In this paper, we considered a single-wall carbon nanotube (SWNT) deposed on a substrate and probed by a scanning probe. We discuss the influence of magnetic field and temperature on the electronic properties of the SWNTs. From this paper we can see that both temperature and magnetic field are important for electron transport in such systems.

The phonon mode frequencies of SWNT and SLG in hybrid nanostructures are sensitive to various interactions, such as vdW forces, structural deformation and/or charge transfer between SWNT and SLG.
