We study electron transport in a GaAs /( AlGa ) As superlattice with a magnetic field applied at an angle θ to the superlattice axis. Solving quantum transport equations derived from a non-equilibrium Green's function method, we simulate the velocity-field curves of the superlattice. These curves show interesting similarities with those measured experimentally and those calculated using a semi-classical model.
