Our calculations concern an ultrathin film with perpendicular anisotropy, Co/Au, and a lattice of pinning defects. We consider a mechanism of the aftereffect where the walls are detached from the cavities by vibrations. Dependence of the activation energy on the external field is used to estimate the distance d between defects, the pinning force (or the radius of the pin cavity) and the stability time. From the obtained values d and the pinning force, the coercive force H c is calculated, when the aftereffect can be neglected.
