the considerable part of administrative - bureaucratic apparatus as well as many standard acts with one functional relationship.
