The research on the development of e-modules on hydrocarbon compound material for agricultural vocational school education units aims to develop e-modules that are in accordance with the demands of the agricultural vocational curriculum. This study used a research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which only consists of 3 stages, namely analysis, design and development. The object of research was the e-module on the material of hydrocarbon compounds. The research subjects were 3 educators who taught chemistry subjects at the Agricultural Vocational School and 23 Agricultural Vocational Schools students. Data collection was done through validation sheets and response questionnaires. The results showed that the e-module developed was very valid or very feasible to be tested in the field with an overall average percentage value of material validation of 91.69% and an overall average percentage of media validation of 94.13%. Based on the results of the test, the response of educators obtained an average percentage of 85.18% with the very good category and the results of the students' responses obtained an average percentage of 72.72% with the attractive category. Thus it can be concluded that the e-module of hydrocarbon compounds is very good and interesting to be applied in the learning process on a larger scale.

This paper uses transmission electron microscope technology, studies microcosmic structure’ s feature of BN fiber, clarifies existing crystal structure’s state of BN fiber during its producing and transform course. It is studied that BN fiber has a sound mechanical properties, which most of crystalline phase is turbine layer phase and whose nitrogen is high and size is small .During the course of BN fiber’s producing, adding suitable tension from axial can promote directional arrange of BN fiber’s surface crystalline grain and put forward the improving direction of manufacturing technology in order to improve materials’ mechanical properties. BN fiber(indicated by BNf) is a kind of new inorganic material. Because of its fine stable, corrosion-resisting, anti-oxidant properties and high ability of absorbing neutron and so on, it is attached more and more importance and it get constant development and usefulness. BNf and ceramics, metal, various compound materials made of resin material can be used in metallurgy, electron, aviation etc science and technology fields. But the intensity of BNf and its elasticity modulus are lower than basic fundamental material. When BNf’s compound material get fine properties above mentioned, the mechanics properties of the material will drop. So its application degree will be limited to a certain extent. In order to improve and raise BNf’s mechanics properties, this essay makes use of electron micro analytical technology to study its microcosmic structure and mechanics properties, providing scientific basis for designing reasonable manufacturing technology.

Pesticides being potentially toxic agents and harmful to human and eco-system are deliberately added to our environment for protecting the crops towards better yields- The studies of pesticide toxicity have been ignored in the farmers of Sindh as yet. In this regard the initiative was taken for the epidemiological study. A questionnaire was designed to conduct the interviews of the farmers directly exposed during July -August season. They were supposed to reply about the nature of pesticides, doses sprayed, exposure timings along with duration of spray and health complaints during, after spray and types of toxicity symptoms. 214 male farmers from 11 to 70 years of age who have been exposed to 21 different pesticides of six groups of agro-chemical compounds were called upon to answer. Chlorinated hydrocarbon compound Endosulfan as product and Orqanoohos Dhorous as group containing pesticides. was noted the most frequently used- The age groups 11-20 and 41 - 50 years have been reported as most affected. Two-third of the surveyed population complained for 20 various ailments. Among those vertigo followed by headache. unconsciousness, body allergies, etc as the major symptoms. The highest percent (94.4%) of these were assessed at district Ghotki whereas the lowest affected percent (53.3%) was recorded from district Shikarpur. As a whole 65.2% farmers were noted as affected. This epidemiological study discloses the pesticide toxicity more intensive among the farmers & at higher scale than the WHO recommended classification of pesticides by hazard.

This paper will discuss how package voids Mold defect was addressed on thinner Compression mold packages like BGA (Ball Grid Array) and Sensor Devices. Significant action was the application of “Rey Resin Dispense” pattern in compression mold granule compound dispensing was a key action in reducing package voids defect. Using a DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control), a powerful analytical tool that serves as a guide towards the success of eliminating package voids defect. Using this methodology, all Key Process Input Variables (KPIVs) of compression mold and its molding compound material were identified as X’s or potential causes and test its significance to affect Y-response which is the package voids. Funneling of X’s further trimmed to the most possible contributor to package voids. The remaining possible contributor X’s undergo statistical validation which point to granule compound resin dispensing as the main contributor to induce package voids defect. Several actions were tried but failed to zero-out the defect. With the help of brainstorming and imaginative ideas and data gathered on how to improve granule resin dispense of compression mold positive outcome was realized. From the concept of light ray, to naming it as “Rey Resin Dispense” significantly reduce package voids defect in all thin BGA and Sensor devices. This learning was then applied to all existing thin packages and to new packages in compression molding process.
