ABSTRACTThin epitaxial films of (La1-x,Prx)0.7Ca0.3MnO3 (x=0,0.25,0.5,0.75,l) were grown on LaA1O3, SrTiO3 and ZrO2(Y2O3) by aerosol MOCVD at 750°C Variation of x greatly influences the electrical properties of material by changing of the tolerance factor t. The tensile strain in the films on perovskite substrates produces the effect on the maximum resistivity temperature Tp comparable with the effect of chemical pressure nearby critical value of t ∼ 0.91. By variation of x the colossal magnetoresistance in very low magnetic fields was achieved in the thin films: an applied field of 0.3 T was enough for 32 times decrease of the resistivity of (La0.35,Pr0.35)Ca0.3MnO3 film on LaA1O3 at 155 K. The charge ordering starting in (La1-x,Prx)0.7Ca0.3MnO3 at 160–210 K leads to the switching from Arrhenius law (lggρ ∼ T1 ) to Mott law (lgρ ∼ T1/4) of resistivity. Large-angle boundaries dominating the structure of the films on ZrO2(Y2O3) increase the resistivity both above and below Tp.

Single crystal films in (001) orientation, about 1500 Å thick, were produced by R-F sputtering of Al + 4 wt % Cu onto cleaved KCl at 150°C substrate temperature. The as-deposited films contained numerous θ-CuAl2 particles (C16 structure) about 0.1μ in size. They were transferred onto Mo screens, solution treated and rapidly cooled (within about ½ min) so as to retain a homogeneous solid solution. Subsequently, the films were aged in vacuum at various temperatures in order to induce precipitation and to compare structures and morphologies of precipitate particles in Al-Cu films with those found in age hardened bulk material.Aging for 3 weeks at 60°C or 48 hrs at 100°C did not produce any detectable change in high resolution micrographs or diffraction patterns. In this range Guinier-Preston zones (GP) form in quenched bulk material. The absence of GP in the present experiments in this aging range is perhaps due to the cooling rate employed, which might be more equivalent to an aged and reverted bulk material than to a quenched one.

The high quality thin films of high-Tc superconducting oxide are necessary for elucidating the superconducting mechanism and for device application. The recent trend in the preparation of high-Tc films has been toward “in-situ” growth of the superconducting phase at relatively low temperatures. The purpose of “in-situ” growth is to attain surface smoothness suitable for fabricating film devices but also to obtain high quality film. We present the investigation on the initial growth manner of YBCO by in-situ reflective high energy electron diffraction (RHEED) technique and on the structural and superconducting properties of the resulting ultrathin films below 100Å. The epitaxial films have been grown on (100) plane of MgO and SrTiO, heated below 650°C by activated reactive evaporation. The in-situ RHEED observation and the intensity measurement was carried out during deposition of YBCO on the substrate at 650°C. The deposition rate was 0.8Å/s. Fig. 1 shows the RHEED patterns at every stage of deposition of YBCO on MgO(100). All the patterns exhibit the sharp streaks, indicating that the film surface is atomically smooth and the growth manner is layer-by-layer.

Aim The purpose of this study was to develop and assess the reliability of a Hindi version of the Consensus Auditory-Perceptual Evaluation of Voice (CAPE-V). Reliability was assessed by comparing Hindi CAPE-V ratings with English CAPE-V ratings and by the Grade, Roughness, Breathiness, Asthenia and Strain (GRBAS) scale. Method Hindi sentences were created to match the phonemic load of the corresponding English CAPE-V sentences. The Hindi sentences were adapted for linguistic content. The original English and adapted Hindi CAPE-V and GRBAS were completed for 33 bilingual individuals with normal voice quality. Additionally, the Hindi CAPE-V and GRBAS were completed for 13 Hindi speakers with disordered voice quality. The agreement of CAPE-V ratings was assessed between language versions, GRBAS ratings, and two rater pairs (three raters in total). Pearson product–moment correlation was completed for all comparisons. Results A strong correlation ( r > .8, p < .01) was found between the Hindi CAPE-V scores and the English CAPE-V scores for most variables in normal voice participants. A weak correlation was found for the variable of strain ( r < .2, p = .400) in the normative group. A strong correlation ( r > .6, p < .01) was found between the overall severity/grade, roughness, and breathiness scores in the GRBAS scale and the CAPE-V scale in normal and disordered voice samples. Significant interrater reliability ( r > .75) was present in overall severity and breathiness. Conclusions The Hindi version of the CAPE-V demonstrates good interrater reliability and concurrent validity with the English CAPE-V and the GRBAS. The Hindi CAPE-V can be used for the auditory-perceptual voice assessment of Hindi speakers.

