Onion Cracker has a unique onion is half maturation of the chewy dough and cut into thin hard, the pieces can be goodjust by using the slicer. The perpetrators of many home industry who complain that their profits can not be produced due to constraints on the maximum cutting process that is still traditional. It is therefore necessary process improvements toincrease production capacity, as well as conducting a feasibility study. Based on market aspects, the replacement methods on a conventional blade cutting process of using a new cutting machine at UD. Kalirejo considered feasible because of the data currently available demand tends to increase significantly. Also from the technical aspects are considered feasible because of the output produced by using a new cutting machine is greater than the output using a conventional knife. Output of conventional blades = 60 Kg per day and a new cutting machine crackers = 100 Kg per day. As well as from the financial aspect considered feasible because of the newly acquired piece of machinery NPV Rp. 514 604 751, IRR of 65.88%, and DPP 2 years 11 months. Improvement in the cutting process feasible because the amount of income earned is greater than the costof the investment program ROI 1,44.

Bali Province are able to establish integrated rice processing plant to suffice the need of the rice, both quantities and qualities. Badung Regency is chosen as the location of the plant because its statregic place, near raw material-harvested unhulled rice-and market. The result of the feasibility study  shows that the plant is qualified to established depend on both non financial and financial aspect which are discribed by the value of, without financing and with financing respectively, NPV Rp 38.270.154.230,00, net B/C ratio 1,99-3,48, IRR 24,85%-46,69%. Other financial aspects, they are payback period 6,3-10,53 years, profitability index 1,49-1,04, average rate of return 18,39-14,39%, as supporting values. The result also show that the investment is sensitive toward the change of the income and operational cost but not sensitive toward the amount of raw material. Some of relevant assumption are used in this research.. After being established, the next step we ought to do are doing establishment of the plant as soon as possible, also doing continued deep research about social impact of the existing plant. This plant should capable to help farmers getting the reasonable price and also create the new job for people.

In this paper, the hazardous wastes onboard were presented and the impact of these pollutants discharged from ship recycling was analyzed. Then, the current international conventions and standards were introduced. Herein, the Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships, 2009 (the Hong Kong Convention), was mentioned in detail, including its background, main content and enforcement. Finally, China’s green ship recycling was investigated and some suggestions were proposed to our government and shipbreaking companies. In summary, ship recycling is facing to great opportunities and challenges. Only through the cooperation of the stakeholders, can ship recycling industry get the sustained development.
