Koperasi Produsen Syariah Industri Kreatif is a cooperative sharia which has a role to improve the quality of life member through the efforts of  Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). SME  that exist in Koperasi Produsen Syariah Industri Kreatif is engaged in the field of industry creative. While maqashid sharia is an Islamic law that has the intent and purpose is important in the life of man, namely obtaining the benefit. Through the concept, among others: 1) the absorption of knowledge and increased education of members; 2) conveying a sense of justice for the community, especially members; 3) the realization of member welfare. The method that is used in the article it is a method of qualitative were then analyzed by descriptive qualitative. Analisis maqashid syariah pada Koperasi Produsen Syariah Industri Kreatif di Bojonegoro runs according to the concept and purpose, namely that the educational process obtained by members is very positive for members of the Koperasi Produsen Syariah Industri Kreatif, the availability of batik, convection and screen printing materials makes it easier for members to increase production, increase finances family as well as the ability to utilize technology for the members' creative industry businesses which are increasingly growing. As the function of the sharia cooperative itself is to encourage people's lives to prosper and benefit.

Aimed at the drawbacks of traditional method of spot evaluation for tractor cabs, such as low effectiveness and high expense, this paper established a new method of tractor cab design and evaluation, which included formulating ergonomic evaluation process, creating virtual models of tractor cab and operators, building virtual environment of tractor cab man-machine system and conducting ergonomic evaluation. The YTO-1604 wheeled tractor has been taken as the analysis object, the layouts of its seat, accelerator pedal, clutch pedal, brake pedal, gear shift lever, steering wheel and other major parts were optimized. The optimized model was created by UG, then it was imported into JACK, thus the object for analysis was created. To accommodate the Chinese tractor operator population, the 95th, 50th and 5th percentile virtual operator models which respectively stands for the big figure, medium figure and small figure of Chinese adult males for ergonomic evaluation were created in JACK, and the angular comfort range for human body joints were determined. The 50th percentile operator was adjusted to a cozy posture through human control module, with hands holding steering wheel, left foot naturally put on clutch pedal, while right foot flat placed on the floor. The operator was located to the h point of seat in the optimized cab model, thus the man-machine virtual environment was completely built. Then the reach zone of the 5th percentile operator and the visual field of the 95th percentile operator were generated, the 95th percentile operator’s comfort was evaluated and the forces of the 95th percentile operator’s spinal L4/L5 were calculated. The results showed that the gear shift lever, steering wheel and control panel were located in the accessible reach zones, conforming to manipulation requirements. Control panel and windshield (except for part of the side windshield which could be observed by moving head) were contained in the visual field, according with vision design standard. The overall comfort score of the 95th percentile operator’s different body parts was 24.5, which indicated that the operator was in good condition and the design conformed to physiological requirements. The lower back compression force of the 95th percentile operator was 742, representing a nominal risk of lower back injury for operators. Thus, the rationality of cab layout scheme was well verified. This paper provides a method for the ergonomic design and evaluation of tractor cabs.

Virtual testing is a significant part of the product development process. It is possible to completely solve many problems through the interaction of geometric models, simulation tools, human models with the help of the appropriate software. If, in the course of testing, it is necessary to take into account subjective human perception, one may profitably use a full-size system for immersive projection (VR system). Such a system particularly makes sense in evaluating manufacturing, operating, application or maintenance. The human being interacts with a product whose physical shape does not yet exist in a virtual environment. In this case, the movements of product components are generally indirectly controlled by using a flystick, a wand or a similar input device. In reality many operations in maintenance are determined by the position and posture of the maintenance personal as well as by the mass, center of gravity and dimensions of the object to be manipulated. In a Mixed Reality Environment, it is possible to achieve a meaningful subjective ergonomic evaluation of the abovementioned operations. The paper elucidates a strategy to integrate real product components into a virtual environment. The user applies the real components or tools in the immersive full-size projection of the VR system. The VR system tracks the real object. This way, it is possible to move an invisible object model in the VR system in sync with the movements of the real object. The collision detection tool provided in the VR system is available and signalises contact of the real object with the virtual environment. The demonstrated solution is under consideration for the planning and ergonomic evaluation of service activities. The need of industry for a process that can be controlled in a safe manner is of particular concern. The solution given here is aimed at maintenance to be performed on the brake system of a light-duty truck.

Postur kerja merupakan pengaturan sikap tubuh saat bekerja. Faktor yang dapat meningkatkan timbulnya gangguan musculoskeletal, yaitu : postur yang tidak alamiah, tenaga yang berlebihan, pengulangan (repetitive) dengan gerakan kerja monoton dan waktu kerja yang lama berpotensi menimbulkan kelelahan kerja. Pada gerak monoton repetitive terjadi pembebanan otot yang terus menerus. Postur kerja yang salah membuat kelelahan menjadi lebih cepat terjadi. Postur kerja yang tidak baik ini seringkali diakibatkan oleh desain fasilitas kerja yang kurang memperhatikan kesesuaian dengan penggunanya. Pada pekerja pengelolaan Bandeng, penghalusan duri bandeng, pembakaran bandeng merupakan kerja repetitive monoton yang kurang didukung fasilitas yang sesuai. Stasiun Kerja Proses penghalusan ikan menunjukkan hasil Low Back Pain (LBA) pekerja a dan b berada dalam kondisi yang dapat diterima karena dibawah 3400 N, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pekerja pada proses penghalusan ikan tidak beresiko tinggi mengalami cidera pada tulang punggungnya, sedangkan OWAS memiliki nilai 3 yang menandakan bahwa harus ada perbaikan kemudian untuk RULA pekerja a dan b memiliki resiko cidera musculoskeletal dan harus dilakukan perbaikan yang menyeluruh. Proses memasukkan ikan ke dalam kulit ikan menunjukan LBA masih dapat diterima sedangkan hasil OWAS postur kerja pada stasiun kerja ini harus sesegera mungkin dirubah kemudian hasil RULA bahwa stasiun kerja ini memiliki nilai 4 yang menunjukkan ada resiko yang harus diinvestigasi lebih lanjut. Perhitungan nilai PEI pada pekerja pembakaran sate ikan bandeng memiliki nilai LBA berada di bawah standar NIOSH yaitu 3400N yang artinya masih dapat diterima sedangkan OWAS pada stasiun kerja ini memberikan rasa sakit dan memerlukan langkah perbaikan. kemudian untuk RULA stasiun kerja ini relatif lebih ergonomis karena nilainya 4 yang berarti terdapat resiko yang harus diinvestigasi lebih lanjut.