This study departs from the hajj bailout financing facility which is a booming product because of the customer's interest, but in this case there is a difference in the target achievement between Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Ujungberung KCP which is less successful in improving the hajj bailout products while the Rancaekek KCP is very superior in one consolidation Ahmad Yani Branch Office Bandung. This is what is interesting for researchers to carry out this research, the difference constraints include service quality and promotion factors. This phenomenon raises problems that must be examined, namely how the influence of service quality and promotion of market share expansion products hajj bailouts at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujungberung and KCP Rancaekek Bandung. This study aims academically to contribute in the study of Islamic economics in worksheets, especially the quality of service and promotion of market share expansion and practically expected to be able to provide input to all employees of BSM KCP Ujungberung regarding the quality of service and promotion of market expansion of bailout products. Hajj that has been successfully carried out by BSM KCP Rancaekek. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence of service quality on the expansion of market share by 53.3% with a strong correlation of 0.730 and through t test, where t counts at 8.245 (> t table), then H_0 is rejected and H_i is accepted. Furthermore, there is a significant influence of promotion on the expansion of market share by 30.3% with a moderate / sufficient correlation of 0.550 through t test, where t counts is 4.219 (> t table), then H_ (0) is rejected and H_i is accepted. Then there is a significant influence of service quality and promotion simultaneously to the expansion of market share by 60.6% and a strong correlation of 0.784 and through Test F, where F count is 67.023 (> F table), then 〖H〗 _ ( 0) rejected and H_i accepted.

GaN epitaxial films were analyzed by Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS). Standard implanted samples were used to determine the appropriate analytical conditions for analysis of impurities. The dose and energy of implantation for selected elements (Mg, Al, Si, Zn, Cd, H, C and O) were chosen so the maximum impurity concentration was not more than 1020 atoms/cm3. The optimum analysis conditions were ascertained from the standards for each element, and the detection limits were deduced from the background levels of the implantation profiles. We demonstate that lower detection limits of 1015 atoms/cm3 with a dynamic range 103 − 105 are possible. Zn and Cd have low ion yields, so the minimum detection level for these elements is the background level of the detector. The detection limits of the other elements are determined by the contamination of an initial GaN matrix.

The article presents the studies into the secondary stress field formed in surrounding rock mass around underground excavations of different cross-sections and the variants of principal stresses at a mining depth greater than 1 km. The stress-strain analysis of surrounding rock mass around development headings was performed in Map3D environment. The obtained results of the quantitative analysis are currently used in adjustment of the model over the whole period of heading and support of operating mine openings. The estimates of the assumed parameters of excavations, as well as the calculations of micro-strains in surrounding rock mass by three scenarios are given. During heading in the test area in granite, dense fracturing and formation of tensile strain zone proceeds from the boundary of e ≥ 350me and is used to determine rough distances from the roof ( H roof) and sidewalls ( H side) of an underground excavation to the 3 boundary e = 350me (probable rock fracture zone). The modeling has determined the structure of secondary stress and strain fields in the conditions of heading operations at great depths.

We report detailed Density Functional Theory (DFT) investigations of a series of structurally similar titanium (IV) chelating σ-aryl catalysts. Particular attention was paid to the electronic charges of the Ti, C ipso of the substituted aryl group and the benzylic CH2 and C<i>ipso</i> atoms. The Bader and NBO derived charges were compared with the recently reported polymerisation results by Chan. We found a strong correlation between the relative energies of one of the computed isomers and the activity of the catalyst. Neither NBO nor Bader charges could be convincingly correlated to the observed activity.
